Hey, Columbus, GA... heard that Council discussions would be forthcoming on what to charge homeowners for getting new multiple units of the 95 gallon trash cans bought with federal money... My question is why the City would charge us additional money for a trash can "NEED" since we taxpayers have already paid for the money the federal program is using...
