From the "Jon Lovitz, "Yeah... That's the Ticket!" department - Online headline/story: "Feds cite efforts to obstruct probe of docs at Trump estate * Feds cite efforts to obstruct probe of docs at Trump estate * In their search earlier this month, however, agents found classified documents both in the storage room as well as in the former president’s office — including three classified documents found not in boxes, but in office desks." -- Good grief! Without any non-fed monitors on premise, the Biden or the DOJ/FBI cannot even prove any of the documents they are claiming they found were ever actually IN Trump's home... Heck.. they've lied so much, we might hear them claim they are for "law and order" and for "FUNDING" the police again... Wait a minute.. they did that yesterday, too..

---
Did you see Biden's "FUND" the police rally in Wilkes-Barre. Pennsylvania yesterday? What.. maybe a couple of hundred folks.. including media were present.. Hey.. the Wilkes-Barre site was no accident.. I doubt any Pennsylvania Democrat politicians would let him give that speech anywhere NEAR Pittsburgh or Philadelphia.
---
Safer America? How about a Safer Border? How about Safer Shicago, or Safer L.A., or Safer NYC, or a Safer Philadelphia, or even a Safer Mar-A-Lago? Or how about a Safer I.R.S..... We all want a Safer America... but voting for Democrats is not going to get it for us. Get out your Trump hats.. Make America Safe!

---
JoKKKe Biden says he has a plan to recruit, hire, and train 100,000 new police officers! Hmmm.. where have we heard that number before... Oh, yes... Bill Clinton said he was gonna recruit, hire, and train 100,000 new police officers... Oh yeah...that didn't happen either... And on a local level, in 2009, we taxpayers "OK'd" a perpetual Local Option Public Safety Sales Tax to hire 100 new police officers...that hasn't happened either.

Now.. Democrats already voted to hire 87,000 new I.R.S. agents ASAP. Hey, Dems... American taxpayers deserve those police officers now... not in 5 years .. to protect citizens FROM armed I.R.S. agents!

---
Last year, Queen PeLOUSY stated forcefully that, by Constitutional authority, Resident Biden could not "cancel" student loan debts, as all bills initiating any new federal expenditures MUST originate in the House...but this year.. she's "mum" about it... probably because she knows that she will not be the Speaker of the 118th Congress, and losing the majority control of the House will be her ultimate "legacy"... and she can --- will...be "impeached" by the 118th House for not stopping it..

---
Online story: "California lawmakers on Monday advanced a nation-leading measure that would give more than a half-million fast food workers more power and protections, over the objections of restaurant owners who warn it would drive up consumers' costs. * The bill would create a new 10-member Fast Food Council with equal numbers of workers’ delegates and employers’ representatives, along with two state officials, empowered to set minimum standards for wages, hours and working conditions in California." -- Hmmm... looks like california will soon have more "electric fast food worker robots" than "fossil FOOD" fed ones... and long before electric vehicles are required...

---
Hmmm.... the Dems in GA must really be concerned about the November elections... Both Stacey Abrams and Senator Pastor Warnock rolled into Columbus, GA to campaign... Think about that... Normally, both would get 60% of the vote here whether they visit or not, so don't believe the polls about them being ahead.

---
Have you looked at the illegal student loan forgiveness order closely? Did you notice that it only applies to government backed loans. Biden and the Democrats made sure not to step on the toes of the banks for their backed loans.. basically because the banks donate to the Democrats...

---
I would love it if I could see a few Democrats that appeared to love America as much as all the Democrats appear to hate Trump.

It's amazing what can be said in political ads without any verification required.. One such "hit piece" feature an ex-wife (we know how truthful ex-spouses are ..wink-wink). It goes like this:
"The ad then asks viewers to listen to Mr Walker’s ex-wife, Cindy Grossman, describe her ex-husband’s violent tendencies. * She said Mr Walker’s eyes would “become very evil”, adding that she “got into a few choking things with him”. But Ms Grossman said her ex-husband went further than that. * “The first time he held the gun to my head, he held a gun to my temple and he said he [was] gonna blow my brains out,” she said." -- " he said he [was] gonna blow my brains out,” she said"? Hmmm fat chance this happened... even at that range, it would have been easy to miss the target

Online headline: "Peter Bowden of Visit Columbus GA on the Importance of Storytelling" -- Hmmm while "storytelling" is an asset, telling "stories"... not so much...

---
Talk about storytelling and stories, have you seen the "ColumbusCEO" article about some 25 acres on River Road being acquired to build 340 Apartments. There are several issues here we need to discuss.. one is this statement: "As Columbus boasts a diverse and self-sufficient economy, the community will serve as an economic hub, providing residents with direct access to more than 80,000 jobs within a 15-mile radius, mostly concentrated in uptown Columbus. Among the nearby businesses are several well-known Fortune 500 companies, including Aflac Inc. (AFL) and Total System Services, Inc. (TSYS), both headquartered in Columbus." --How does ColumbusCEO "miss", among others, mentioning Synovus?

Also, have Council or the City Planners even looked at the traffic impact adding 340 apartments to that stretch of River Road (I'm guessing it to be part of Wynnbrook Baptist Church's property)? There are already a business center, a condominium complex, an TWO large apartment complexes within a stones throw. With that many apartments, at least 340 cars.. and probability that if could be an additional 600-680 cars needing exits onto River Road at a stretch the GA DOT has previous said is not going to widen it (it's why we have the "roundabout" just south of it)

Council might want to look at this "review" of another Alliance complex in Arizona..

Online headline/story: "Ga. Supreme Court dismisses Lewis appeal in state Senate race *
At issue was his decade-long failure to file campaign finance reports from his time in the Georgia House of Representatives, even though he had more than $75,000 in that account. * A new state law bars candidates from qualifying if they have outstanding state fees, fines, taxes or campaign finance reports." -- Finally! GA has a new law about not turning in finance reports for politicians... Now... bring in Zeph Baker... he owes several years of political financial reports!

---
From the things we stumble across unexpectedly.. went to see if Zeph Baker might have filed his delinquent forms over the past 10 or so years.. he hasn't... and found Columbus Council ALREADY has a "QUALIFIER" for Council Post 10 At Large

---
Hmmm... So GA teachers' salaries rank 23rd highest among the 50 states... Hmmm... yet in education success, GA ranks 36th lowest of 50 in the nation... Hmmmm.. there's a very good argument for cuts in GA teachers' salaries... Of course the best solution would be that GA teachers give more effort in getting our student ranked much higher nationwide.

Oh! still looking for those Reading and other standardized Test Scores for the MCSD... Guess being the Chair of the MCSB is not a fun job...

Online WTVM-TV9 story: "COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - A pay study for Columbus city employees is still in the works after starting early this year. It’s on the table again at City Council Tuesday morning. * Pay compression and the fact that a study hasn’t been done since 2006 is what sparked the initiative. Times are changing, and Mayor Skip Henderson said he hopes this study will equal out pay grades for long-time employees. * Just last Tuesday at Columbus City Council was a packed room in the council chambers as dozens of city employees came out to voice opinions on the pay study. Happening this upcoming Tuesday: another reading or discussion after hearing concerns." -- Hmmm..excuse me, but Council already KNOWS what the "findings" will be... Council wouldn't have hired the group if it was checking up-to-date pay scales for the City Manager, or if there was any chance lower pay could be recommended.

---
Online story: "Now, California Gov. Gavin Newsom is joining calls for film productions to leave states like Georgia altogether, saying their legislatures are waging “a cruel assault on essential rights” — and calling California “a freedom state.”" -- Hmmm.. Hey, Gov Newsom... maybe they'd think about it IF.. IF California WAS a "Freedom State"! Of course, you'd probably be at the state line blocking their entry into california in their fossil fuel powered trucks.. Oh, by the way.. these former california firms are now IN Georgia because of your polices and taxes...

---
WTVM-TV9 headline: "Low crime numbers in Columbus (GA) thanks to new technology" -- Huh? .. The only reason 2022 "numbers" can be "considered low or lower" is that they are being compared to highly escalated figures (over 50% higher) from 2021!

---
Self-explanatory:

----
Online headline: "White House says unvaccinated migrants allowed in US and tennis player who isn’t are 'two different things’ * Thousands of unvaccinated migrants have come into the country under Biden, but tennis superstar Novak Djokovic won't be allowed in for the U.S. Open" -- Hmmm... it appears something is consistent in the White House...sorta goes along with the White House contention that "facts and truth" are also "two different things".

---
Online headline: "Border Patrol chief says border crisis a result of Biden's 'no consequences' policy for illegal migrants" -- Hmmm... Looks like his "early retirement" will come earlier than he expected... guess he's glad Clinton is not in the White House or the Border Patrol Chief's wife would be applying for widow's benefits...
