Hmmm.... maybe Resident Biden was on to something in wanting to hire a huge army of armed I.R.S. audit agents.. maybe Biden knew many of the existing I.R.S. agents were delinquent in paying their taxes!

Hey, Republican candidates... if your opponents won't engage in a head-to-head debate with an unbiased moderator, or a sponsor is used who won't ask all the issue questions, do a Clint Eastwood.. and sit an empty chair on stage next to you, and talk about the solutions you'd like to implement when get to Washington....

---
You know.. with Resident Biden's lack of concern about ending the infant formula shortage, and his fixation about abortion rights, I fully expect to hear him tell a mother of an infant that if she'd had an abortion, she wouldn't need to be out looking for formula..

---
Resident Biden is releasing over $3 Billion dollars to the Afghanistan government... and "promises" that the funds will go for "humanitarian" needs, not Taliban use... Yeah... right! Taliban IS the Afghanistan government!

---
You know, the only reason that makes any sense of P.T. Biden's "Inflation Reduction Act" celebratory party would be that he "shorted" the stock market the day before.

Whoa! Yesterday, a conservative well-known...somewhat obnoxious at times..businessman (the "pillow guy") came out and said that the FBI accosted him in a fast food restaurant and seized his cellphone. Good grief... was the FBI tailing him to Hardee's, or did the FBI have undercover Agents working a second job at Hardee's to get by with hyper-inflation? Hmmmm... wonder if Apple will be as staunch against helping the FBI get his phone identity code as Apple was for terrorist operatives?

On a local Columbus, GA issue, a recent announcement informed us of a new 340-unit apartment/townhouse project off River Road.

Our Council says that they aren't looking into it as the property was already zoned RO (Residential/Office) and owners could, basically, do anything they wanted to do with it without Council or Planning Commission approval.. so be it... but there are some unanswered questions that need some answers..

The property in discussion was part of a 72+/- acre property owned by Wynnton Baptist Church (a.k.a. Wynnbrook) though not used by the church/school for any part of it's activities.

Now, according to the City's Tax database.. there has been no recorded sale of this property parcel being discussed. When .. and for how much... was this 25+ acre parcel sold?

Another question is why Wynnton (a.k.a. Wynnbrook) Baptist Church has owned this very valuable property for some 37 years and it's never been used for any church use or activity, yet it's never paid a penny in property taxes...

Other questions I have concern RO zoning on a tax exempted undeveloped/unused property:

1 - Has it always been RO Zoning, and is the current RO Zoning the same as when it was initially zoned as such?
2 - Why would religious entity property with a property tax exemption have a blanket RO Zoning allowing it to hold property that had no plan to be used as a religious activity building?
3 - Why would property bought by a religious organization have any type of zoning other than a specific use for a facility to be used for religious uses?
4 - Can I incorporate myself as a religious "organization", buy a large tract of property, build a "church facility" on a portion of it, then sit back, enjoy watching my tax exempt property become more commercially valuable, and just wait until I can "re-purpose" or sell off a large section off for commercial development?

This is what is going on now!

Online headline: "Former Atlanta Mayor Bottoms concerned about voting rights ahead of midterms" -- Hmmm... She may be concerned with "voting rights", but she should also be more concerned about "voting WRONGS"!

---
Online headline: "State of Georgia cuts more than 200 low-enrollment degree programs" -- Hmmm... wanna bet that private student loan companies decided not to issue any more loans for those degrees?

---
Online headline: "Stacey Abrams praised on ‘The View’ for not conceding election, defends saying she ‘won’ Georgia race in 2018" -- hmmm... sounds sorta like Stacey Abrams is an "insurrectionist" to me..

---
Heh heh heh...No wonder california Governor Newsom wants to outlaw fossil fuel vehicles.. if all the cars in california become electric, when their battery warranty ends after 8 years, it'll cost the owners $20,000.00 or more to replace them, which... basically.. means those electric cars will "die" on the streets and can become shelters for the homeless and illegal aliens...

From the "As Robin might have said, "Holy crap, Batman, we have a sequel to The Joker!" department - Online headline: "Bill Gates says 'the scariest thing of all' is Ukraine war because it is a 'distraction' from climate change" -- Good grief! Gates is an asshole! Ukraine people are fighting for their lives, their country, and their future, and Gates feels the Ukraine is a "distraction" to "climate change"? I think his ex-wife needs to file a follow up divorce suit and clean him out so he doesn't embarrass her anymore!

Online headline/story: "Washington DC post office worker robbed at gunpoint while making deliveries * The suspect told the victim to give him his keys. He said "give it [keys] to me and get out," according to the report. * The mail carrier complied and told police he saw the suspect flee in an unknown direction." -- Hmmm... guess the thieves in Washington, DC figure some of those packages being delivered might contain cash being sent secretly to Congresspersons by lobbyists... Well... they could!

---
Online headline: "Ron DeSantis sends two planes of illegal immigrants to Martha's Vineyard" -- Heh heh heh...... maybe the Obamas will share some of their many spare bedrooms with the "migrants"...

---
Online headline: "Rep. Hank Johnson compares protesting parents at school boards to Jan. 6 rioters" -- Good grief! Hank Johnson, D-GA4, is the Congressman who thinks the island of Guam might tip over if our military parked all it's heavy vehicles on the base, and now this! You know, District 4 elected Johnson because Cynthia McKinney was such an embarrassment to them... now...I'll bet... that if the D-4 Democrats had a "do-over", they'd put McKinney back in...

---
Online headline: "Illinois calls up National Guard to handle migrants, Chicago wants federal money diverted from Texas" -- Hmmm...Hey...ILLINOIS..... how about sending your National Guard down to Texas and help Abbott stop the problem Resident Biden won't.

---
Online headline/story: "Department of Defense equity chief goes dark on social media after Fox News Digital report on anti-White posts * The diversity chief at the Department of Defense said, 'If another Karen tells me about her feelings… I might lose it' * The chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Kelisa Wing, described herself on Twitter as a "woke administrator." -- So, Kelisa Wing describes herself as a "woke administrator".... guess being a "woke administrator" is the new BIGOT for 2022.

---
Online headline: "Vulnerable Democrats won't say when Inflation Reduction Act will reduce inflation * The CPI Inflation Reduction Act will reduce inflation"? report found inflation rose to 8.3% in August" -- "Vulnerable Democrats won't say when Inflation Reduction Act will reduce inflation"? Wow! Is this a new breed of Democrat... a breed that won't tell an obvious lie in order to "win"? What this really tells me is that MSM is not going to ignore the Democrat lies ....

---
From the "me thinks the lady may protest a wee bit too much" department - Online story: ""I don’t know anything. I suspect my colleagues don’t know anything, except for the chief justice maybe, about what the investigation has turned up, if anything," Justice Kagan said after saying she expects an update soon. * Kagan went on to describe the leak as "shocking" and "horrible," CNN reported." -- That Roe v. Wade draft leak...She knows.. it may have been Sotomayor or Breyer, but she knows..
