Speaking of "NIL", the Georgia High School Association "approved" N.I.L.  for high school players.. You know, before any high school player receives a dime under a "N.I.L." contract, said "recipient" must stand up and  read his/her contract, flawlessly aloud,  in front of his/her teammates and parents, and score a minimum of1,000 on the SAT's. Non "N.I.L." teammates should know how much someone they are told "to protect" is making.

Wow! The Democrats are out in unison to keep the lid on how tax dollars are spent by USAID. You know, what bothers me the most is I think every politician should be FOR annual  transparent audits of all expenditures for all but our security departments, and all the security departments should have all expenditures audited annually  and provided to the President, VP, and House Speaker.
