He told the Daily Mail that consuming just two drinks per week may shorten your life by three to six days. *  According to Dr. Stockwell’s comments to the media, if a person were to drink seven alcoholic beverages a week (beer, wine, or spirits), they risk cutting their life expectancy by two and a half months. A person who drinks 35 alcoholic beverages a week could shorten their life by two years, based on his interpretation of the research." -- We gotta parse this! Hmmm... so 2 drinks a week for .. say 50 years (from age 21 to 71) would be about 5,200 drinks... and that would shorten a life by 3-to-6 days... drinking 7 drinks a week would be 18,250 drinks that could shorten a life by 10 weeks, and 35 drinks a week (5 drinks every day) would be 91,250  over 50 years and shorten a life by 2 years.. Somehow, I don't think this study is gonna make anyone stop drinking responsibly. Now.... why doesn't the "Journal of Studies on Alcohol and Drugs" do a study on the Fentanyl pills that were easily smuggled across our Southern Border under Biden that only require one pill to kill young persons and shorten their lives by 50 or more years!
