It was bad enough to read about the betting scandal in the NBA, but to see the
UGA Quarterback back off from making a WIDE OPEN Touchdown and take a knee at
the one.... That was POINT SHAVING. UGA had a 4 point lead and "the
line" started at Florida + 7.5 points and ended with Florida getting 6.5
points ..With Stockton stepping into the end zone, UGA would win by 11 instead
of 4....In other words, all the Florida bettors won, and all the Georgia
bettors LOST...
It would have been one thing if UGA had already been up by 3 or 4 touchdowns,
and didn't want to run up the score, but that wasn't the score.. Now, whenever
a Georgia receiver is open, but the pass doesn't get thrown to him, or if
the QB casually steps out of bounds or dives to the ground a foot short of the
1st Down marker, questions will arise.. was that intentional or coincidental?

You know, as painful as the Toronto Blue Jays feel after losing the last two
games in Toronto, one play in game 6 will haunt them like Bill Buckner’s error
in Game 6 of the 1986 series allowed the Mets to win it and Game 7 to take the
title.. That bottom of the 9th game ending double play because of a T-ball
level base-running error by Addison Barger….

town Columbus State University Ladies Basketball team to get beaten by 100
points in a game against University of Tennessee… I know Tennessee is a
SEC powerhouse, but 100 points?

I use the "News-Break" app a lot because it publishes current news
from various sources, so I think I get good access to all aspects and angles of
available news,... but there's one thing that bothers me about it... It's
reading what I'm opining, and expressing its own opinion before I finish writing...
Anybody have another good source of news I can get that doesn't spy on me?

After the Dodgers won the World Series, I'm not going to be surprised if the
Dodgers offer all the returning players their own personal helicopters in their
new contracts. Huh, you say... but think about it...after Gov Newsom gets his
new WEALTH TAXES voted in, Dodger players are not going to be eager to
return... Having their own helicopters will allow them to move to Arizona or
Nevada for tax reasons then commuter to Dodger Stadium on game days.
