Personally, I think there is definitely a place for the  "filibuster" to get 60 Senate  votes on certain types of legislation... it sorta helps to be able to 'tap the brakes" on emotional issues... Now, if the Senate WANTS to do something that will HELP America, the Senate should vote to impose a two-term limit on itself.

Schools were credited with a "mile" for every $100.00 dollars raised. The Nation rejoiced at the declaration that "Polio" no longer a dreaded affliction.
