Yesterday there was a different story coming out of Hakeem Jeffries mouth.....I usually just call typical DemoKrat double-speak...a.k.a. LYING.... Last week he was harping about Mike Johnson not calling the House back in session, and now he doesn't want it open and having to vote on the Senates changes to the bill to reopen the government.

Online headline: "For Ossoff and Georgia Democrats, the shutdown fight is the message" --  Good grief! For Ossoff and Warnock, the "fight" was more like "shadow boxing",  and both knocked themselves to the floor!

---
I look at Sen Ossoff and wonder what he’s trying to do… If I was elected 5 years ago, I’d be looking to add some of the voters who didn’t vote for me last time to add to my known supporters… It’s not enough just to expect the previous voters to vote for you again…

From the "Poll News is.. well what it is" department - Online story: "California Gov. Gavin Newsom leads Vice President JD Vance by three percentage points in an early potential head-to-head matchup for president in 2028, according to a new poll from Overton Insights.
* The poll asked 1,200 registered voters who think of themselves as Democrats, Republicans, and Independents their thoughts on a series of questions, with 22% of those voters saying they believe Newsom is the leader of the Democratic Party. *  Democrats, however, favored former Vice President Kamala Harris with 35% of the vote compared to 23% for Newsom and 7% apiece for U.S. Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and former Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. * “After moderating his image, Newsom has relentlessly attacked President Trump, and his offensive seems to be working in the minds of voters as he leads Vance by 3 points in a hypothetical 2028 matchup," Overton Insights Poll Director Mark Cunningham said. "However, despite this momentum, he still has yet to pass former Vice President Kamala Harris in polling, still trailing by double digits." -- Hmmm so Gruesome Newsom, in his remade personna Halloween costume, is the recognized "leader" of the DemoKrats even though he trails KamaBLAHBLAHBLAH by 12 percentage points... biased polls.. well are what they are...

Trump really shows what a true leader as President does for America...and the world! Syria... yes, SYRIA has joined in the ending of ISIS!

From the “As Pogo would say, “We have met the enemy, and he is us.” Department – Online headline/story: “The top 3 reasons housing has become so unaffordable in the US market – and it's not what you think *  Jim Tobin, president and CEO of the National Association of Home Builders, said the cost of regulations alone plays a massive role in housing affordability. * "Regulatory burdens really do add up on the unaffordability index," Tobin told Fox News Digital. "We estimate that 24% of the cost of a single-family home is embedded in regulations at all three levels of local, state and federal government. That comes out to roughly $94,000 in regulatory costs." * The best way to thaw this frozen housing market," he said, is to reduce government spending to relieve pressure on interest rates and roll back  burdensome  regulations. * He added that such steps "would in turn increase production of new homes."" --  “We have met the enemy, and he is us.”? Yep! And another unmentioned aspect is the continued use of SPLOST taxes to build government buildings... there's no provision about including any current or future MAINTENANCE expenses.. so homeowners taxes go up immediately!

Here’s personal story about government regulations effect on building: My family offered to build a new “1,500 square foot club house” on the Columbus GA owned short golf course in Bibb City.. The City owned the land, existing utilities were sufficient, and access roads were already established, and was not even going to have a kitchen. Early projections felt $200K would be adequate…then City Codes and regulations for construction kicked in. and the estimate shot to between $320,000 to $350,000!... and we were going to have to perform a “perculation test” at a projected cost of $16,700…when a hole in the ground and a couple buckets of water poured would have shown it’s “perc” adequacy with 30 minutes. My family does not waste donations funds… so we said, NO WAY!

Online headline/story: "ICE arrests Moldovan illegal immigrant and convicted killer who tortured, threw victim out ninth-floor window * Victoria Sorocean was taken into custody in Los Angeles on Nov. 4 by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after authorities learned she had been convicted of premeditated murder with exceptional cruelty in 2013, ICE told Fox News on Tuesday.  * According to DHS, Sorocean and an accomplice tortured their victim inside an apartment in Chisinau, Moldova, beating the person with a stick and electrical cable before throwing the victim out a ninth-floor window.” -- Hmmm... wanna bet some Soros money is going to her defense lawyer?

Online headline: "UC Berkeley chaos outside Turning Point gathering ends in multiple arrests as conservative event runs smoothly" -- You know, I remember Berkeley back in the 1960s when students protested loudly about having a voice to challenge the government.. Now, Berkeley students protest other Berkeley students who challenge the campus to have their voices heard... this is what happens when the agenda is Communism...

Online headline/story: “Far-left firebrand spends eye-popping amount of campaign cash on luxury hotels, 'top-tier' limo services * Federal Election Commission filings show that progressive Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, spent nearly $75,000 on luxury hotels, transportation and security this year in cities across the U.S. * The hotel expenses include $4,175.01 at the Ritz-Carlton and $2,304.79 at The Luxury Collection. Other hotel expenses include $5,326.52 to the West Hollywood Edition in Los Angeles, $1,173.92 to the Times Square Edition in New York City, over $2,000 to the Cosmopolitan and Aria resort in Las Vegas and $2,703.14 to the Edgartown Inn and $3,160.93 at The Coco, both in Martha’s Vineyard." -- Hmmm... and none of these places are in Texas where her campaign expenses should be spent...This is a good enough reason for major campaign reform.. Unless a politician is an announced candidate exploring a presidential run, all campaign expenses should be contained to the state of District the politician represents, and all donations should only come from  voters who are eligible to vote for a candidate.

Online headline: "SCOTUS extends stay on SNAP benefits for now, impacting millions" -- Hey.. this wasn't about "SNAP", this was the US Supreme Court re-iterating... again... its ongoing position that single, biased judges do not have the power to overrule a President!

---
Online headline: "Trump declares victory in Dem-run city despite ‘extraordinary resistance’ from sanctuary politicians" -- Hmmm... In a word...PUTZker!

Using a new definition of "what is a woman", the International Olympic Committee has banned trans-genders from participating in Women's Olympic Events. Hmmm... my question is WHY did the IOC "need" a NEW definition of WHAT a WOMAN IS!
