So Mamdani wants to confiscate NYC apartments and give them to the tenants.... Hmmm.. but who will maintain them? Other apartment complexes would be confiscated and turned over to the City. Wonder who the apartment complexes will be turned over to after the new lessors/owners don't maintain them?

Interesting... Rode by River Road School here in
Columbus GA and saw a full-fledged renovation of the school playground going
on.. I drive by nearly every day of the year, and all school year that facility
has had playgrouns maintenance issues that haven't been addressed .. until
now...after school has ended for the year... And it won't get better... we just
re-elected 3 challenged School Board members who let it get that way.

GOLDEN Park's name out of South Commons!
