With all going on with Iran and midterm election primaries, you might not have heard this, but April's non-farm jobs creation not only up significantly from projections, but March's jobs report was modified upward as well. Just thought you might like to know, because ya ain't gonna hear from our local news sources either.

Online headline: "Move to oust Nancy Guthrie sheriff fails as Pima County supervisors refer perjury allegations to AG" --  I think my first assessment, 3 months + ago,  that the Arizona Sheriff was looking for any way not to describe the kidnapper/killer as an illegal alien. The fact that 3 months later the Sheriff  cannot say the kidnapper is an American is pretty much an undeniable admission that the culprit is a non-American.

WRBL-TV3 online headline: "Mayor tells Columbus GA Council recommendation on city manager not coming this week" -- Talk about a dodge of responsibility..obviously Columbus GA Mayor Skippy the POO feels the current Council may not approve his choice. He KNOWS Byron Hickey will be leaving after the May 19th Election date, and wants to wait and see if John Anker retains his seat, as both voted for firing previous City Manager "I-see-a-nothing" Hugley. Hmmm... guess it's time to update Skippy's name ...now it will be more fitting to refer to him as Mayor Skippy the POOPOO... Oh! This alone is a grat reason to make sure Anker gets elected!

Why should GA Power Company be allowed to spend money on on ad on the Atlanta Braves outfield wall? It doesn't have any competition it has to worry about, so the only reason GA Power Company buys such an ad is to provide "perks" to its executives and Board members at the expense on its users.. The PSC needs to shut down such spending!

This is big! Most people won't have noticed...or even thought much about it, but Monday night (May 11th) on a Fox News Show, there was an ad for "Eastside Golf"... What's "big" about it is that "Eastside Golf" is a Black business aimed at Black golfers advertising on a conservative network... seeking Black golfers. Like I've said...this is "big"...successful Black business people are turning to Fox.... and they proud and unashamed.

The Columbus L-E’s “People’s Choice Awards” are a faud! There’s no “Write-In” capability.. It’s especially noticeable in the “Eat & Drink” categories… I cannot vote for “Moe’s Original” down on 5th Avenue, nor “Monterey Tex-Mex” for Mexican food nor Margaritas!  These here are definitely winners in our book!
