I don't know what to believe in that case of "rape" at Baylor U. that has caused as much stir as the "rape" of Brett Kavanaugh by Democrat Senators.. It's a "he said/she said" situation of accused date-rape, yet no drugs were found in her system, and collaborating witness statements observed them "kissing passionately" and no signs of "choking". The case never went to trial and was plead out to "unlawful restraint" with a small fine. He was later dismissed by Baylor. Like I said, I do not know what happened or who to believe, but it seems.. as you read more detail.. that MSM-13 may have "rushed to judgment" here.. perhaps the DA should have brought her into a trial stage where medical evidence and proper cross-examination could be presented to a jury.. As it stands, the young woman has either been gravely under-served by justice, or she is just justifying her story to herself by indignation. Either way, it is NOT MSM-13's place to "rush to judgment" nor take sides.
