About $175K came from taxpayers, I guess some came from his bride, and most of the rest came from his book asking people to support his politics and plans for America..I didn't see his donations, but shouldn't Bernie donate all the proceeds from his book to the causes he is committed to rather than extra homes?

Let's do some numbers.. if the petition reaches 200,000 in number and McDonald's kowtows, what do the numbers look like. Remember the "1 Billion Sold" signs at McDonald stores replacing the "Millions Sold" signs? Well if these 200,000 meatless burger fans ate one every day, it would take them. it would take over 13 years for 1,000,000,000 to be sold... I doubt McDonald's has any real interest.

First, I have a statement to correct.. the Tax Assessed C+Value of the Train Depot is separated to the main property plus an auxiliary section of property, and between them, they are assessed at the selling price.. This does not undermine my statement that the total of $1,000,000.00 is not an $865,000.00 LOSS for the taxpayers in Columbus, but it does reflect another $1,900.00 in lost tax revenues.

 

While I thought a more-than-arms-length willing buyer and seller determined current Fair Market Value of property...(of course when it's a sweetheart deal...general rules don't count) If you haven't guessed both aspects )the lack of an arms-length separation, and establishing Fair Market Value do not apply on the sale of the Train Depot to a group of "friends of Teresa".
