From the "where do the other 262,000,000 of us line up?" department - Online story: "Online story: "Jussie Smollett has refused to pay more than $130,000 to reimburse Chicago investigative costs and the city said Thursday it will sue the "Empire" actor for the money as reimbursement for investigating what officials say was phony racist, anti-gay attack that Smollett staged. * Mayor Rahm Emanuel's law chief sent Smollett a March 28 letter demanding he pay $130,106 — plus 15 cents — within seven days." -- About 262 MILLION of us, blacks and whites in US, were slurred and damaged by Smollett being a Mullet, so where do we join to file a class action law suit for the permanent damages Smollett inflicted on racial tolerance!

I see the Bezos divorce has been financially settled.. Not sure why I feel Mrs Bezos should go after her lawyer for malfeasance after getting on 25% of Amazon, but have a tough time feeling her getting $36 Billion would garner much sympathy. I did understand why she rescinded any claims or a portion of the WaPo... no mother would want to defend herself against a very wronged 16 year old.

From the 'me thinks the lawyer is too full of herself" department - "“This is a serious court proceeding,” San Francisco-based attorney Debra F. Bogaards — who has advised countless clients and experts on what to wear for court, depositions and mediations * Bogaards, who wrote about the importance of courtroom attire for Plaintiff magazine’s “Dressing Your Client for Success at Deposition and Trial,” talked to us about what she saw that seemed right — and wrong. * “Loughlin is way too smiley and wanting to greet her fans, but she is being rushed along by her attorneys/handlers,” Bogaards observes. While her camel pantsuit works — Bogaards advises her clients to wear gray, navy and brown to court because it helps them appear more honest — the light gray shirt below it is “too casual for the severity of the federal court appearance.” Instead, she would have suggested a button-up white starched crisp blouse to “convey a more rigid and formal message.” --

You know, when a lawyer has published "what to wear to look honest" guidelines, and a juror or two have read about it, then wouldn't those jurors feel any client who showed up wearing such apparel was probably guilty and chose to dress to look "not guilty"?

From the "if you haven't seen this, this is why Trump is my President!" department - Online story: “WELCOME BACK JOE!” Trump tweeted along with an embedded video that has a superimposed Biden “massaging” his own shoulders as he offered an explanation for his history of physical contact. " -- Who but Trump is smart enough to use Biden's own meme against Biden himself!

---
Hmmmm...where's Mrs Creepy Joe Biden been...you'd think...uh..feel.. that she'd been out defending her hubby in public rather than cooped up who knows where..

This is a repeat comment, but last month I passed on a :list" about "the worst states for women" and the irony that not only were the worst 18 all Democrat run, but those 18 states were 18 of the 20 that voted for Hellary in 2016..I wanted to add.. :Hey, Stacey Abrams! You should have moved to one of those 18.. the women of GA know a good thing.. and you aren't that.

Not too long ago, there was a multi-group of enforcement officers who performed a raid on the Pain Center on Whitesville Road here in Columbus, GA. I didn't hear any post event details, but something happened that warrants more than what we've been given.

Has anyone else heard about that Foster home employee's sexual "messaging" to a minor kept at Countryman's home business? Until yesterday, I had no idea that was part of the shenanigans going on, and it brings a totally different issue into play about investigators being turned away at the door.

To quote a NYTimes favorite word. "some" Democrats are wanting Mueller to testify, under oath, at the House Committee sessions. I'm sure Mueller will jump at this opportunity for Republicans to ask him perjury trap questions...yeah, right..

---
With testimony from 500 people, how can 'any' much less 'some' of the Mueller Team be concerned that any stone was left unturned?

---
Online headline: "Virginia Governor Who Supported Infanticide Signs Bill to Make Animal Cruelty a Felony" -- Unfortunately, this is the priority of the Democrat Party.. wonder if Governor Northam has a special thought for Pandas.. he seems to have a special connection with anything "black-faced".

---
From the "please pass along to Stacey Abrams" department - Will someone tell her non-aborted babies will be registered voters one day.

---
From the "I guess being bitten on the arse in California is painless in a sanctuary situation" department - Online story: "An undocumented immigrant accused of more than 100 child-related sex offenses has been arrested, according to Louisiana officials. * KLFY reported that Miguel Martinez, 44, was arrested on 100 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13, one count of production under 13, and one count of sexual battery of a juvenile under 13. * Martinez, deported once before, in 2005, is a registered sex offender in California." -- what can I add...

It's not just the wall on the Mexican border we need.. we also need on on California's Eastern and Northern borders.. California is leaking liberals into Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona, too!

---
Online headline: "Ex-Clinton aide faces backlash for mocking McConnell's fall, refuses to apologize" -- Of course he's refusing to apologize.... seeming to be civil , decent, or sympathetic to senior citizens would set a a bad precedence for Democrats!

---
Online headline: "Nkechi Diallo, aka Rachel Dolezal, reaches settlement in welfare fraud case" -- Good grief.. why does this not surprise us.. She tried to change her ethnicity to black without success, so now she's trying to give herself a different ethnicity by changing her name. Please pay for Rachel... to be comfortable in the skin God created for her...

Online story: "House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler is being accused of hypocrisy by Republican critics for moving to subpoena Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia report, as vintage video surfaces from the Clinton days showing him urging caution regarding the release of details from then-Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's report. * Committee Ranking Member Doug Collins, R-Ga., blasted Nadler, D-N.Y., on Wednesday for voting to authorize subpoenas, noting that in 1998, Nadler sought to protect grand jury material." -- It's not that Democrats have short... or convenient .. memories, it's just that when they talk out of both sides of their mouths, they forget what lie they told o whom..

The Greater Columbus, GA Chamber of Commerce.... does anyone know where it's offices are now? The website and Facebook page still show it as 1200 6th Avenue, but we know that the Train Depot was sold to ex-Mayor Tom-LYING-son's old law firm (at a very favorable price and FMV tax base). Maybe the Chamber should e=evaluate it's claim of "We do Amazing".. well, at least until out of tine business scouts know where to go...

---
From the "has anyone asked the Obamas about this?" department - Online headline:"Farrakhan claims to be Jesus in 'Saviours' Day' address: 'I am the Messiah' -- Dear Jesus.. we know better!

---
From the "stupidity has been redefined" department -- Online headline/story: "Mark Cuban: 'We're being really, really, really stupid' on immigration * Texas billionaire and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban criticized the Trump administration's immigration policy this week, calling it “really stupid” for turning away “really educated people.”" -- Glad he included himself in his erudite "we" eruption! We can now add Mark Cuban's picture to the Webster Dictionary "examples" . Trump has always advocated that we welcome smart, industrious and educated immigrant to America.. Hey Cuban.. name one of the aliens who cross our border illegally who fit this description.

Online headline/story: "US weekly jobless claims drop to the lowest level since 1969 * Initial claims for state unemployment benefits dropped to 202,000 for the week ended March 30, the lowest level since early December 1969, the Labor Department said." -- Well.. hmmm. the current list of names includes: Officially in: Ohio Rep. Tim Ryan (45), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (52), former Rep. Beto O’Rourke (46), former Gov. John Hickenlooper (67), Gov. Jay Inslee (68), Sen. Bernie Sanders (77), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (58), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (69), Sen. Cory Booker (49), Sen. Kamala Harris (54), ex-San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro (44), Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (37), former Rep. John Delaney (55), Miramar, Fla., Mayor Wayne Messam (44), author Marianne Williamson (66) and former tech executive Andrew Yang (44). You know.. Biden hasn't announced yet, but he's 76. Here's a list of 17 Democrats who say they can do better than Trump, but 7 of them have never know better economic times than now and the other 10 are pretty part of the problem that Trump has fixed.. Electing any of these is tantamount to diving into the ocean wearing concrete swim fins.

From the "style before function...uh...dysfunction" department - Online headline/story: "Plan for homeless center in Pelosi's district leads to raucous public meeting; SF mayor jeered * an Francisco Mayor London Breed was heckled and jeered during a raucous community meeting Wednesday to discuss a controversial homeless center proposal along the city’s waterfront that has attracted dueling online fundraisers from critics and supporters. * "Homelessness is the number one problem that we face in our city. You cannot be upset about homelessness and then when I propose a real solution, then you’re upset about it," Breed said while trying to discuss plans to build a 200-bed Homeless Navigation Center in the city's Embarcadero section." -- Hmmm... a 44,000 sq ft center with 200 beds homeless shelter... in a city with closer to 8,000 homeless. You know.. the San Francisco homeless should just declare themselves criminals and get better treatment with "sanctuary city status".

---
Online headline: "ICE arrests more than 280 at Texas business, biggest workplace immigration raid in a decade" -- You know, when a company has this many illegal aliens working, it's obviously an intentional avoidance of E-verify and US employment laws, and Corporate Executives should also be served and arrested!

---
M/C L-E headline/story: "EXCLUSIVE: TOMLINSON TO TAKE FIRST OFFICIAL STEP IN SENATE BID * Tomlinson has spent years in public eye" -- "spent"? It's more like "SPIT" in taxpayer's eyes! You know.. It was announced yesterday that our nation's unemployment filings hit a new 50 year low, and the L-E chose to run this garbage about our former mayor who orchestrated more job losses and a dwindling citizen count and on the front page during an economic boom.
