Our Constitution divides our government duties and authorities into three branches for a reason.. to keep any one person or group from becoming "all powerful". Congress' job is to write laws, the President's job, among others, is to authorize them, and the US Supreme Court's job is to evaluate/interpret such laws as to their compliance with our Constitution. That said, when has the US Supreme Court given up it's rights.. it's job.. to Congress that one party, within one sector of Congress, can interpret the impeachment definition of "high crimes and misdemeanors", as written into our Constitution, for it's own benefit?
