From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "Trump mocks FBI's Lisa Page, citing debunked text-message conspiracy" -- Good grief.. Lisa Page was part of a cabal within the upper levels of the FBI that tried to undermine the will of the American people. and MSM-13 feels President Trump is "the heavy"? If this FBI cabal had conspired to undermine Hellary, MSM-13 would calling for her death!

From the "I guess 21st Century beggars CAN BE choosy" department - HuffPOOPOO "poop": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about his distrust of foreign leaders and criticized U.S. President Donald Trump for his waning support of Ukraine, * “If you’re our strategic partner, then you can’t go blocking anything for us,” Zelensky said at one point. “I think that’s just about fairness. It’s not about a quid pro quo.”" -- Good grief.. Zelensky just vindicated President Trump's concerns about whether Zelensky could be trusted with and accountable for the hundreds of millions of dollars of American taxpayers' money he WANTS!

From the "now we KNOW PeLOUSY hasn't read the Constitution... either" department - Online story: "U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi took her duel with Donald Trump to a climate summit on Monday, pledging that Congress would urgently tackle global warming despite the president's opposition to an international pact. * "By coming here we want to say to everyone we are still in, the United States is still in," Pelosi told reporters on the first day of the two-week United Nations climate talks in Spain." -- Hmmm.. let's look at the US Treaty Process: "The President may form and negotiate, but the treaty must be advised and consented to by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. Only after the Senate approves the treaty can the President ratify it. Once it is ratified, it becomes binding on all the states under the Supremacy Clause." -- Hey, PeLOUSY! You.. especially YOU, nor the House has anything to do with the treaty process of the US!

Following the Title IX settlement at Northside High to equate girls and boys sports experiences, will someone please post pictures and details of the boys' baseball locker room? I want to see why it's going to take nearly $445.00 a square foot to build the girls' softball locker room to be "equal".

Columbus L-E headline/story: "6 Muscogee County schools are on state’s chronically failing list. Here are the details. * For the second straight year, Muscogee County has six schools on the list of the lowest-performing in Georgia, putting them at risk for intervention or even takeover by the state. * David Lewis, the Muscogee County School District’s superintendent, told the Ledger-Enquirer in an email, “Overall we have seen positive results and improvements, such as the removal of Davis Elementary from the Turnaround Eligible Schools List, that affirm the hard work demonstrated by our teachers and instructional leaders in implementing our District plan for these schools." -- Hmmm.. so Dr Lewis is proud that one school from last year improved... yet doesn't seem to care ANOTHER SCHOOL was added... To boot, NO SCHOOLS in Harris or Chattahoochee Counties made the list...

Columbus L-E headline: "2 teens found with a gun and gun clip at Muscogee County school, officials say" -- Now.. how many days prior to Monday was it carried onto the Jordan High campus before someone reported it?

Online headline: "Kelly Loeffler to have powerful ally after she’s tapped to Senate in Georgia" -- I like this choice.. I also like Congressman Doug Collins, but I'm not sure he would be electable statewide at this juncture of his service, but I do think he's a valuable State/national asset in the House, and when the Republicans win back the House majority, Congressman Collins will have a great opportunity to show his dynamic leadership.

Columbus L-E headline/story: "Council to reconsider Sunday tattooing ban * The change was sparked by the scheduling of the region’s first large tattoo convention set to occupy the Columbus Convention and trade center in January. * No tattooing on Sundays is not the only strange or outdated law that Columbus has on the books. Other weird things that are illegal in Columbus include the use of a slingshot, wearing a hat in a movie theater and using vulgar language on a telephone." -- Hmmm.. We have a "no tattooing law on Sundays" law? Wonder why it wasn't brought up BEFORE a "convention" was booked.. but seeing as we already allow "alcohol anesthesia" to be bought and consumed on Sundays.. why not... why not... BUT I will stop supporting it IF tattoo parlors can have "drive thru" windows/service. Oh, now I do think Council needs to KEEP the "no vulgar language on telephones" law.. and enforce it diligently.. I feel victimized walking around the street of Uptown with my 7 year old granddaughter being subjected to vulgar tirades of cellphone conversations.

Columbus L-E headline/story: "Second Amendment case may fizzle out at the Supreme Court * judging from questioning at arguments Monday that focused largely on whether the repeal of a New York City law made the case challenging it moot. * “What’s left of this case?” Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg asked. “The petitioners have gotten all of the relief they sought.” * The other three members of the court’s liberal wing made similar points. “The other side has thrown in the towel,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor told a lawyer for the challengers.' -- Good grief.. it's taken 10 years to get such review by the US Supreme Court, and the US Supreme Court NEEDS to confirm the 2nd Amendment as "law of the land" so another state doesn't try to do the same thing as NY as soon as this case gets dropped without a decision..
