You know.. if you see people out driving or shopping, they are probably conservatives and Trump supporters... only Democrats actually enjoy staying at home drawing a government support check without going stir crazy.

From the "why are Comey, Holder, Lynch, and Obama free men this morning?" department - Online headline/story: "FBI discussed interviewing Michael Flynn 'to get him to lie' and 'get him fired,' handwritten notes show * The handwritten notes -- written by the FBI's former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Fox News is told -- further suggested that agents planned in the alternative to get Flynn "to admit to breaking the Logan Act" when he spoke to then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition period. * "What is our goal?" one of the notes read. "Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?" -- Thank heaven for President Trump! America was in a bad way when politicians were becoming socialists, but when Justice Department and FBI Directors joined in, America was about to die as our Founding Fathers created it.

NYC Mayor de Bl@sio announced he was ordering a police state for Jewish congregations... yet has also announced he's delivering 100,000 meals to 32 Muslim sites. Hmmm..that means an average of 3,125 meals will be delivered to those sites. I wonder how many Jewish sites have, 3,125 people congregated?

---
More wonderful news! Our middle daughter and her husband and daughter are announcing a new addition to the family.. November due date!

---
MSM-13 doesn't ask Biden about his aggressive/abusive actions towards women, but more importantly they don't ask Pelosi or Schumer why they aren't pitching to help President Trump lead our country during the worst medical and financial crises of our lifetimes.

---
It's a National shame...an absolute shame..that our nation is having of the worst medical issue which is creating a huge financial crisis , and Democrats have basically abandoned our country...the Democrat leadership won't even bring it's majority House members together to help President Trump. MSM-13 disgusts me...!

---
Hey.. why aren't Congressional members paid "per diem" for the days they work in Washington, DC rather than salaried? Oh, and if Congress persons aren't "essential" enough to be required to be on the job, why are we still paying for their staff members?

---
Wouldn't farmers be better off selling ..even giving away excess foods to 3rd World countries rather than plowing it under or destroying it?

---
Looks like it'll be close to 20,000 people in NY who will succumbs to the coronavirus prior the rescheduled NY primaries..while the Presidential primary has been canceled, other races will be contested as scheduled.. wonder how many of the 20,000 who've died will cast their votes in the NY Democratic Primary?

---
Guess Democrats are relying on a Bill Clinton "definition"... Online headline: "1,700 Babies Have Died Since Pennsylvania Gov Tom Wolf Banned Elective Procedures But Allowed Abortions" -- In April, I had one appointment with my heart doctor swapped from an office visit to a phone call, and another postponed until mid-May (pending further developments)... because they are elective .. on the other hand, abortions are deemed
essential".. Wait a minute.. I thought abortions were a "choice" for women... regardless of how Clinton defines "choice", Webster still defines it as "elective".

My comment about Spencer High School here in Columbus, GA being ranked the worst in GA and the Nation may not be true.. There's a possibility it is either Jordan High or Kendrick High.. seems those three were put together in a range of "non-specifically assigned" bad rankings, but I've got someone doing more investigative work to positively identify which of the three is the actual WORST in the State AND Nation.. It shouldn't matter to the MCSB.. Dr Lewis should be "called upon the carpet" to explain why ANY of our schools are ranked so low...

From the "have you heard any question about this at the Covid-19 update press conferences?" department - Online headline/story: "DR. FAUCI BACKED CONTROVERSIAL WUHAN LAB WITH MILLIONS OF U.S. DOLLARS FOR RISKY CORONAVIRUS RESEARCH * In 2019, with the backing of NIAID, the National Institutes of Health committed $3.7 million over six years for research that included some gain-of-function work. The program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses, which ended in 2019, bringing the total to $7.4 million." -- Excuse me, but this seems to be a very pertinent question for MSM-13 to ask as this "research program" began under Obama/Biden in 2014...

---
Here we go again... IT"S BACK! The Liberty Theater issue... again.....and Council is entertaining about $3 Million for a privately held entity that has tremendous grant and donation capacities within it's realm. Council seems to be forgetting that sales taxes are taking a hit, there are uncollected property taxes in limbo, we have a growing collection of potholes that need fixing, and I'm sure fees normally collected for traffic Court are stagnant at best. Hey, Council... our City's infrastructure needs should be your only PRIORITY for projects at this time!

---
I'm not letting the City off on charging $1.00 mailing fee, and my being charged a $1.95 "Convenience Fee" for paying via an electronic check on a local bank! It's just wrong.. Besides, some 3rd party is making more off handling this than the City.. that's wrong, too.

From the "Harvard... or Wu-Harvard?" department - Online headline/story: "U.S. NEWS *
Harvard's chemistry chair charged with lying about China contract * Federal agents allege the professor violated U.S. law by not disclosing the money he received to the Defense Department. * Charles M. Lieber, the chair of Harvard's Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, allegedly violated federal law by not disclosing his involvement in China's Thousand Talents Plan to the Defense Department, including money he received, * The charging documents allege that under the Thousand Talents contract Lieber was paid $50,000 in monthly salary by China's Wuhan University of Technology and another $158,000 in living expenses. He was also awarded some $1.74 million to set up a research lab there." -- This story ran in January, but was under the sight-lines at that time..While Harvard.. with it's $40 BILLION in Endowments... is not "going away", but this and other revelations seem to show Harvard as leaning further left to undermine the US.

---
I hear people claim that wearing a mask is to protect "others" from you... this sounds "backasswards" at a minimum. and stupid as the alternative.. I do not have any symptoms or indications that I have the virus, so if I'm wearing the mash to protect others... what am I protecting them FROM? I guess wearing gloves is the same thing in their minds.. think about that.. I wear the gloves to protect my hands from contacting something from others.. but when I'm wearing them, I'm spreading whatever I've touched to everything .. or everybody.. I touch afterwards.. Like John Wayne said, "Life's tough... and even tougher if you're stupid."

---
In an online Democratic "debate" among candidates wanting to run against Senator Perdue, our ex-mayor Queen TT Tom-LYING-son.. took it on the chin when asked about her "prison work camps", and swung and missed when she tried to undermine Sarah Riggs Amico's Obama endorsement by asking her if Obama knew Amico had supported Republican **it Romney.. Heck, Romney isn't even a RINO .. much less a Republican.. and Obama knew/knows this.

---
Online headline: "Former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams said during an interview Tuesday that Governor Brian Kemp's decision to reopen businesses was "dangerously incompetent and deeply callous." -- Hmmm... says the self-acclaimed "essential non-employed worker" and 2018 losing GA gubernatorial candidate who obviously feels "shelter at home" does not apply to her...

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "Virus pushes US into worst slump since 2008" -- Hmmm... well, I wouldn't give ALL the credit to "the virus".. there's plenty of credit that Queen Pelosi deserves..

---
Columbus L-E story: "Fox News, CNN and MSNBC all posted substantial increases over the same time a year ago. Fox News and MSNBC each set all-time records, and CNN had its highest-rated month in more than a decade as anxious viewers sought the latest news and information about the coronavirus outbreak" -- Hearing CNN and MSNBC had increases reminds me of an old joke about "Reader's Digest".. "How do you un-inform Digest readers,,, take away their Readers' Digest... how do you misinform them.. Give it back..

---
Columbus L-E story: "The NCAA is moving forward with a plan to allow college athletes to earn money for endorsements and a host of other activities involving personal appearances and social media content. * The NCAA announced Wednesday that its Board of Governors supports permitting athletes the ability to cash in on their names, images and likenesses as never before and without involvement from the association, schools or conferences." -- Which makes them "professionals" under any definition.. which also means the NCAA has little defense if it tries to keep College Football players from playing professionally for indoor or summer league football teams during the "off season".

From the "Coin Flip: either the 'Bias? What bias?' or the 'headLIE' " department - Online headline/story: "Unions Angered by Trump's Meat Production Order * The order uses the Defense Production Act to classify meat processing as critical infrastructure to try to prevent a shortage of chicken, pork and other meat on supermarket shelves. Unions fired back, saying the White House was jeopardizing lives and prioritizing cold cuts over workers' health." - Good grief... If anyone in "the Unions" is angry that President Trump has kept their jobs open and meat on their tables, it's the Union Bosses paying lip-service to the Democrats.

You know, I wasn't as upset to hear that the L A Lakers had received a Covid Relief Loan (but are returning it) as I was to realize that the Lakers had to make the application to get it.

---
Online story: " An Alaska school board removed five famous -- but allegedly "controversial" -- books from district classrooms, inadvertently spurring renewed local interest in the excluded works. * "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings" by Maya Angelou, "Catch-22" by Joseph Heller, "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien, "The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and "Invisible Man" by Ralph Ellison were all taken off an approved list of works that teachers in the Mat-Su Borough School District may use for instruction. * The school board voted 5-2 on Wednesday to yank those works out of teachers' hands starting this fall. The removed books contained content that could potentially harm students* Several books that were not removed from classrooms still came under harsh scrutiny. "The Jungle" and "A Christmas Carol" could be interpreted as advocating for socialism, while "A Street in Bronzeville" was called to question for showing too much "realism" in describing racism against African Americans, according to a district memo." -- Interesting.. the most important aspect of an education is showing students history.. and that people can change to future to improve things.. Interesting, too, is that I've asked our local School board whether or not "Animal Farm" is still required reading in High School as it exposes the pitfall of Socialism.. "all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal" (FTR.. no answer... yet)

---
From the "how dare he!" department - HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline: "Pence bucks Mayo Clinic's mandatory mask policy during visit" -- Hmmm if you are in a room .. or store.. and EVERYONE else "has" to wear a mask, wouldn't you just as safe not wearing one?

---
From the "what's good for the goose. is not for the gander" department - Online headline/story: "Chicago mayor blasts video of 'reckless and utterly unacceptable' house party * The mayor asked citizens to anonymously call police if they see people gathering in groups and not practicing social distancing. * "While most Chicagoans are doing their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, reckless actions like these threaten our public health and risk erasing the progress we have made. We will hold those responsible accountable," according to the mayor. "I am asking everyone to be in this together." -- Hmm... is this not a perfect example of "some animals are more equal than others"? Just a couple of weeks ago, Mayor Lightfoot deemed herself about her own laws and arranged to get her hair styled.. just because she could.. Welcome to Socialism 101!

---
You know... history is suppose to be a memory.. not a vision..

---
So Hellary has now jumped on the Biden wagon.. you know, maybe Biden should start feeling wary.. Even the Democrat-base is not that happy with Hellary and Warren and Pelosi on the same page.. especially the "Bernie Bunch".

---
You know.. I applaud Pelosi for wearing her scarves across her mouth and nose.. not so much because they are masks, but more like "gags". Wonder if she'd wear one made out of recycle plastic grocery bags as a unity sign with AOC..

---
Online headline : "'Pathetic': Schumer slams Trump's coronavirus testing blueprint" -- "Pathetic"? // No, what's "pathetic" are the facts that Schumer has "no plan" of his own, and has not helped Trump.. or America... AT ALL!

From the "Hey, Brad Raffensperger, are you listening"" department - Online headline/story: "28 Million Mail-In Ballots Went Missing in Last Four Elections * Between 2012 and 2018, 28.3 million mail-in ballots remain unaccounted for, according to data from the federal Election Assistance Commission. The missing ballots amount to nearly one in five of all absentee ballots and ballots mailed to voters residing in states that do elections exclusively by mail. * A significant increase in mail-in voting this fall could greatly incentivize “ballot harvesting,” where third parties collect mail-in ballots on behalf of voters and deliver them to election officials. There’s long been a consensus that such a practice incentivizes fraud, and ballot harvesting is illegal in most of the country. Public debate over the issue has intensified in recent years after a GOP operative in North Carolina was indicted for crimes related to ballot harvesting in 2018. * That same election cycle California legalized ballot harvesting, and observers say the practice played a key role in ousting several Republican congressmen in Orange County in 2018, a longstanding GOP stronghold in a state that has become very liberal in recent decades. " -- And this doesn't even count the 4 tubs of mailed in ballots recently found in Wisconsin that won't be counted..

From the "we believe facts over truth" department - Online headline/story: Biden Has Earned 11 Pinocchios From Fact-Checkers During Coronavirus Crisis * Over the course of three weeks between March 13 and April 3, Biden was fact-checked five separate times for making false or misleading claims concerning the Trump administration's handling of the pandemic." -- Hmm .. while all grievous, none so much as these two: 1 - "Over the course of three weeks between March 13 and April 3, Biden was fact-checked five separate times for making false or misleading claims concerning the Trump administration's handling of the pandemic." and 2 - "Another Post fact check on March 24 gave the campaign four Pinocchios after adviser Ron Klain accused Trump of silencing Dr. Nancy Messonnier of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "The president and the White House sent a clear message to scientists in the government—there would be a price for speaking out and speaking up," he said in a campaign video released on March 21. Messonnier continued to hold routine phone briefings with reporters in the weeks after she raised the alarm about the virus at a press conference with Trump."

A lot of Socialist "things" sound good until you parse them.. take "universal income" ..wow... getting paid what the government officials feel you are worth... basically room and board.. but not at their level of needs.... and you won't have control of earning any more than the person next to you. Who said slavery ended following the Civil War?

---
It's sorta ironic..but moronic, too, that Pelosi says she's not calling the House back to work.... Excuse me, but I really haven't remembered it working for America since Newt was Speaker in the 1990's.

---
Shame on the Mayor of Philadelphia. He went on TV to complain about the money being spent on the Blue Angel/Thunderbirds flyover saying he'd have liked that money to spend himself.. President Trump boosted the spirits of First Responders and taxpayers alike with a much needed moment..on the other hand, the Mayor would have wasted the money.

---
So Jesse Ventura is "testing" the water for a White House run... hmmm bet this doesn't "float" very long.

---
Got reminded yesterday that the "We Do Amazing" Columbus Chamber of Commerce still hasn't filled their open Executive Director's office. Maybe we should reduce it to "amazing"..... or maybe we can get verification that the top candidate bailed out and the next two declined after hearing that.

---
Online headline: "Howard Stern suggests Trump supporters take disinfectants and drop dead" -- Hmmm... sounds like Stern is a graduate of the Hellary/DNC "School of Politics", with a major in "Deplorable Identification"

From the "was Columbus even in the running?" department - Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Amazon announces new Georgia facility * The new warehouse based in Columbia County will ship small orders, including books, toys, and household goods * “I could not be more proud to welcome them to the Central Savannah River Area, and I am excited for the hardworking Georgians who will benefit from this new operation,” Kemp said * Columbia County Board of Commissioners Chairman Doug Duncan said the new facility will be the “single-largest” job creation and investment project in the county * Amazon currently employs nearly 3,500 people in facilities across Georgia." -- we lost out on the one built in Macon not too long ago, and now another Amazon Center is opening near Savannah. and we have to wonder whether we were even considered...especially when considering Kemp nor Trump came close to winning here in Columbus...

From the "Going down!" department - Latest fill-up:

For all those who knew.. thanks for the 100s of B'day wishes throughout the day yesterday..

This is how I was greeted at breakfast

Tuesday, April 28, 2020

Hmmm... Dr. Birx has been dubbed "the Scarf Lady".. guess Nancy Pelosi deserves the title of "the Barf B*tch"

---
So NY has eliminated the Democrat's Presidential Primary..Bernie now feels the ultimate BURN!

---
From the "hard reality of it all" department - Online headline: "El Salvador authorizes 'lethal force' against gangs amid coronavirus crime spike, mixes rival gangs in jails" -- Hmmm... sounds like a way to end overcrowding in jails without releasing criminals back on the streets.

---
Online headline: "6 months out, Biden tops Trump in latest national poll" -- Seriously, does anyone outside the DNC believe this? For that matter does anyone INSIDE the DNC really believe this?

---
He's been out of office for nearly 4 years, and we're still getting stuck with the bill for OBAMACRAP...this time it's $12 BILLION!

---
It IS bias when a reporter won't ask a Republican a question about something good he/she has done, nor will question a Democrat about something negative that comes to light.

---
Hmm... you know.. what Democrats are really mad about is that Trump is "socialist distancing" their voter base..

---
Online headline: "Bryan Cranston questions sanity of 'deeply troubled' Donald Trump and his supporters" -- Good Grief! Another actor who can't make a living being himself is criticizing the very people who make his existence even possible. In other words.. a complete idiot in his own world.

---
Online headline: "Schumer proposing measure to block Trump's name from future coronavirus relief checks" -- It's about time..Schumer actually supporting President Trump.. jump-start the economy and there will n-be no more need to coronavirus relief checks period.

---
Online headline: "Pelosi endorses Joe Biden for president, amid development in sexual assault claim" -- Oh, and when questioned about an apology, apologize for what... trying to screw a voter...Good grief...if she had to apologize for Biden, she'd have to apologize for her own existence....

---
Online headline: "Judge questions whether Georgia ballot postage is an illegal poll tax" -- Of course it is! Heck, it was a "poll tax" we Georgians paid to get the requests mailed to our homes...

---
Hmm... go both my wife's and my own 2021 Tag Renewal Decal yesterday... barely in time to make our cars "valid" before the month runs out.. there was nothing convenient about fretting whether or nor the US Postal Service would deliver.. I still want my refunds on handling and "convenience" fees.

From the "for the ... uh ..  MY ... people!" department - Online headline/story: "CAUGHT ON TAPE: Stacey Abrams Plotting To Use Re-Districting to Stop ‘White’ People * Stacey Abrams in 2014 revealed her plan to change the racial demographics of the electorate heading into the 2021 congressional and legislative re-districting efforts (based on the 2020 Census). Abrams planned to prevent a “minority white conservative coalition” from governing in the South. Abrams said: “My eye is on 2021. Because when we do re-districting in 2021, if we have not changed the electorate, especially in the South, we will have a majority minority population that is governed by a minority white conservative coalition. And that’s the most dangerous precedent that we can possibly set for the South in the next 20 years,” Stacey Abrams said at the 2014 Power PAC + National Conference, which was themed, “Race Will Win The Race: The Progressive Path To Victory.” -- "“My eye is on 2021. Because when we do re-districting in 2021, if we have not changed the electorate, especially in the South, we will have a majority minority population that is governed by a minority white conservative coalition."? Meaningful change comes from understanding.. and co-operation. Stacey Abrams has neither of those aspects in her character.. Considering the "facts" about demographics, the only way Abrams can force change based on her perspective is to push fraud in the 2020 Census. Now, if Abrams truly was interested in "meaningful change", why was she not in Virginia pushing for change when Virginia's governor was "outed" for his use of "black face" while in med school? Wait a minute.. here it comes.. Northam was... IS.. a Democrat!

---
From the "another Covid death?" department - Online headline: "Iran's military satellite a 'tumbling webcam in space,' Space Force commander says" -- Hmm.. Another C.O.V.I.D.  (Can't Openly View Items for Destruction) death?

---
Online headline/story: "NYC man released from Rikers Island over coronavirus arrested on new rape charge * A Brooklyn man was arrested Saturday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman just 10 days after he was released from Rikers Island over concerns about the spread of the coronavirus behind bars * He had been held for allegedly raping a different woman who he used drugs with." -- So NY politicos.. ALL Democrats.. were more concerned that a serial rapist was worthy of being released into a worst case scenario of Covid-19 than was present within the jail... Hmmmm...guess  Gov Fredo and Mayor de Bl@sio... nor the Democratic Party... do not recognize sexual assault crimes as "violent".

---
Think about this.. The City of Columbus and the Chamber of Commerce have a great new example to advertise the $97,000.00-plus slogan they bought! "Columbus, GA - Home of not only the worst ranked High School in Georgia, but the Nation as well! We Do Amazing!" Wow! Even the MCSD can use it. too!

---
Online headline: "Democratic leaders in Congress remain mum on Biden sexual assault allegations despite mounting uproar from progressives" -- Hmm.. "mum is the word" .. and is becoming "the word" of the Democratic Party.. For instance.. the DNC is also "mum" on the Democratic Party leadership who sold off their stocks before the stock market roller coaster plunge..

---
Online headline: "USNS Comfort to leave NYC harbor soon after assisting in coronavirus relief" -- Hmmm seeing as the USNS Comfort was rushed into operation to satisfy Governor Cuomo's panic call for hospital beds for non-Covid patients, it was pretty much an abuse of our Nations resources... and Cuomo should be billed for ALL the cost of the expedient repairs and costly move to NYC when it wasn't even needed!

---
From the " you can never really re-write history no matter how hard you try to cover it up" department - Online headline/story: "CNN 'Larry King' episode featuring Biden accuser's mother disappears from Google Play catalog * J.L. Hamilton shared a screenshot showing the Aug. 11, 1993, broadcast of "Larry King Live" was no longer listed in the season three catalog of the iconic CNN talk show. Mysteriously, though, the Aug. 10 broadcast, which is listed as "Episode 154" is followed by the Aug. 12 broadcast, which is listed as "Episode 155,"" -- Welcome to the world of Socialist-Democrats...I you can't explain something.. delete it..

---
Looks like we have murder number 16 (or 14 if you're squeamish about reality), and April is still with us here in Columbus, GA.. who knew our $97,000-plus slogan, "We Do Amazing" would fit us so well!

---
Some Michigan State Senator wore a face mask his wife made that looked pretty much like a take-off of the Confederate Battle Flag.. That was stupid... but he was even more stupid when he claimed it looked more like the KY or TV State Flag.. Obviously, he hasn't sen either of hose flags.. He may have fared better had he mentioned it did sorta resemble Bill Clinton's home state of Arkansas, but it would have still been stupid. I'd been offended if he wore a mask  depicting our US National Flag as well, as he shouldn't display a US Flag with the intent to soil it..

---
HuffPOOPOO "poop" - Online headline/story: "ABC's Jon Karl talks back to Donald Trump for 'bad reporting' remark * As President Donald Trump complained there was a lot of “bad reporting out there” at Wednesday’s White House coronavirus briefing, Karl stood up to him. * “That’s not true,” the reporter interrupted in a raised voice. “That’s not true.” -- You might say John Karl got caught up in his own "web of deceit"...It's hard to defend "FAKE NEWS" with FAKE VIEWS"! It's harder still to explain being defended/supported by the HuffPOOPOO.

---
From the "Oh, what an evil web we weave" department - Online headline: "Bernie aides erupt over development in Biden sexual assault claim as DNC stays mum *  Biden’s presidential campaign has adamantly denied Reade’s claims, but the video is likely to be cited as evidence to show that Reade made her claims known to members of her family at the time. The Democratic National Committee did not respond to a request for comment from Fox News." -- ... "when first we practice to deceive"..and Pelosi am\nd Biden are professionals..

With the oil price drops and Covid-19 issues, has anyone recalculated the wealth of Bezos, Buffet, Gates, and Bloomberg ?

---
Six SEC teams had 3 or more players drafted in the first 3 rounds... and 4 of those teams  were from the SEC West Conference, and only OLE MISS had zero top 100 picks.

---
Good grief! Covid-19 is now being blamed for the financial difficulties of the USPS. The Post Office  has been a financial "drain".... well, more like a FINANCIAL FIASCO... for decades!

---
Is it just me, or can no one else find a report on WRBL or WTVM concerning the state/nationwide rankings  of the area High Schools? I suspect that the TV news managers noticed how the L-E tried to camouflage one of our school not only being ranked WORST in GA but the entire nation... and walked away from the story...

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer commentary headline/content: "Should we rush to reopen the economy? Evidence from the Spanish flu and Great Depression * BY JOHN A. TURES (professor at Lagrange College) * Until we have the better testing we were promised last month, until there’s some progress on vaccines and cures and until we value life and the sacrifice of our health care workers more than getting our hair and nails done, we need to learn from the lessons of the Spanish flu, as well as the Great Depression, and do what’s best for America." -- You know.. it's funny how government workers.. especially educators don't understand that until the business economy is rolling again, that there's no money to pay them.. unless the government just prints it off and drives up the inflation rate until their salaries are worth less than minimum wage.....

---
From the "Letters" department - Columbus L-E printed a letter concerning 2 Mark Rice stories this week.. The letter writer mentioned on 1 of the stories though.. one about the Pacelli Graduation plans.. The other story got no mention.. I imagine it was about the MCSD high school rankings.. I'm injecting my take on that: "I'm trying to digest why the L-E reported the three worst performing MCSD high schools on one line and a "range" of numbers which included the worst of schools in GA and the nation. I could be wrong but it appears Spencer has staked out both bottom numbers. Not only is it an embarrassment to taxpayers considering the amount of money spent on a new school building isn't even needed to serve the number of students of high school age in Columbus, but it's even more embarrassing to the legacy of a pioneer educator in Columbus, and the MCSD and Ledger-Enquirer were trying to hope no one noticed. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

---
Columbus L-E guest commentary headline: "The Postal Service’s untapped real estate * BY  NICK ZAIAC AND NOLAN GRAY * TRIBUNE NEWS SERVICE" -- The "journalists" did bring up the financial woes of the USPS and it's requests for Covid=19 bail-out money, it missed the point on the Post Office properties.. a few years ago, over a billion dollars worth of Post Office properties WAS put on the market... and Sen Diane Feinstein's husband was given exclusive rights to sell them. Has anyone seen a total of his compensation for doing so?

---
Columbus L-E story: "It took longer than expected, but all the speculation about where and when Jake Fromm will be drafted can finally be put to rest." -- Hmmm poor Jake has landed..... nowhere.. well, Buffalo, NY to be exact... Hope we see him again... I just can't see why the Falcons didn't take him that late as a sympathy/local interest pick.

---
Online headline/story: "Biden, Democrats enter a joint fundraising agreement for November election * Joe Biden and the Democratic National Committee have agreed to a joint fundraising accord that will allow the former vice president and likely presidential nominee to raise more money and compete on a more equal footing with Republican President Donald Trump in the Nov. 3 election." -- Hmmm.. and about the only way they can do this is for Pelosi's Congress try to make Trump voter's only count as 3/5ths of a vote.. a tactic the original "Blue States of New England" used to suppress the larger Southern states from having more representation in the House of Representatives until Republicans made everyone equal.

---
Wow! Have you seen the video discovered late last week about a phone call of Tara Reade's mother to the "Larry King Live" show concerning the sexual assault of her daughter by Biden?  Hey, Amy Klobuchar... the investigation is not over.. it fact, it's just beginning.

---
I didn't watch the NFL draft, but this story did catch my eye ...Online headline/story: "SEC sets NFL draft record with 15 first-round picks * The conference that has consistently produced the most draft picks in recent years set a record with 15 picks in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft. The 15 picks breaks a record of 12 that was most recently matched by the conference in 2017. The SEC also had 12 players picked in the first round of the 2013 NFL draft * Six of the SEC’s picks in the first round in 2020 came in the top 10 * Five of the next seven picks were players from SEC schools" -- Good grief! Anyone with any doubt about the SEC being the best conference, and SEC teams having the toughest schedules should have to be banned from any further conversations concerning college football!

---
Online story: "The American Civil Liberties Union released a groundbreaking report in 2013 showing that black people were 3.7 times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession than whites. Seven years and 33 medical marijuana laws later, a follow-up from the organization shows racial disparities in marijuana arrests remain mostly unchanged — and in some states, have gotten worse." -- Get real! It's not racism.. it's mainly gang related.. Go to http://heyjackass.com/ and look at the street murders in Shicago.. 68% of victims are black... 27% are Hispanic... 3% are white.. a true percent of assaulters cannot be determined simply because arrests haven't been made or because residents won't talk with police, it's gang related... crime relate .. minority on minority related.. no, that's not racism... that's a shame!

---
From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "Biden skates through TV interviews as anchors avoid questions about Tara Reade's assault claim" -- And that's not all MSM-13 "avoided".. Ukraine.. Hunter Biden.. China.. or his cure for Cancer..

From the "Where's AOC when we actually need her?" department - Online story: "A board member of the petrochemical giant Phillips 66 with ties to Joe Biden has donated the maximum allowable amount to his presidential campaign, and Biden's campaign recently paid $85,000 to a travel company linked to the donor, Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings from April show -- despite Biden's pledge "not to take contributions over $200 from oil, gas, and coal industry executives, lobbyists, and PACs. * or Biden, who has repeatedly suggested that some fossil fuel executives should be jailed, the revelation again threatened to undercut his messaging on climate change -- which has earned him recent endorsements from fellow former VP Al Gore, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and others. * And, environmentalists sounded the alarm last year when Biden attended a high-dollar fundraiser hosted by the co-founder of a liquefied natural gas-related company."" -- Hmmm... like Machiavelli, Biden feels the "end justifies the means"...and as George Orwell, pseudonym of Eric Arthur Blair, so noted in his classic "Animal Farm", "all animals are equal, but some animals are  more equal than others"....

---
From the "Fred Sanford's "It's the big one, Elizabeth.. I'm coming to see you" - department - Online headline/story: "Chicago Tribune blasts Illinois Senate's 'rotten' request for $41.6B federal bailout as 'shameless' * The editorial board of the Chicago Tribune has repeatedly slammed the Illinois Senate's request for a whopping $41.6 billion federal bailout as the state's financial troubles continue to grow amid the coronavirus outbreak. * "Let’s stipulate that Don Harmon, rookie president of the Illinois Senate, laid a rotten egg with his recent letter asking members of Congress to give Illinois a $40.6 billion bequest. Assorted politicians and pundits have scorned Harmon’s inclusion of a $10 billion pension bailout, as if a sudden pandemic created a pension crisis that, in fact, Harmon and his fellow Springfield lawmakers spent decades creating," the editorial board began a piece on Friday." -- Am  I... no.. are WE hallucinating that the Shicago Trib has drawn the line at a Democrat "norm"?

---
It's normal some things get lost when urgencies erupt, but a couple of months ago, an important change was up in the air.. another traditional football game played here  in  neutral Columbus, GA was faced with the aspect of the game being moved to Birmingham.  Now, what's the status, is it going to Birmingham or staying here in Columbus?

---
Online headline: "Michael Avenatti released from jail after quarantine due to coronavirus threat" -- Hmmm and why hasn't he been re-arrested already.. his condition was not to access the Internet.. I'd say this was "access to the Internet".

---
From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "CDC chief says there could be second, possibly worse coronavirus outbreak this winter - CNNPolitics" -- "possibly worse"? Good grief! It could possibly  BE GONE, as well! Oh what a better country...world  .. we would have if journalists and government officials exercised Common Sense...

---
You know..It was Trump who recognized the dangers of dependency on other countries manufacturing vital products we need in America,  and he changed the tax laws to encourage American manufacturers to move their  businesses back. Obviously medical/pharmacy  companies have been slower to act, but this Covid-19  episode  will... SHOULD .. encourage them in the future.

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "CBO says the budget deficit will reach $3.7 trillion" -- Hmmm... but let's make sure the number has an Asterisk (*) attached to it  attached to Pelosi's name..

---
As picked out in the Columbus L-E - From the "Bias? What bias?" department - On this date in 1982. the trial of John Hinckley, Jr., who shot four people, including the President Reagan, began in Washington. (The trial ended with Hinckley's acquittal by reason of insanity.) -- Hmm.. so MSM-13 put Reagan being shot as secondary to the other 4 people shot.. but the real issue is why the venue wasn't changed.. who could expect a jury pulled in Washington, DC , with it's history of voting 85%-90% against Republican Presidents, to find an assassin attempt against a Republican President to be a convictable crime?

---
Even in the SEC, the NFL Draft disclosed the inequity of divisions.. the WEST had 38 picks, and the East had but 25.. Maybe there needs to be more inter-division scheduling East Conference records would be more reflective of the West's dominance.. Of course, I can see EVERY East Conference team rushing to sign up games with Ole Miss.. Ole Miss had ZERO players picked in the 2020 draft.

Yesterday morning I mentioned it was "getting tougher to be a Democrat" ... among Democrats. I mentioned a Las Vegas Mayor, and a GA State Senator receiving DNC wrath.. last night as preparing for bed, I saw a video of a Democrat state Representative who had Covid-19 who had been able to get the hydroxychloroquine medicine which helped her recover got CENSURED by her party simply because she :thanked" President Trump for getting the medicine available. Pitifully civility....

---
Online headline: "Trump floats treating coronavirus patients with light and disinfectants" -- Once again, President Trump introduces something that could possibly have a positive effect for patients of the coronavirus.. The Democrat response is MORE Thumb Twiddling.

---
Online headline: "Furious Home Depot shoppers say they’re boycotting the store and cutting up their cards after one of the home-improvement retailer’s founders said he’d donate some of his fortune to Trump’s reelection campaign" -- Hmmm.. I really do not think... "feel" even... that Home Depot will miss the 2 or 3 "furious" libs who don't know there are different kinds of hammers for different kind of jobs.

---
I'm trying to digest why the L-E reported the three worst performing MCSD high schools on one line and a "range" of numbers which included the worst of schools in GA and the nation.

Online story: "Democrat Stacey Abrams is being accused of using a nonprofit to act as a political committee during the 2018 elections where she was running for governor. It reportedly should have registered with the state AND informed about how much money it raised and spent. It appears that it did not, according to a report by AJC. * David Emadi, the executive director of the commission, also raised questions about whether the New Georgia Project Action Fund — which is affiliated with another nonprofit Abrams founded but no longer leads, the New Georgia Project — illegally coordinated with her campaign. * The new details about Emadi’s investigation became public during a commission meeting in which lawyers for the New Georgia Project and the New Georgia Project Action Fund asked the panel to quash subpoenas for records including insurance policies, bank statements and campaign materials. * The report continues, suggesting that there was campaign finance laws being violated. * looks like (Abrams)'s got something else to talk about, like breaking the law." -- "something else to talk about, like breaking the law"? Well, she certainly no stranger to that! Ask IRS about her back taxes!

---
Online story: "The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday upheld a lower court's decision that an immigrant with lawful permanent resident status cannot fight deportation due to a previous offense, even though that crime was not grounds for his removal. * In a 5-4 ruling with conservative justices on one side and liberals on the other, the court ruled for the Trump administration in holding that the statute in question, as drafted by Congress, requires deportation in the case of Andre Barton, even though the assault offenses that prevent him from appealing were not enough to deport him in the first place." -- Good grief.. how can 4 US Supreme Court Justices support violence against an American citizen by a "guest"?

---
You know..when Gov Fredo goes on TV to complain about Trump, he ought to wear a mask, in fact, as deep as he kept his hands in New Yorkers pockets, he should have been wearing a mask all along.

---
Wow! President Trump really hammered GA Gov Kemp...imagine what he'd have to say about Abrams if she was Gov...now, imagine how MSM-13 reaction would be if Trump singled out Abrams like he has Kemp..

---
CA-razy Governor Newsom plans to hire 10,000 people to track down people who tested positive to Covid-19 testing" Hmmm.. as of yesterday, there had been 37,400 "positive tests" in California... and the CA-razy Governor wants to hire 10,000 people to follow-up on 3.7 people each? Heck, that project shouldn't take more than a day to hire...then fire them.

---
You know, President Trump had asked for $2.5 Billion to extend the Payroll Relief Bill for Small Business loans, and Congress added another $2.34 Billion to it. Congress dumped 100s of Billions more in the other relief bills that Trump didn't ask for.. Blame this National Debt Increase on Pelosi and Schumer.

---
Wow... Looking at the crime stats for NYC shows "Murder up 55.6 Percent in last 28 days".. Guess these should be counted as Covid-19 deaths due to "at home sheltering".

---
HuffPOOPOO 'poop" headline/story: "Andrew Cuomo shares personal toll of pandemic in candid 'Daily Show' interview * Cuomo said the thing he struggles with most is the number of deaths in his state, where more than 263,000 infections and 19,000 fatalities have been recorded. New York City alone has confirmed more than 15,000 deaths. * And I still hold myself responsible, and I still say to myself, ‘What else could I do, what else could I do, what else could I do’ ... That is a very heavy burden to bear." -- "holds himself responsible"? .. I guess Gov Fredo Cuomo can say that to HuffPOOPOO because no one will see it there, but when he gets in front of a Fox Camera, he still blames Trump.

---
You know, Elizabeth Warren has lost her 86 year old brother during this Covid-19 "crisis", and has been a constant critic of President Trump's handling of it (even though as a Senator, she has not helped President Trump, MA, or America), and she's quick to point out 47,000 deaths attributed to it. What she doesn't recall is her predictions of 100s of thousands.. possibly 2 Million deaths she supported months ago.

Any way, condolences and prayers for her family on the death.. for whatever cause.. of her 86 year old brother..

---
While it's nice to see Queen Pelosi protecting herself by wearing a scarf (designer at that) over her mouth, she could protect America best by sticking a rolled up pair of socks in it.

---
Online headline: "California Rep. Maxine Waters says her sister is dying with coronavirus" -- Right off we must assume Waters is lying about something, but I really don't understand why her sister hasn't died years ago from embarrassment... anyway. let's pray for her sister.. and Maxine, too..Lord she needs it..

---
You know, you'd think drinkers of Starbucks coffee would be awake when they leave there... awake about how that $2.00 to $5.00 cup of coffee is funding politicians who want to make it impossible for current Starbucks coffee drinkers to afford it in the future.

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "Lawmakers, many in masks, prepare to pass aid bill" -- Good grief! All the Democrats should be in masks after stealing taxpayer dollars to fund secondary projects!

Thursday, April 23, 2020

Online headline: "Trump disagrees with Redfield, Fauci on return of coronavirus next fall" -- Let's parse this a moment... Fauci and Redfield agree with Pelosi and Schumer and the Cuomos and de Bl@sio and DNC and MSM-13.. Hmmm... I believe Common Sense says I've got to agree with President Trump on this...

---
Did we hear Creepy Joe describe President Trump as "incompetent"? Good grief.. does Creepy Joe even know what competence..much less incompetence..means. Hmmm..has Creepy Joe ever measured himself compared to the MEASURABLE successes of civilian and President Trump? Hey, Creepy Joe...even a Bill Clinton definition of "incompetence" would point to you instead of Trump.

---
Why does it seem that President Trump is the only elected official who's fighting for all American citizens every day?

---
While I disagree with Columbus Council on deciding they can determine whether it's "essential" or not hen I get in my car, I also disagree that they haven't deemed it "ESSENTIAL" to fully address an official of a City tax funded entity being 2 years behind on paying property taxes yet being allowed to continue getting paid. What's even ironic is that Council blames Covid-19 for both of these situations.

---
Oh! I didn't stopped by Columbus Police officers yesterday...I guess I need to do something obnoxious to one so he/she HAS to ticket me for "non-essential " activity.. I'm fired up about taking Council to court for cross-examination!

---
It's getting tougher to be a Democrat... Anderson Cooper just called the words of the Democrat Mayor of Las Vegas :ignorant", and a Democrat State Senator of GA was "encouraged" to resign because he prefers President Trump's actions on black issues to the generally unkept promises of Democrat candidates.

---
From the "I was against ya before I was for ya"" department - Online story: "New York state rescinded a blanket do-not-resuscitate order on Wednesday, that instructed first-responders not to revive patients without a pulse, in an effort to preserve resources during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. * The order initially was deemed "necessary during the COVID-19 response to protect the health and safety of EMS providers by limiting their exposure, conserve resources, and ensure optimal use of equipment to save the greatest number of lives," according to a memo issued last week by the state Department of Health." -- This is what government controlled healthcare brings... death panel mentality... In a Socialist-Democrat world, your life is not worth much if the costs of the process is above "normal". Compare that to how liberal lawyers and judges deem the value of life of a dead/injured person as they are presenting their point of view to a jury in order to "hurt" the defendant/Insurance Company..

---
Saw a Democrat Congressman say "people are dying here because of Donald J. Trump". I'm not going to ask if Democrats have no shame, because we already know they don't, but this statement is more chicken-sh*t than the stuff that Pelosi says. Of course people will die here, but not because Trump is President, because life is what it is...Besides, if President Trump could control who lives or dies ... I think this guy just made top of the death list. Of course what is true is that people died because of policies, ill-preparedness, and incompetence of Pelosi as House Speaker, de Bl@sio as NYC's Mayor and Cuomo as NY's Governor.

---
Wow! Remember the item I ran yesterday - "From the "and Liberals created the heavens and Earth" department" -- when "journalist Tia Nelson trumpeted Earth Day as being "created" by her father, the late Wisconsin U.S. Democrat Senator Gaylord Nelson in 1970? Well, one of the BCers dug into this, and discovered that In October 1969, at the National UNESCO Conference in San Francisco, John McConnell proposed a global holiday to celebrate Earth's life and beauty and to advance peace. * The proposal won strong support and was followed by an Earth Day Proclamation by the City of San Francisco on March 1, 1970, Honor the Earth [1] and the very first celebration of Earth Day on March 21, 1970" .. Fake News is bad enough, but doing it at the expense of the originator to elevate one's father is horrible!

---
Bless Charles Payne! He was already my favorite financial voice on Fox's News/Business channel line up, but I just put him in the Hall of Fame for him nailing Harvard to the wall! In spite of having $40 BILLION tucked away in endowment funds, Harvard took $9 MILLION from the Covid-19 relief funds..to use paying poor students tuition to itself! Good grief, if Harvard Regents really care about poor students, why don't they take one of those BILLIONS out of savings and take care of all their students?
Follow-up: I think Harvard has backpedaled on it's position of the $9 Million it accepted and used to help poor students. Harvard has $40 BILLION in endowments available to deal with student needs. In fact, if Harvard designated ONE of those BILLIONs to aid poor students, no one would have to pay tuition for years.. in fact, Harvard has a little less than 7,000 undergraduate students... and annual tuition runs about $46,000.00 . Think about this.. $1,000,000,000.00 would completely cover 21,739 ANNUAL TUITIONS!

Online headline/story: "'Shark Tank' star Daymond John tried to sell Florida N95 masks at an inflated price: * According to the Miami Herald, John, the “Shark Tank” star and CEO of the Shark Group, approached the state in March, saying he could get Florida 1 million masks from China at a rate of $7 per mask, an increase from the less than $2 they usually sell for and one of the highest prices the state was willing to pay. With deals for masks falling through left-and-right, Jared Moskowitz, director of the Florida Department of Emergency Management, agreed to John’s terms." -- Whoa! While I am not one who finds the word "profit" disgusting, there are several disgusting aspects about this.. first is Daymond John putting profit of patriotism.. that's not a good image for his "FUBU" line either.. Jared Moskowitz's acceptance of the deal reeks of political deviancy.. while appointed by Republican Gov DeSantis, Moskowitz is a career Democrat as is Daymon John, and a "profitable" deal for John would put a lot of donation capital in play.

---
From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online story: "Nearly 25,000 email addresses and passwords belonging to members of the World Health Organization, the National Institutes of Health, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as well as a host of others that have been on the front lines of the coronavirus fight have been posted online, according to SITE Intelligence Group. * SITE, which monitors online extremism and terrorist groups, said the stolen information was released Sunday and Monday and almost immediately used to incite harassment and hate seen by far-right extremists, according to VICE, which first reported the news." -- "stolen"? By "online extremism and terrorist groups"? My first thought was that those institutions probably GAVE those e-mail addresses to the DNC for donation solicitations.

---
From the "Roflmao" department- Online headline: "De Blasio’s social distancing tip line flooded with prank messages, obscene pictures, reports say" -- Well, what did you expect.. the NYC citizenry/voter base is what it is..

---
Online headline/story: "Ohio sheriff files charges after Amish hold large barn party" -- Hmm so a complaint was CALLED IN... the complainant used a PHONE? Obviously probably not by a member of the Amish community ....

---
From the "goose and gander" department - Online story: "California Gov. Gavin Newsom Tuesday implied local leaders in the state won’t be allowed to lift coronavirus stay-at-home orders yet as certain communities have expressed interest in easing restrictions and hundreds of protesters took to the streets last weekend, according to reports." -- Hmmm.. so Newsom feels he can be an authoritarian about Mayors in his state , but doesn't feel that Trump can direct the moves of States' governors because of the 9th and 10th Amendments.. How convenient.. Our Constitution is sacred when it can be used for liberal actions...

---
Speaking of California;s "stay-at-home" orders.. where did the thousands of California homeless "stay"?

---
From the "Oklahoma is OK, but California is CA-razy" department - Online headline: "California skate park filled with sand to enforce social distancing backfires as dirt bikers show up" -- Wow! Seems the Democrats never see the possible consequences of doing something they "feel" addresses an existing problem .. in their eyes.. I recently posted that Clemente, CA government poured in 37 tons of sand to keep skateboarders from using their rink.. well, dirt bikers realized it was perfect for them!

And another from the "Oklahoma is OK, but California is CA-razy" department - Online headline: "San Bernardino County sheriff says inmate releases 'certainly' make job harder, community less safe" -- Good grief! Liberals feel that once they address something.. it's fixed.. never do they anticipate a more undesirable consequence will develop.

---
From the "little did they know" department - Columbus Ledger=Enquirer headline: "Earth turns cleaner while people stay home" -- Hmmm.. guess this shows that the protesters of Earth's destruction get better results when they stay at home rather than blow hot air and anger into our environment...

---
Lee Majors is 81 today... wonder if he has a "Bionic Walker"?

---
Columbus L-E story: "Columbus High School is the third-best public high school in the state, according to a national ranking released Tuesday. * Columbus High, a liberal arts magnet school, was ranked second in the state last year. * 324-418. Jordan, Kendrick and Spencer, 13,345th -17,792nd in U.S." -- Well the big questions don't seem to have been asked.. 1st - Did Columbus High "slip" or did another school excel? 2nd is how the story swept this line under the carpet "324-418. Jordan, Kendrick and Spencer, 13,345th -17,792nd in U.S.".. The magazine article mentioned that it had assessed 17,792 high schools across the nation.. it looks like one of these 3 in Columbus is the WORST one in the Nation as well as in GA.. Whatta "Dr Jekyll and Mister Hyde" situation we have here in Columbus...

---
From the "NCAA steps in it ..again: -- Columbus L-E story: "Players ejected from football games for targeting will be allowed to remain on the sidelines, the NCAA announced Tuesday." -- Good grief.. the last thing such a situation of violence needed is for the "perp" to antic "look at me" on the sidelines as the game progresses. Why doesn't the NCAA also order that the team have a pedestal chair that sits 10' off the ground!

---
Good grief! McClatchy ought to be embarrassed at the political ad it ran today blaming President Trump for 4000 Covid-19 deaths! Sadly, ]McClatchy won't be. I don;t remember any ]more lying or vicious political cartoon ever run ! BTW, I'm betting that McClatchy DID NOT RUN such a cartoon picture with LBJ and Robert McNamara in front of the Vietnam Wall!

Wednesday, April 22, 2020

How can Gov Cuomo be deemed an economic genius when his own state's taxing policies have sent 1000s of NY citizens and businesses to other states to protect their personal and businesses' financial interests.. even President Trump relocated his residency to Florida.

---
Bipartisan my arse.. the latest..well, all of the Payroll Relief Bills, that is...For a Congressperson to consider personal interest funding when there are obvious urgencies that need specific addressing for the betterment our country, then said Congressperson should be expelled or censured.

---
From the "see what happens when you stop drinking the Liberals' "Kool Aid"?" department - Online story: "Former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson, who has become a lightning-rod figure during the coronavirus crisis for his detailed criticisms of state lockdown measures, told Fox News' Brit Hume in an interview Monday that he thinks officials' emphasis on expanded testing for the virus is an "excuse" to put off reopening the economy.* Berenson, who was with the Times from 1999 to 2010 primarily covering the pharmaceutical industry, explained that he thinks the economic harms of keeping businesses closed -- as under current stay-at-home orders from many governors -- are worse than the health effects of lifting them even before comprehensive testing is available" --- And he's right... but now doesn't have the NYTimes Publisher looking over his shoulder about what he says...(the NYTimes reminds me of the same conditions the older (now retired) writers at the Columbus L-E worked under... only the NYTimes was like the L-E on steroids. Not opening the economy suits the Democrats' 3-prong game plan for the November Election.. they hope to dash the hope of Trump supporters, restore the welfare state for their voter base, and at the same time, keep Biden out of the public eye as long as they can.

---
From the "what... as defined by Bill Clinton?" department - Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Columbus residents could face legal action for non-essential travel during COVID-19, mayor says * “Travel is confined to essential travel only,” Henderson said in the video Thursday, citing Gov. Brian Kemp’s shelter in place order, which currently extends through April 30. “We will have our public safety officers out this weekend and going forward asking the questions, asking what your essential business is, why you’re on the road. If your answer doesn’t meet some of the requirements of the governor’s order, you may be cited.”" -- Good grief! If I'm in my car, it's essential...even if it's only because I only needed to get out of the house for a while! And if a police officer pulls me over, I'm going to demand a ticket. then I'll plead innocent in Recorders Court, and take it up to the next level, and will send subpoenas to every Columbus Councilor to testify as to why hey "feel" they can override my Constitutional Rights. Now, what they can do, is go out and enforce truly "unlawful assembly" for group/gang unlawful loitering or activity.

---
While I keep a mask in my car to have if I go to a store and there's a lot of people there, I'll decide to wear it or not.. but I tell, you, I'm seeing so many people in masks, I think I may have to start openly carrying my legally owned semi-automatic hand gun.. I'm beginning to think like the victims in Lone Ranger episodes as the Lone Ranger rode off at he end... "Who is that Masked Man?" Maybe Council should require mask wearers to have to wear large name tags on the front and back of their shirts or jackets.

---
Online headline: "Georgia economic analysts say pandemic is having a tragic impact on low-income families" -- Doh! Of course it is... by Democrat Party plan ! Why do you think... feel in some cases.. that Pelosi is doing her evil best to delay.. to railroad... President Trump's best efforts to get the economy rolling again? She wants to keep the Socialist-Democratic voter base from seeing how much better Trump's goals for them are better than Pelosi's.

---
Online story: "Jon Ossoff became the first Democratic U.S. Senate candidate in Georgia to launch a TV ad with the debut of a 30-second spot that focuses on his wife’s role in the fight against the coronavirus before pivoting to an attack on insurance firms. * “We’ll get through this together, but it’s never been clearer we need to stand up to the health insurance companies that have bought off Congress,” -- "stand up to the health insurance companies that have bought off Congress"? Hmm.. good grief! Is Ossoff trying to pin Congressional healthcare problem issues on the Republicans? Is Ossoff not aware that his Party is already detrimentally over-weighted with Pelosi Democrats in the House, so why would America want to see the Senate be controlled by Democrats?

---
Another week has passed and still no website visitors from Russia, China, Iran, or Venezuela in the last month.. for all we know, Bernie could be in contention in Venezuela.

---
Oh! Some folks in Hong Kong  got internet access again to my blog overnight! Still none in China, Russia, Iran, or Venezuela.. think about that.. those countries can access it without  my knowledge and decide to block their citizens access to it without my knowledge...Does China or Russia OWN Google?

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Over 600 Muscogee County School District employees will receive coronavirus hazard pay" -- Good grief! Whatever happened to "doing my job"? "Doing what I can to help my community?" "It comes with the job?" Why didn't the Superintendent recommend that the MCSB send that $133,150.00 back to Washington with a "Thank You, but we've got this!" note?

---
Online headline: "Despite scattered protests, most Americans support shelter-in-place -Reuters/Ipsos poll" -- Me too! But I don't support gestapo rules and tactics or politicians using the chaos to promote a Socialist Agenda.. While I realize all people aren't blessed with common sense about things (like come in out of the cold or rain, and 2+2=4 no matter what "New Math curriculum tells us, etc) but don't we have the Rules of Darwin that take care of these things?

---
Online headline: "Ex-aide: Trump's immigration plan is 'pure racism'" -- Good grief! Anthony Scaramucci didn't last 11 days on Trump's staff, and MSM-13 couldn't stand Anthony Scaramucci then, but now, if he bad mouths his ex-employer, Scaramucci is a purveyor of liberal truth? Gimmee a break..better yet, gimmee a lot of MSM-13 "electronic devices" to break.

---
What the heck is NY Gov Cuomo doing? Theses noontime press conferences are nothing like President Trump's end of the day updates on the Covid-19. Gov Cuomo is using vital daytime hours to promote himself as the chief whiner for the DNC because no one will listen to Pelosi, Schi**, Schumer since their impeachment fiasco, and the DNC is having to keep Biden on a short leash, but he isn't actually working to SOLVE the problems he's created in NY.. Trump, on the other hand, is using time when most people have called it quits for the day, after spending all his waking hours working for the American people.

---
From the "PLEASE... say it ain't so, Mitch! department - Online story: "WASHINGTON — The Senate passed a nearly $500 billion interim coronavirus bill by voice vote Tuesday that includes additional money for the small business loan program as well as for hospitals and testing, making way for the legislation to become law as soon as the end of the week." -- Good grief! Pelosi has added $250 BILLION more to what was a "we only need $250 Billion more" for the Payroll Protection Program! What's worse it that McConnell let it pass with a VOICE VOTE so voters don't know for sure whether it actually passed or not.. SMH! What's even sadder is ALL the Senators can go home and brag that they only voted for one-half of the bill. I hope Trump sends it back for a recorder vote.

---
We have grief in our family this week through the passing of my bride's dad, but we also have great joy,, He is out of pain, and we got to witness our youngest grandson, Mack, take his first steps.. God is good....and I bet Mack's great-grandfather got to see him do this from Heaven...

---
HuffPOOPOO "poop": "Joe Biden says he'd pick Michelle Obama as running mate 'in a heartbeat'" -- Hey, Creepy Joe.. Michelle's husband did finally endorse you .. even though it had to be embarrassing for you to be picked because you wee the last available choice.. but I don't believe Michelle has done the same. Sadly, whomever you can get to run will start out knowing she's second fiddle..

---
Think about this.. is Queen Elizabeth more upset at the embarrassment of Prince Andrew or Prince Harry? Even a coin flip wouldn't be decisive...

---
From the "Bias? What Bias?" department - Online "headLIE" and truth: "Two-thirds of voters back vote-by-mail in November 2020 * A majority of voters — 58 percent — favor nationwide reform of election rules that would allow all eligible voters to cast their ballots by mail" * The survey shows that 58 percent of voters support allowing voting by mail generally, while 39 percent do not support it." -- Let's parse this.. even if 58% were fully supportive, it not only is not 2/3rds of the voters.. in fact it's not even a "super majority".. but worse than that is the bias in reporting..In reality, I'm going to bet that those strongly for or against are equal.. divided only by party, and the balance are "independent", and the "independents" usually do not have a real opinion, just what they are feeling " at the time".

---
Now, about "all mail" voting.. "Democrats want Congress to mandate that states expand voting by mail and have argued that states may need as much as $4 billion in federal aid to shore up the resources needed for a huge increase in absentee mail voting in the fall due to coronavirus concerns. * (of course) rules for administering elections are determined by the states rather than by federal law" -- You know, if President Trump called for an immediate "Voter ID" law to vote, MSM-13 and the Democrats would have their non-gendered panties in a Gordian Knot because the Feds were messing with States' rights!

Congratulations to the Page 1 honorees from all our area high schools!

From the "and Liberals created the heavens and Earth" department - Columbus L-E guest commentary headline/content: "A look at Earth Day on its 50-year anniversary * BY TIA NELSON * TRIBUNE NEWS SERVICE * My father, the late Wisconsin U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson, came up with the idea of Earth Day. He said its purpose was to “get a nationwide demonstration of concern for the environment so large that it would shake the political establishment out of its lethargy.” * That first Earth Day ended up sparking a global movement that was successful beyond my father’s wildest dreams. It united people across political lines to take concrete steps toward a healthier planet, including the passage of the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act and the creation of the Environmental Protection Agency. * Now, as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first Earth Day, the planet is in the throes of a sweeping pandemic that requires an unprecedented level of global commitment and cooperation. * The threat of climate change is as great or greater than that of the coronavirus. Perhaps we will learn, in the spirit of Earth Day, that we are able to make the collective sacrifices required to combat a common threat." -- Good grief.. it's not that liberals feel they know better than God, they feel GREATER than God...no wonder MSM-13 feels they needn't "call Pelosi onto the carpet" for funding her projects on the backs of people actually trying to help America and the World"..

---
Online headline: "CBS Anchor Tells Stacey Abrams She’s ‘Extremely Qualified’ to Be Vice President" -- Good grief.. who qualified CBS's Gayle King as a judge of people's qualifications?

I understand Kim Jong Oooops had heart surgery recently.. who knew... that he had one?

You know, the US has space for over 100 Million barrels of oil in the Strategic Oil Reserve, and Democrats feel we don't need to refill it .. even though oil is available that current OPEC owners would PAY the US $40.00 a barrel... ($4 BILLION) to take it off their hands. Who could really want Democrats in charge of budgeting and spending?

Tuesday, April 21, 2020

May your thoughts and prayers be with our family today... God is good...thank you...

---
Please pray for President Trump and our country .. to save us from Covid-19 and Pelosi Pandemic-2020

---
You know.. the Democrats have really shown their lack of economic savvy... they feel that as long as they can print new money, there's no reason to kick-start the economy 's engine so tax revenues flow in..

---
Well it looks like we can get haircuts starting this weekend in GA... that is if we can get appointments this month.

---
Online headline: "The dark reason why liquor stores are considered essential businesses" -- Yeah.. Pelosi won't fly home in a government jet that's not fully stocked with top=shelf liquor.... or, it seems, gourmet ice cream...

---
Excuse, while I'm neither a doctor, nor play one on TV. , my knowledge of vaccines is that they help prevent illnesses, not cure them when you get sick.

---
Online headline: "Cristina Cuomo shares her tips for patience and wellbeing during coronavirus quarantine" -- Good grief.. what are her qualifications to give advice on anything.. she married Chris Cuomo....

---
Online headline: "Andrew Cuomo doles out parenting advice about daughters and boyfriends" -- Good grief.. what is it about being a Fredo Cuomo brother that anyone cares what they say?

---
What is Fox doing promoting Gov Fredo Cuomo daily. I can see CNN doing this as a viewer attraction like PT Barnum might do, as his freakazoid brother is already a minor sideshow.

---
Online headline: "Harry And Meghan May Return To The Crown Under One Condition" -- Hmmm.. under condition that the English taxpayers return them to their welfare positions... with a raise?

Online headline/story: "NFL already telling potential draftees what to do with list of apparel guidelines for virtual draft * Since the draft is taking place virtually and everyone involved will be at home, the 58 invited potential draftees don’t need to wear suits like they usually would, but that doesn’t mean they can wear anything they want. * No clothes with explicit language, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs. Nothing with violent or sexual imagery, political statements, or hate speech. Also out of the question are clothes that reference tobacco, drugs, alcohol, or gambling, and anything disparaging the NFL. * The draftees can’t be seen on camera wearing a brand logo that doesn’t belong to one of the NFL’s official licensed partners (Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, New Era), or anything from a non-NFL sports league. * “Do NOT have any products displaying brands or logos that have not been approved by the NFL within camera range of your feed for the NFL Draft broadcast,” the memo reads, according to the Action Network. * That means Coke products must be banished in favor of Pepsi products, since Pepsi is an official NFL sponsor. None of them can have Apple AirPods in their ears, because Bose is an NFL sponsor. They can’t be seen snacking on a Chobani yogurt because Dannon is a sponsor." -- Oh.. and there are a few other "no"s but there's nothing about desecrating our flag..

---
Online headline: "Michigan Governor Whitmer sets up coronavirus racial disparity task force" -- Good grief! How about a more specific issue other than "racial" be explored first.. lack of voluntary social distancing among backroom Socialist Democrats and street gangs...

---
Online headline: "Geico announces 15 percent auto insurance credit worth billions because people are driving less" -- Hmm... another insurance company WANTS my business.. am suspecting the ones I have ..don't..

Online headline: "Stacey Abrams calls Georgia's plan to reopen some businesses amid coronavirus 'dangerously incompetent'" -- Hmmm... of course she not like other Georgians.. she's more equal... she hasn't curtailed her work, nor, concerned about her
next meal...

Online headline: "Harvard Professor Wants A ‘Presumptive Ban‘ On Homeschooling, Claims It Promotes White Supremacy * Prof. Elizabeth Bartholet is leading the charge against those who actively resist public schools and she believes that the generation currently being home schooled is an eventual, if not active, breeding ground for racism, sexism, and isolationism. -- Good grief.. this nation was literally built by home schooled people.. And the "blips" in our growth have escalated more from liberal college professors influencing our public education administrators' curriculum choices. Am PROUD I don't have to apologize for being a Harvard grad when Professors like Bartholet command public attention.

Tucker Carlson thinks the worst is over for Covid-19...how does he get to that conclusion...it ain't over until the San Francisco "BAT" Lady (Pelosi) sings...and sends Ibama, Creepy Joe , Schi**, and Nadler to jail.

---
You know, we haven't seen or heard Pelosi or Schumer ask the President how they can help... now we're seeing them look at President Trump's request to replenish the Small Business loans program with $250 billion, and instead of a resounding " Let's Roll!, what we're getting is the greedy "what's in it for US...and I'm not referring to the United States,

---
Online headline/story: "Agreement on $470B 'phase 3.5' coronavirus stimulus package now imminent, sources say * The response will include $310 billion for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which offers grants to small businesses struggling to make payroll, sources tell Fox News. The $350 billion fund depleted last Thursday. * A separate provision worth $60 billion (including $50 billion in loans and $10 billion in grants) would be allocated to economic disaster loans. Also included: $75 billion for hospitals and $25 billion for coronavirus testing. The total of the package would be north of $470 billion" -- Good grief.. President Trump only wanted $250 Billion more , but Congress even wants to boost that another unneeded $60 Billion to offset/camouflage the other unneeded $160 Billion for Pelosis Pork.

---
Seriously.. Why.....why is there any stagnation, any delay in getting the payroll protection loan plan additionally funded. Why aren't any Democrats standing up for small business owners?

---
Online headline/story: "Washington state recalls 12,000 coronavirus tests over contamination concerns * Washington state’s Department of Health has recalled 12,000 coronavirus tests that were distributed throughout the state over concerns of possible contamination after finding the fluid in several tests were an unusual color. * Health officials issued the recall on Saturday evening after UW Medicine, a Seattle health system that procured the test kits, raised an alert about a potential “quality control issue,”" -- You know.. the story itself does not mention the suppliers name/country of theses tests. and "Google" doesn't return anything either.. My bet.. like those in California, have origins in China... my apology in advance if my logic is off... You know.. States purchasing Covid-19 tests from China is reason enough not to give certain states' governors any federal tax grants or loans.

---
Online headline: "Supreme Court rules criminal jury verdicts must be unanimous, overturning decades-old precedent" - DOH! Wasn't overly surprised that Louisiana was one of the states that allowed 10-of-12 verdicts, but Oregon was a surprise.. I figured Oregon might require the criminals' vote as well

---
Now that my garage is full of recyclable cardboard boxes, what was Council's reason to shut down the recycling pick ups? Oh, and an associative question...Has the Columbus Recycling Center been completely shut down of all expenses during this time?

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "Oil price falls below zero amid world glut; stocks dip" -- Wow! Barrels of world-wide competitors oil has not only dropped to negative values. the Democrats see no reason for America to get any to replenish the nation's physical emergency reserves even though other countries WILL PAY America nearly $40.00 a barrel to get rid of it because it's so expensive to store on their oil tankers!

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Man crashes car into home after being fatally shot" -- Hmmm.. Murder number 15 for Columbus in 2020 (13, if you're not logical).. and the media treats it in a ho-hum fashion.. Yoo Hoo! using either number has on track for a record year for murders in Columbus.. especially for murders per 100K people.

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Search for Biden’s running mate moves into high gear" -- Hmmm... yeah.. in the opposite direction! Well, the men needn't run as they have already been excluded, and the #MeToo ones won't want any part of him, so only the slow ones are left..

Monday, April 20, 2020

From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "Trump berates a female reporter after she pressed him on why he didn't warn Americans about the coronavirus crisis sooner" -- Good grief! It didn't matter that she was a female.. it was a stupid question at this stage of the news cycle.. Besides, what Trump should have asked HER was why she wasn't knocking on Biden's home hideaway and asking him why he and Ibama did not leave a better supply of medical equipment, and protective gear ... especially since they thought Hellary was going to win.

---
No wonder Shicago Mayor Lightfoot felt it was safer for her to get her hair "done" during the Covid-19 pandemic.. even though street thugs are not totally adhering to her " Mayoral farcial shelter at home law" there's less chance of dying from Covid-19 than than a gun shot.

---
Shicago...Los Angeles...Detroit...ST Louis...Cleveland...Memphis... why, you wonder, am I listing theses cities at this time and in this order..Well... they are all Democratic Party strongholds leadership wise, and they represent the 6 largest declines among our cities.. Unfortunately, those leaving are not causing any of the problems eviscerating these cities.. good people are getting out while they can.

---
Online headline: "Auto accidents drop by nearly half, according to insurance claims data" -- Hmmm have seen a number of Insurers reducing rates or issuing refunds to their clients... of course haven't read where MY insurance company has done such... May have to find new ones..

From the "Trump's America is stepping up to the plate" department - Online headline/story: "Shake Shack gets funding, to return paycheck protection loan * Shake Shack has laid off or furloughed hundreds of its employees and needed the assistance, its CEO Randy Garutti and its founder Danny Meyer said in a statement seen Monday. * But the company was able to get extra funding late last week through an “equity transaction” and decided to “immediately return" the $10 million paycheck protection loan it obtained through the CARES Act. * “we’re fortunate to now have access to capital that others do not. Until every restaurant that needs it has had the same opportunity to receive assistance, we’re returning ours." -- Taking bets that none of the Shake Shack family votes for Biden this fall!

----
I heard a hospital administrator telling Fox that he wished for a longer, more stringent "shelter at home" policy vs "getting back to work".. I bit my lip from responding since he couldn't hear me on TV .. but I wanted to tell him that if his policy was adopted, he'd soon lose his job, as most of the hospital cases would neither have the money nor insurance to pay for their service needs, and hospitals would have to cut back on non-essential employees...

---
Why DOES MSM-13 give Ibama, Biden, and the Democrats a pass on not having left Trump an inventory of supplies and equipment when they left office... especially since.they KNEW Hellary was going to win? This is no different than Clinton and Ibama leaving office with our military in dire needs.

---
Online headline: "Speaker Pelosi rips Trump as ‘weak leader,’ tells ‘Fox News Sunday’ he’s failed on coronavirus response" -- Hmmm...I tell you what, summing up Pelosi is easy... she lies.

---
From the "if you're still a Democrat, you are just sick" department - Online headline/story: "Obama AG Eric Holder giddy about 'opportunity' coronavirus presents to make 'permanent' changes * as Democratic governors throughout the country flex their political muscles to at the expense of constitutional rights, or when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tried to hold up the coronavirus relief package to stuff it full of Democratic priorities American voters don’t share. * For Democrats like former Attorney General Eric Holder, the coronavirus crisis is an opportunity to make changes to the American electoral system -- permanently." -- who'll join me in buying Prick Holder a one-way trip to Venezuela!

---
What a great scene Saturday afternoon.. VP Pence addressed the Class of 2020 graduation at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Safe social distancing was the order of the day, but our administration and military leaders figured out a way to honor the outstanding men and women of the Air Force Academy and their families....something the elitist at public and private colleges couldn't figure out. TRUMP-PENCE 2020!

---
From the "political profiling?" department - Online story: "Bill Cosby will not be walking out of prison anytime soon despite the recent uptick of offenders being granted early release due to the coronavirus. * Cosby is currently serving up to 10 years for sexual assault in a facility in Pennsylvania, and a state official tells Fox News that any speculation that Cosby will be able to serve time at home is false. * -- Hmmm.. Because he;s a sex offender... and 82 year-old sex offender? Michael Avenatti.. aged 49.. was released. Michael Cohen...53... was released. Joseph Williams.. aged 26.. was released because, at the time, he was eligible for bond, but didn't have the money to post it. However, he has a lengthy arrest history, with a total of 35 charges. Williams committed murder the day after released. Christopher Ransom, 28, and Jagger Freeman, 26, were charged with armed robbery in connection with the February 2019 shooting death of NYPD Detective Brian Simonsen. They appeared on a list of names obtained by ABC News that also included Viktoriya Nasyrova, 45, who was accused of trying to kill a woman in 2016 with a poisoned cheesecake... My bet is that Cosby is the only one of these prisoners who voted for Trump...

(Hey Columbus Council.. please "Skip" over this):

From the "welcome to Socialist rule" department - Online headline/story: "California city fills skate park with sand to deter rule-busting skateboarders * A popular skate park in Southern California has been filled with 37 tons of sand * The signs went up at Ralph's Skate Court in San Clemente after the city closed all parks April 1 to contain the spread of the virus. * “On April 1, we kind of let it play out to see if users would abide by the closure,” Samantha Wylie, the city’s parks manager, told the San Clemente Times. * “The sand was what other agencies were doing,” Wylie told the paper. “We’re doing what other parks have done to enforce that message of social distancing.” * She said the sand didn't cost the city any money and removing it won’t either." -- "didn't cost the city any money and removing it won't either"? Typical Socialist... it didn't cost HER any money.. it was taxpayer's money.. for sand, for transport, for labor.. both ways.. but there will be other costs removing it...such as damage to the concrete surfaces and what about sand in the drains. This is simply tyranny at it's worst.

You know...liberals must be driving Bill Clinton nuts asking for him to redefine words so they fit the liberal agenda... now they've gotten "Choice" limited to one facet...essential... It's the only way they can get Pro-Choice decisions to have or not an abortion to be non-elective so it's OK for Doctors to perform one when other elective surgical procedures must be delayed.

Go, Jacksonville! Beaches reopened!

From the "Br'er Trump's been throwed back into that briar patch by Br'er Donkey... again" department - Online story: " Expressing the worry that “panic porn” will cede any optimism about this crisis to President Trump, Maher complained about how news organizations have covered the pandemic, saying media should “calm down and treat us like adults.” * “Now that we’re starting to see some hope in all this, don’t hope-shame me,” Maher began. “You know the problem with nonstop gloom and doom is it gives Trump the chance to play the optimist. And optimists tend to win American elections.” -- Hmmm... sounds like we may be seeing Maher voting for Trump this fall...

Let's put a little perspective on the $2 Trillion dollar Covid-19 Relief Bill... An online story talks about the 15 richest people in the world...and how they've "lost" $700 Billion dollar during this pandemic... and now they are worth a collective value of $940 Billion. Even combined before the market slide, that's a 3rd LESS than  the Covid-19 Relief Bill!  These billionaires are the ones that Bernie and Creepy Joe and the other Socialist-Democrat presidential wannabes wanted to strip of their wealth and redistribute to buy votes for themselves. In fact, if you combined the these 15 richest billionaires with the other 2,080 other "lesser" billionaires their total worth was less than $10 Trillion dollars... a figure all the Socialist-Democrats promises for Free College, Medicare-for-All, and forgiveness of Student Loans would go through in less than 2 years, and leave all of their voters broke and hopeless.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Non-essential business could result in citation * “Travel is confined to essential travel only,” Henderson said in the video Thursday, citing Gov. Brian Kemp’s shelter in place order, which currently extends through April 30. “We will have our public safety officers out this weekend and going forward asking the questions, asking what your essential business is, why you’re on the road. If your answer doesn’t meet some of the requirements of the governor’s order, you may be cited.” -- While being "smart" is essential, who is to say what's essential to one person may not be for another...our daughter and family are down from Atlanta for a birthday weekend my bride and I share.. It's the first time we've seen them "live" (thank heaven for Dace Time!) since we all celebrated our youngest grandson's 1st birthday at Lake Oconee the first weekend of March. This family gathering is ESSENTIAL for our mental health! I pity the police officer that writes up either of my sons-in-law based on what the Mayor or Governor consider essential.

---
Online headline: "New York state faces $6.1 billion budget hole next year" -- Well.. that'll probably be a piece-of (cheese)-cake" considering having to live with the @-HOLE they have living in their Governor's Mansion.

---
Columbus L-E guest commentary - Headline: "Capt. Crozier should be commended, not censured * BY D’JUAN WILCHER * CHICAGO TRIBUNE" -- Good grief.. if a Naval Captain had done this under Ibama's watch, the MSM-13 "Queens of Heart" would be yelling, "Off with his head!". It's not "doing the right thing" if you're not doing it the right way.. Now.. what part did this Captain have in allowing sailors to take shore leave and return infected?

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer commentary headline/story: "Republicans join Dems fighting Trump’s claim of ‘total authority’ * BY JOHN A. TURES * Donald Trump made a claim of “total authority” as president of the United States. He’s opposed not just by members of the Democratic Party, but also Republicans and constitutional law scholars." -- Good grief.. once again.. MSM-13 "journalists" have no clue on why President Trump is such an effective and good President.. leader...President Trump has awakened the "do nothing" governors to take responsibility for their states.. President Trump gave a 21st Century wrinkle to Tom Sawyer's "fence painting" episode, and now has spectators becoming doers.

Online story: " Illinois needs more than $40 billion in relief from the federal government because of the coronavirus pandemic — including $10 billion to help bail out its beleaguered pension system, according to a letter the Illinois Senate president sent to members of Congress. * The letter, sent this week by State Senator Don Harmon, also seeks a $15 billion grant to “stabilize the state’s budget,” $9.6 billion in direct aid to Illinois’s cities, $6 billion for the state’s unemployment insurance fund, and hardship money for hospitals and nursing homes, among other things. * “I realize I’ve asked for a lot, but this is an unprecedented situation,” Mr. Harmon, a Democrat," Wow! Illinois must believe that Covid-19 causes hallucinations! This is not a result of Covid-19... it's a result of Socialist-Democrat-Cov-IDIOCY... and running out of other people's money!

---
Congratulations to our Columbus State University Tennis Teams! Men's ranked #1 and Women's ranked #6 in final rankings.. it's a bit sad they couldn't win it on the courts, but it's still fantastic!

---
From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Columbus L-E "headLIE": "Inaction on loans adds uncertainty for small businesses" -- Inaction on loans? Good grief,, the Trump Administrations has processed $350 Billion worth of loans to 1.6 Million Small business Owners in 9 days! I'd call that pretty dang effective.. now, on the other hand, Queen Pelosi won't agree to get another $250 Billion approved... she is who the MSM-13 should be eviscerating!

---
Online story: "Preliminary results from government lab experiments show that the coronavirus does not survive long in high temperatures and high humidity, and is quickly destroyed by sunlight, providing evidence from controlled tests of what scientists believed — but had not yet proved — to be true." -- Hmmm... well, it looks like the reason backroom politics of the Democrats is such a disease has been discovered! What we Americans need is more political "deals" being made in "the sunlight" rather than the "shadows, and more "heat" applied by public discussion.

---
About the combination of hot humid weather and sunshine being a treatment.. cure for Covid-19.. I'm curious that no one has built a combination sauna, UV-Light tanning booth/room.

---
Online headline: "Stimulus cash is being sent to dead people. Their loved ones can probably keep it. * The U.S. government plans to allow heirs or spouses of dead people to keep the money, a source familiar with the matter said. A Treasury spokesperson declined to comment but said guidance on the matter is forthcoming." -- Whoa! I usually don't print reporters' names/employer, but in this case, I am: "NBC News SAHIL KAPUR AND JOSH LEDERMAN" because I think they should have to name their U.S. Treasury source to prove it's not "FAKE NEWS". They are claiming "someone said" the government is going to let dead people's families keep the money.. Obviously, these "journalist have never talked with a person's family about what the government does if they don't return a Social Security Check for a month that the receiver doesn't live through completely!

---
I tell you what.. if an investigation reveals... connects ... Wuhan Labs with the coronavirus being connected with the "wet markets" in Wuhan, then Dr Fauci needs to grilled in a Republican led Senate investigation about how his National Institutes of Health be investigated as to why it GAVE Wuhan Labs a $3.7 MILLION dollar GRANT to study viruses!

---
From the "who knew?" department - Online headline: "Bill and Melinda Gates have been storing food in their basement for years in anticipation of a pandemic" -- Wow! Who knew that the Gates were "preppers" ... wonder how many guns they have, too, because what f=good is it to be a "prepper" and not be able to protect your food?... Hypocrites!

---
From the "double dose of hypocrisy" department - Online headline: "Chris Cuomo can't be with wife while both have coronavirus: 'It's frustrating'" -- Yeah.. right.. he's probably in the dog house is why they have separate rooms.. but last week, they were frolicking together with more family members outside when they double-teamed a bicyclist who noticed them "not social distancing: in public..

---
From the "would someone please explain why releasing a prisoner from jail because of Covid-19 is a good plan" department - Online headline: "AP source: Ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen being released from prison" -- Good grief.. there's a heck of a lot less chance a prisoner runs into an infected person in jail than under house-arrest in his home.. In jail, there are ways to control contacts that being in public cannot be controlled.

---
From the "stupidity" department - Online story: "Officials across the country are racing to provide coronavirus tests to diagnose infections and to identify recovered patients with antibodies that may help others battle COVID-19, the disease it causes. * But some COVID-19 antibody tests, including those being used by public health departments in Denver and Los Angeles and provided to urgent care centers in Maryland and North Carolina, were supplied by Chinese manufacturers that are not approved by China's Center for Medical Device Evaluation" -- Hmm.. not even "approved by China's Center for Medical Device Evaluation"? You think thunk these public officials in the US were DingBATs.. well, if you weren't, you need to be thinking that! Now, I'd like to know how the heck these unapproved by neither Chinese or American officials made it through US Customs to begin with.. well they probably came through Los Angeles.. that would explain the Garcetti-ism stupidity...

---
You know.. if Nancy Pelosi really loved our country, and wanted a signature project to add to the $250 Billion needed for the Small Business Payroll Protection Relief Plan, she should only ask for enough money to finish building the Southern Border Wall.

---
COMIC-CON has canceled it's July 23-26 convention in San Diego, CA because of Covid-19. I understand that it takes time to plan/prepare for events, but canceling over 3 months out seems suspect. One other thing that bothers me is the Convention Center is being used to house homeless people.. where's the concern for the homeless crammed in there sans social Social distancing?

---
From the "confirmation confirmed" department - Online headline: "Coronavirus antibody testing finds Bay Area infections may be 85 times higher than reported: researchers" -- Hmmm.."85% higher than reported" in Oakland/San Francisco! What I think we are learning... seeing... is that Covid-19 may actually be a mutation of liberalism...

---
Online story: "A total of seven women have come forward with accusations of inappropriate behavior, with three of them speaking out after former Vice President Joe Biden responded to the previous allegations in a video posted to Twitter Wednesday. * Sitting cross-legged in a leather seat, Biden didn’t offer an apology but addressed the “gestures of support and encouragement that I’ve made to women and some men that have made them uncomfortable.” --

---
Online headline: "Amy Klobuchar says misconduct allegation against Joe Biden 'has been investigated'" -- Hmmm ...Investigated? Not unless it has a public hearing with Republican Senators asking questions, too!

---
Online headline/story: "Schumer Defends Blocking Small Business Aid * Schumer also pushed back on claims that Democrats were blocking funding, saying the claims weren't true and the program should be funded. He said Democrats were delaying the aid because they want to expand funding to include more priorities." -- "Oh... so blocking it so more Democratic Party priorities (versus American ones) can unnecessarily be funded is worth delaying small business recovery? If Schumer and Pelosi want extra projects funded, the only one worth considering is completing the Southern Border Wall as quickly as possible.

Online headline: "China decimated US intelligence apparatus years ago, posing steep challenge during coronavirus cover-up" -- I posted on Friday that 4 countries that usually have readers of my blog site haven't had any in the last month.. Russia, China, Iran, and Venezuela. This is what happens with Socialist governments ... they cut I-net access off so their's and the world's citizens can't find out what's going on.

We got to ee all our grandchildren this weekend! Scene from Camp CC:

---
Online headline: "Cuomo and Trump spar after NY governor says don’t 'pass the buck without passing the bucks'" -- Good grief.. all that Gov Fredo Cuomo has passed is "gas" (which should make him a direct target for AOC's eliminate methane gas program), and "GO" on what should be him on the way to "Jail" without collecting $200.00! Think about how he'd have spent the money if he had it.. NY would have 40,000 ventilators when it's only needed about 5,000, and the empty hospital beds that Trump got for him that haven't been needed.. Trump should bill Fredo for the money wasted.

---
Good grief...MSM-13 anchors, out of the safety of their own homes or other safe havens , are advocating "combat pay" for healthcare workers.. You know, while it is admirable that healthcare workers accept the known responsibilities their world is built around, making Covid-19 care more scary than any other disease our healthcare workers face in the line of duty is a bit self-serving of the media jockeying for special attention for themselves as overly sympathetic... but I have a possible ... and doable ..action these "look at me" anchors can do yo 'show they care more'.. voluntarily donate their salaries to pay the healthcare workers "Tips".

---
Why hasn't MSM-13 looked back at the timing when Bloomberg dropped out of the Democrat race? The market was struggling and Bloomberg was probably making big bucks.. probably more than the $600 Million he'd spent on his campaign, and he didn't want anyone scrutinizing his stock market "hedge" activities.

While we're talking about car tag renewals, let's talk about getting tags for bicycles in GA.. The plaintive cry of bicyclers is "Share the Road"... well, these roads need maintenance, and maintenance is paid from taxes.. so, Bicyclers.. how about "Sharing the LOAD!
