From the "this could be us, too" department - Online headline/story: "Students at home, but school police stay on duty * "Although our duties have changed with digital learning days, everyone stays busy * expenses for a school-funded police force are more than salary and benefits * You're paying for the vehicle, on-going training, weaponry, etc * That's money that can go toward purchasing laptops for kids who don't have them at home or increasing the capacity and reliability of digital platforms" -- While this article is about Atlanta area systems, we Columbus, GA has the same situation.. a duplicitous police force not under the City's law enforcement umbrella.
Oh.. since it is the end of the year, what has the MCSD done about retrieving books, and other supplied equipment form students, and do students still have personal belongings in school lockers? Reader Update: Books and computers turn in was last week, and students were allowed to pick up their belongings.. As far as we know, nobody died.. wonder if any uneaten lunches were in lockers for the past 2+ months?

Oh! again... any chance that GA's participating MSM-13 "journalists" might muster up an apology to Governor Kemp for their misinformed projections of doom & gloom about re-opening our state economically?

Online headline: "U.S deaths hit 100,000: What does it really mean? -- Hmmm one of the things it means is that MSM-13.. the "experts" and politicos Cuomo, Pelosi, Schumer, and the DNC will have another 6-plus years to fret for the total to reach he 2,000,000 deaths they projected for this year.

You know.. at first look, the Minneapolis police officer should be charged.. but I tell, you when public response resorts to 'looting" businesses, no protest can be considered to be about "justice".

You may or may not hear about Senator Loeffler's exoneration of wrong doing for her stock sales, but the damage was done, and she probably won't recover from it.

Chuck "Brown nose" Williams (WRBL), continues to provide free air time for TT. Too bad he didn’t ask about the depletion of the “rainy day fund”, the waste of tax dollars on the “high speed rail hallucination”, not buying guns from our very own H & K, expensive bathrooms on the Riverwalk, the $6 Million dollar "swing" (from $1.5 million paid by the state to $4.6 million we local taxpayers ended up footing), or the sorry state of our roads etc........guess he still drinks her Kool-Aid....like others who still follow her liberal path.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer feature: TODAY IN HISTORY: In 1912, the Senate Commerce Committee issued its report on the Titanic disaster that cited a "state of absolute unpreparedness." improperly tested safety equipment and an "indifference to danger as some of causes of an "unnecessary tragedy." -- And Nancy Pelosi, in her first political position, said it was "TRUMP'S FAULT"!
