Wow.. that dilapidated shopping complex on the NE corner of 2nd Ave at 38th Street is.. well...basically GONE! Wondered who was planning to develop it, so looked it up in the City Tax Database.. the property was sold this past February to 2nd Avenue Enterprises for $600,000.. the seller last bought that property for $375,000 in 2000.. looks like the seller made a real good investment..  looked at what the City had assessed that property all along and saw that it's FMV was but $62,635 and assessed value was only $25,054. .. and, get this.. that $375,000 property (TRUE FMV) was only paying a little over $1,000 a year in property taxes. How does this happen! Well, regardless of "how", it's WRONG!

We figured the Socialist-Democrats' agenda included the "dumbing down" of the education system, and this proves it.. millions of future California High School graduates will enter adulthood not knowing they have the tools to make it in college or life, and California Universities will have no idea whether or not one applicant is more deserving than another to be accepted..the fact that an old Clinton ally heads the UC system and the Regents were UNANIMOUS in their decision also proves there no room in the Socialist-Democratic Party for differing opinions.

Hmmm... don't you know all those elite Californians who paid for people to take their own children's SAT/ACT tests ... and got arrested are kicking themselves now that UC will no longer require them? Now, what will California students who want to apply to universities in other state do about taking/passing SAT/ACT tests for their applications? California high schools will no longer feel teaching a college prep curriculum is necessary so how will bright students fare in getting accepted out-of-state?

Did you see where the Michigan Secretary of State sent out 7.7 million mail in ballots? GA' Sec of State sent out 6.3 million earlier..  Now,  GA's population is 10.6 while Michigan's is but 9.9 million.. I find it strange...very strange, that Michigan has less population , yet has more "registered" voters ..in fact more than a MILLION more. Now, looking at Michigan's demographics by age, Michigan has 7,342,677  residents 18 or over.. In other words, the Michigan Secretary of State has sent out 357,323 MORE ballot requests than there are even Michiganders old enough to even register to vote! This is conclusive evidence of FRAUD!

You know.. undoubtedly there's some injustice in the killing of the young Arbery man in Brunswick.. but I'm feeling that so much attention is given to that being the only issue on the table.. and while so much attention is being paid to this, hardly any is being paid to the brutal killing of an 80 year old woman in Texas by a man who was let out on "no bail" last week who has 37 career arrests for various crimes.. INCLUDING some violent ones.  Let's temper the focus on racial issues by pointing out injustices happen in many ways and they all need to be addressed equally..
