You know, collecting $33,600,000.00 per year for 5 years will bring in $168,000,000.00 yet we were asked to vote on $189,000,000.00 in new projects. The stats showed by 8.6% of the LA population is Black.. I then looked at San Francisco, and the Black population there is only 6%... then, being more curious, I looked up the demographics of the State of California and found that the whole state has only 5.8% Blacks and just 36.6% non-Hispanic Whites.... I'm trying to understand how Pelosi, Schi**, Smalwell, and Feinstein keep getting re-elected.
