U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross ordered that absentee ballots that are postmarked by Election Day and arrive at county election offices by 7 p.m. three business days later be counted.: -- Forget the "for sure" 3 day delay in calculating election results, because the danger is that no one can know whether a ballot was mailed prior to the election end since once the ballot is removed from it's envelope, there's no way to show .. to PROVE... that it was postmarked on time.. Oh.. and guess who appointed Judge Ross to her position...
