Good grief! "customary" is neither mandatory nor a requirement for a political candidate AT ANY LEVEL! Stories built on speculation or innuendo or half-truths use to be the primary basis of "yellow journalism.. but MSM-13 "yellow journalism" takes on an even different yellow source.. it's based on supporting the Chinese agenda.

There's nothing "new" about a rehashed bill that was $2 Trillion more than what the President thinks is enough down to still $1 TRILLION moe than the President y=thinks is enough... especially when Pelosi's bill still contains nearly a half-a-TRILLION for inadequately run cities which are not even trying to save it's citizens and buildings from anarchist t=rioters/looters/arsonists.

President Trump.. when he wasn't president, took advantage of the law orchestrated by Obama/Biden and carried out by Pelosi to increase new business loss deductions backwards to 2 more years than was previously allowed which allowed businesses to offset taxes already paid, so IRS gave him and many other businesses refunds which were used to combat Obama's economic disaster.... it's that simple...
