From the "half-truths still rule MSM" department - Online "half truth: "NY attorney general says Trump Org probe is now criminal" -- In their own words: "“We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the company is no longer purely civil in nature," Fabien Levy, a spokesperson for Attorney General Letitia James, said in a statement. * “We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA,” Levy said. Hmmm.. there's quite a bit of irony in saying that the probe IS "now criminal vs the "investigating ... in a criminal capacity" ... Of course, publicly making such statements concerning an ongoing investigation looks like the NY Attorney General's office is the only thing that's TRULY criminal.
