Example: "they" have reinstated conservancy areas off Maine that prohibit lobster fishing, and are initiating conservancy areas to protect Seabirds, such as albatrosses and large petrels, have enormous geographic ranges. Who knows what the constant vibration/hum sounds will do to attracting or discouraging sea species in the area, and how many albatrosses and large petrels will be struck out of the air..
