Due to Columbus GA Council and Mayor being so “free” with our tax dollars, all the Columbus, GA taxpayer paid Police and Fire Department employees are now driving taxpayer purchased vehicles fueled with taxpayer paid gasoline, and are now leaving the county of us taxpayers in those vehicles to go their homes in other counties and another state... I think Council and the Mayor need to have their paychecks “tapped” to pay for all that fuel being used out of our county as well as the cost of the liability insurance that said vehicles must have to protect us Columbus, GA taxpayers. Hey.. since Columbus Council should treat all employees equally, maybe they should also personally pay for ALL City employees fuel costs to travel to & from home. Maybe Council and Mayor would learn not to be so frivolous with tax dollars!

While Resident Biden's announcement about forgiving "student loans" of $10K-to-$20K for about 800,000 "students" is in direct conflict of the Supreme Court AND Nancy PeLOUSY, there are still "elephant in the room questions". First is: Why does a $10,000 loan still be outstanding after 20 years? Who wrote the loan...and, Who would sign .. such a loan? Surely someone admitted to college would know how bad those terms were.
