The School System is a great example..  the last School SPLOST  collected all it could in 4  years (versus the maximum allowed 5 years), but instead of giving the taxpayers a year break before coming back for more, the School System rushed another SPLOST project list onto the next ballot so they'd have MORE SALES TAX MONEY to spend...
