WTVM-TV9 online video: "On the Record: Columbus GA's first couple" --  Interesting... actually, but the conversation really tiptoed around the firing of Hugley, and the development of the baseball scene that included bypassing the citizens rights to vote on such change, and it totally avoided the stripping of the Century old name of historic GOLDEN PARK.

It’s a statewide issue for GA, but there are both Republican and DemoKrat Primaries for Public Service Commission  District races that will give voters a little more input  into how deep the utility companies.. ESPECIALLY GA Power Company… will be allowed into our pockets. Early voting in Columbus, GA, including  Saturdays and Sundays through Friday the 13th of June,  is only available at the “Red McDaniel” Government Services building on Macon/Rigdon Roads.  Still not sure which “District(s)” we are voting in, but will find out and update next week.

Columbus GA Mayor Skippy the Poo has stated that Hugley's two Deputy City Managers will stay on after the firing of "I-see-a-nothing" Hugley, and they will basically report to him. Now, who's gonna have access to Hugley's office? Seven months is a long time for files and computers to be left without secure daily monitoring of a fired… disgruntled.. employee's "stuff" while a search continues for a replacement. Hopefully, some sort of security measures will be put in place until then. Maybe all hat “stuff” needs to be put under “lock & key”…

Being an avid crime & and mystery buff, and based on my gut feeling of the circumstance of J. Nathan Smith's declared "suicide", I'm wondering if an autopsy has been initiated? Under the circumstances, the public ... the Columbus GA's  citizens/taxpayers need to be reassured as best as the Coroner's Office  can..

Listening to the video of  "Rev" Johnny Flakes, III at Tuesday's Columbus GA Council meeting sounds more like he's forgotten most of the 10 Commandments, and he obviously came that night to "prey" on certain Councilors rather than to "Pray" for all of them. You have wonder if his flock knows where he sleeps at night.... it's certainly not near the "fields where THEY lay".
