Birthright citizenship... When this was added to our Constitution, it was specifically aimed at giving citizenship to the slave population which had been forcibly brought into the United States... there's a big difference in granting citizenship to correct an injustice than it is to grant such to the offspring of anyone who has entered our country illegally! I do have some issue with granting citizenship to the offspring of a legal visitor as well, but I could live with it IF it was only granted should the birth mother  formally apply for such, and the mother and child live here in the US until citizenship was granted.
