In reality, only "supply & demand" fueled by "inflation" caused by increased government spending which raises interest rates which actually drive up rental prices... and the "inflation" was fueled by Ossoff's vote on the misnamed "Income Reduction Act". Now, what I really want to know is why are we hearing more from Ossoff NOW than when his DemoKrats were in the power seat and his vote could have made a major difference?
