The Hilton Organization has tried to separate itself from that Hotel, saying it is an Independently owned hotel... Hey, Hilton . it don't work that way... Independent or not, it has a contract with y'all to follow Hilton policies, and no manner of denial gets Hilton Organization off the hook if you don't reverse that one's actions.

Hey! Columbus GA Council.. you, too, Muscogee County School Board and private schools.. It's TIME to publish the amount of "non-criminal speeding tickets each of your "school zone speed cameras" have issued for 2025, and the amount of revenue each "speed camera" has generated.. One special "figure" needs to be published in its entirety... the TOTAL amount of dollars (around 30% as I recall) that have been sent to the camera company and completely out of Columbus GA's economic impact.. I imagine it offsets a very high percent of the positive  financial impact brought in by out-of-town sports, entertainment, and convention visitors. 

Hey, you Mayoral and Council candidates.. get my.. and the rest of Columbus GA's voters  attention, by pledging to not only keep Columbus informed now, but to work hard at getting our legislative group to get these cameras outlawed, and you'll definitely get our attention!

Out of spontaneous curiosity, I looked up the daily pass costs at Disneyland (in California) vs Disney World,(in Florida), and was surprised that the day pass in Florida was a smidge higher  than California... Hey! Disney is scamming vacationers in Florida! We all know, cost of living.. visiting... California is ridiculously high, so why would it cost more to vacation at Disney's Florida venue than their facility in California? 

 In comparison, I checked the prices for a Senior Tickets for the same movie at an AMC theater in Los Angeles vs Columbus GA… the ticket in Los Angeles was $17.49 (plus taxes) and a same ticker in Columbus GA is $11.09 (plus lower taxes)…. Columbus GA tickets are 58% LOWER…. Why aren’t Disney World in FL day passes that much lower than Disneyland CA day passes?

I saw a video commentary by new CBS news anchor Tony Dokoupil saying he was going to present the news as regular people see it rather than as how his network wants to present it… Wow! That sounds great.. but….. BUT… who is he trying to kid?… What “CBS news anchor” actually goes out, finds a story, writes a report that’s fair, and tells it to America without bias? All he’ll do is read the Teleprompter version written by a copywriter who doesn’t want to get fired by a CBS news anchor’s boss!
