Wouldn't Minnesota officials have done a better public service if it had created an "Illegal Alien Watch" rather than an "I.C.E. Watch"? If American citizens had called in illegal alien crimes all along, all their neighbors would have been much safer...and I.C.E. probably wouldn't be there today.
