The previously fired ex-Columbus GA City Manager wants to base his Mayoral candidacy on being involved in $1.2 Billion in grant or SPLOST based projects.. what he needs to be judged on is how incompetently he's handled growth and maintenance of local assets... Good grief! Following testimony from the killer's mom that her son had previous bouts  with mental issues and manic depression, the judge ordered a mental evaluation of a violent man who broke into an elderly Columbus GA   man's home and shot him several times with a shotgun, and the violent man's attorney requested bond for her client... The judge, fortunately, denied bond pending a mental evaluation, but maybe he ought to consider ordering the killer's attorney to have a mental evaluation for even asking!
