When it comes to politics, there really "ought to be a law" prohibiting one set of politicians setting standards and/or regulations for more than 1 or 2 years down the road. When regulations are determined for another set of politicians to achieve 10 or more years in the future, there's no incentive for current politicians to start working on them, or actually caring the goals can.. or will... be met.

Are all businesses allowed to do this? Does the offending business have a City Permit others can/can’t get?  Does the offending business pay a fee that helps the budget! Trump suggested another debate between Biden and himself, but without moderators. I don’t think this is what Trump needs to “win”. What he should suggest is a debate on three issues of importance to all Americans future, with Biden and himself getting 15 minutes each to talk about each subject. The two subjects would be: “Border Security”, and  “Crime Rates”, and “Economy” and talk about their grasps and solutions of related issues. Each candidate would “nominate” three published private sector “fact checkers”,  and the other candidate would pick one of those to comment post-debate about each candidate’s feasibility aspects of the issues and solutions, and the effect they will have on the National Debt.
