The city alleges they are illegally operating on city-owned property." -- You know, a number of years ago, our City paid $1,000,000.00 a mile for abandoned railway track to build a 11 mile bicycle path out the Manchester Expressway..  Sure would be nice to have had a PRECEDENT to lean back on...
