Can you believe how vulturous the 'lame duck' DUMB&DUMBERats in Congress still are? 35% of a dead man's estate isn't enough for them. The sad thing is how wasted the money extracted from an estate is so wasted. Instead of being available to build jobs and industry, the Feds confiscate it and pour it directly into general spending on programs that have no future value.

Somebody please save the architect's rendition of the new Carver High School! Notice how nice the landscaping looks?
