Online story: "While lambasting Hillary Clinton over the FBI's
investigation into her use of a private email server at the State Department,
the crowd reprised the anti-Clinton "lock her up" chant that gained traction
during last week's Republican National Convention. * Trump said, "I've been
saying, let's just beat her on November 8. * But you know what?" he added. "I'm
starting to agree with you." * But after watching that performance [Thursday]
night — such lies — I don't have to be so nice anymore. I'm taking the gloves
off."" -- "take the gloves off? Whew.. I'd be a little cautious.. I'd at least
wear some elbow length, heavy-duty, crap-proof gloves and some chest height,
snake bite proof waders..

Online headline: "Tim Kaine rips Donald Trump for thinking the Virginia senator was from New Jersey" 88 KAINT just took the bait.. Trump pretty much .. whether by error or design.. has KAINT knocking New Jersey, and at the same time, not focusing on defending/deflecting the $4 BILLION in tax increases KINT initiated in Virginia when he was governor.. increases that even effected those making as little as $17,000.00 a year. Laughin' Br'er Donald just got KAINT to throw him back in the Briar patch...

Online headline/story: "Microsoft to cut about 2,850 more jobs * The software giant will layoff about 2,850 people over the next year as it continues to unwind its smartphone hardware business. Microsoft (MSFT, Tech30) disclosed the news in a regulatory filing on Thursday. * The new cuts come on the heels of 1,850 layoffs announced two months ago, and about 7,800 losses a year ago. * However, Microsoft went through its biggest round of layoffs in the company's history when it cut 18,000 positions in 2014," -- Hmmm.. 2,850 + 1,850 + 7,800... that's 12,500 high paying jobs that ZERO-bama and "Hellary" (new name) support Bill Gates has eliminated...you know,, when you consider the salaries at Microsoft, the revenue losses to the economy created by these job cuts probably were more than all the "gains" created by the so-called 15,000,000 minimum wage jobs that ZERO-bama spinmeisters say he created..
---
Democratic Party spinmeisters are proclaiming ZERO-bama "created" 15,000,000 jobs, and that Hellary will do the same> Hmmm ... in Clintonese political speak... it's depends on how you define "created"...there's two type.. the physical act of creation.. which doesn't apply here, or the Democratic Party spinmeister type ... you know, created Menatlly but with no facts to back it up.

Online headline/story: "Storms force protesters to seek shelter on final day of Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia * "Over 3,000 cloud-to-ground lightning strikes hit southeast Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware Thursday,"" -- Hmmm.. my previous call about Democrats being careful about what they wished for looks a little bit prophetic.. 3,000 lightning strikes... sorta like a warning shot that God probably gave Sodom and Gomorrah when so many blasphemers gather in one spot.

Give credit to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf for showing up at the Democrat Convention in Philadelphia...almost wondered why Kasich didn't show up, too.

From the "random out-in-left-field thought" department: Inkjet printer cartridges... does anyone know how many milligrams of ink are actually in a HP Inkjet cartridge? I've scoured the packaging and HP's "learn about supplies" website trying to find out how much physical ink is in one.. and with no luck...I know of no other liquid product sold in America that doesn't have an approved content weight printed in the package.. how does HP get away with this?

Online headline: "Off-duty police officer with his 2 kids denied service at a Texas McDonald's" -- Whoa! After similar incidents at Arb'ys, Krystal, and Taco Bell, pretty soon, we'll all be eating healthier just by avoiding fast food brands that allow employees to disrespect our law enforcement community.. I just hope no individual (_*_) at Duncan Donuts denies service to a police officer.

Online story: "The U.S. Department of Justice national security division is investigating whether cyber attacks on Democratic political organizations threatened U.S. security, sources familiar with the matter said on Friday." -- Good grief.. why is the DOJ interested in the manipulative data about how Democrats try to rig elections, but weren't when Clinton's personal server was being hacked for our nation's secrets?

Online story: :"In the Kansas ruling, a county judge said the state must count thousands of votes in local and state elections from people who did not provide proof of U.S. citizenship when they registered. " -- Good grief.. how can a "county judge" have power over the US Constitution? Our Constitution spells it out. The Fifteenth Amendment (Amendment XV) to the United States Constitution prohibits the federal and state governments from denying a CITIZEN the right to vote based on that citizen's "race, color, or previous condition of servitude." , and it all starts with being a CITIZEN.

Following up.. The Civil Rights Act of 1866.. that's right. 1866 was vetoed by Andrew Johnson who took office following Lincoln assassination by a Democrat, Johnson was the 17th President of the United States, serving from 1865 to 1869 . * "In 1864, Johnson, as a War Democrat and Southern Unionist, was a logical choice as running mate for Lincoln, who wished to send a message of national unity in his re-election campaign." After Johnson, a Democrat, vetoed the Cu=ivil Rights Act of 1866, Congress overturned that veto.. it was a majority REPUBLICAN Congress.. So much for Lincoln setting an example of trying to reach out to the Democrats across the aisle. In fact, it was this that was the center piece of the impeachment procedure taken by the House to remove the Democrat Johnson.

Can Hillary say anything without lying..yesterday, while still in Philadelphia, Hillary was praising Philadelphia for its museums and other historic sites. She said delegates went sightseeing every day and would come back to the convention center and tell her how wonderful it all was. What BS! You know dang well that delegates didn't have daily access to her, and she wouldn't have seen anybody who wasn't part of her team ot hadn't raised a 6-figure check with her.

Good old Hank Johnson stuck his foot in his mouth...again...only this time he pretty much gnawed it off. With 28 of the 29 Jewish members of Congress being Democrats, I guess there was a loud enough call for his resignation for calling Israeli Jews "termites", that he sent out an apology. Now he should send one out apologizing to all Georgians for this and his other numerous (and incredulously stupid) gaffes.

Thursday night, Bill O'Reilly said he was tired of bringing on obviously partisan guest spinmeisters on to his show who don't want to actually answer questions he poses, and wasn't going to do so between now and the election. I hope he meant it..I'm going to start watching him again. I've also started changing channels whenever Fox lets Alan Colmes, Juan Williams, Geraldo, or Jemu Green are allowed on, and I avoid Shepard Smith altogether.

I went to a funeral yesterday morning..no, it was a true celebration of life of someone who left this world way too soon. As her husband spoke, he held one of his granddaughters, and you knew she knew her grandmother had gone to live with Jesus, and she was OK. She knew she will see her again later in her life and her grandmother would be free of pain You know..how do atheists explain death to their children/grandchildren...that you're born, life's tough, then you die, and are buried. Where is the comfort for a child. If you haven't, get to know Jesus, walk hand-in-hand with him and introduce him to your family.

Good grief.. this just demonstrates the lack of attention to detail our students are suffering from.. If this award was worthwhile, it should have been given out during the last school year.. not after many students have moved on.. I guess the "Common CRAP" curriculum is far more widespread than we knew.

where the DNC got the idea to lock out Bernie supporters from the DNC Convention
on Wednesday and Thursday.
