"From the "omission of facts is probably very revealing" department: Four Homestead (Pittsburgh area) , PA policemen, two black and 2 white, were dining and a waitress brought a couple to a table next to them.. the couple made it obvious they weren't going to sit next to the police officers. Officer Chuck Thomas responded, " it's OK, sit. You won't have to worry about it. We won't hurt you.".  The couple still refused and were seated elsewhere. The policemen won.. by paying for the couple's meal.. $29.00 plus a $10.00 tip.. I'm going to send a check ($40.00)  to the Homestead Police Department in honor of Officer Chuck Thomas and his fellow officers... I feel sure they have some kind of youth benefit program.
