I love competition.. and that means I've won and I've lost innumerable games in my life. When I coached my Little League teams.. my message was the one that my Dad instilled in me.. "give it your best shot.. if someone beats you on a day you've played the best you can, that's just the way it is. Give that team it's moment.. your job becomes to get ready for the rematch. You know what the other team did and can assume it will do the same thing next time because it was successful..your job now is to figure out a better plan to win. Going to the corner and pouting will not do this."

Ted Cruz had an opportunity last night.. and he blew it...just being anti-Hillary wasn't enough..having the opportunity to stand at the "free throw line" after the buzzer sounded and get to make a game winning shot is not about the individual, it's about the team, and Cruz threw up an "airball".

of the speech had similarities, but, then again, 100% of mother's/wives want the
things Melania said .. and even Michelle's words were similar to prior First
Ladies' statements.. What Melania didn't say was that this "was the first time
she's been proud of America".. and when you get down to it, what Michelle Obama
says she was proud of is not the America most of us want.
