I just heard a disturbing...very disturbing .. fact...20%...1-in-5... journalist live in NYC, Washington DC, or Los Angeles. ..think about this...

---
How disappointing...that's what we felt leaving "A Star is Born" last night. I feel pretty sure there won't be a 5th version to the series of remakes..Compared to early renditions, this one should be renamed "A Star is Porn".

---
Lest we forget, has anyone seen any updated info on what was in the envelope that Despicorat Sheila Jackson Lee furtively slipped into the hand of Dr. Ford's lawyer at the Judiciary Committee hearings?

---
We... Columbus, GA.. need a protest...followed by a class action lawsuit to get our streets brought up to better conditions than Columbus Council thinks we should be satisfied with... What gets me is Council feels our taxes are too low..yet it's very difficult to get the Tax Assessor's Fair Market Value price when you sell one because of how bad the streets look in front of our houses!

---
One thing for sure is that America saw firsthand how little the Despicorats care for America. My guess is they feel they have reached the point they no longer feel they have to camouflage their agenda. Let's reconfirm in November that America is no longer asleep.

---
My church is a missions oriented one, and soon to celebrate it's 190th Anniversary. I've been thinking about the scope of our missions history, and I believe we've missed .. not only a one of importance, but sorely overlooked. We need to send a missionary team to Washington, DC.. on what may be a permanent outreach... to hold hands with the Senate Despicorats and constantly remind them who they represent.

---
From the "what really just happened" department - HuffPOOPOO half-truth : "Senate confirms Brett Kavanaugh to Supreme Court, rejects Me Too movement" -- What really happened was Trump kept his promise to Make America Great Again, and the Senate Republicans are finally buying into it again. The real "Me Too" women and movement lost nothing.. actually, they gained... and good men, and this nation did too... .. what's left is to "BUILD the Wall", and for 48 Despicorats and 1 WHINO to apologize to the Kavanaughs and America and its Constitution for behavior not befitting a US Senator.

---
Did you see the record low employment numbers..3.7%! ..Of course, we have Soros to thank for some of it. Soros' money has kept the antifa and Kavanaugh protesters employed in record numbers, so look for a "hiccup" since Kavanaugh got confirmed.

---
If spectators in the Senate Chamber cannot...will not..stay orderly the Sergeant-at -Arms should be equipped with a long barrel taser.

---
You know, somebody needs to remind voters about which " Blue to Back". The Police, not the Despicorats!

---
You know, I'll "bet my house" there are actually more Americans who object to Justices Kagan and Sotomayor, Breyer and Ginsburg than the number who protested Kavanaugh's nomination, but most Americans are more tolerant than the leftists.

---
Online headline/story: "After Dems' Kavanaugh failure, Cory Booker heads straight to Iowa * U.S. Sen. Cory Booker made his debut as a potential 2020 presidential contender, arriving in Iowa on Saturday -- just hours after casting his Senate vote against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh." -- Hmmm... I have a couple of suggestions he can use as his campaign "name"... "Corruptus" and/or "Completely Out-of-touch-With-US".

---
Talk about an oxymoronic sighting: Was driving on Forest Avenue Saturday and noticed a bunch of "Save Hilton" signs, but then saw one yard with the "Save Hilton" sign .. and a sign for "Stacey Abrams for Governor".. This defies logic and physics.. two foreign concepts cannot occupy the same space.

---
From the "I was right..there was no place to build the wrestling room at CHS" - Long before final decisions were made, I asked where on the CHS campus was there space to erect the 60' X 40' "wrestling" building. I noted that the topography in front was not conducive, and that the $935,000.00 spent to add "much needed parking" eliminated using any old parking lot space. I got pooh-poohed.. even LIED to by the MCSD architect. I actually knew the only space "close" was the area behind the baseball field fence but it was not big enough to build under current building codes.. Saturday, as I drove down Forest Ave, my suspicions were confirmed.. not only has the right center field fence been removed temporarily, but the new building foundation "stakes" are actually IN the CHS baseball field's outfield. and the fence will have to be rebuilt shortening an already too short distance from home plate.

From the "CBS the station of "Can't Be Sidetracked" department - Online headline/story: "News anchor leaves CBS station after defending Kavanaugh in online post * A veteran California broadcast journalist has resigned after writing a 400-word Facebook post last month defending then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh from sexual assault allegations." -- What a self-condemnation curse CBS has laid on itself.. one ... the one true journalist on the CBS staff asked for fairness in evaluating the uncorroborated story of a woman, and CBS conformed its bias.

From the "It's Monday again, and there are no surprises" department -- As usual, Zeph Baker still hasn't turned in his Campaign Financial Disclosures, and Mayor Tom-LYING-son hasn't addressed her accident.. Now I guess we have another item to add.. When will we see the rest of the e-mails in Mayor Tom-Lying-son's "private e-mail account"? Another Monday to Monday item . Two months ago..August 4th.. a man's body was pulled out of the Chattahoochee River near the UnderRiverWalk...the back of his head was bashed in...no determination was decided whether the blow happened before or after he was dumped or fell into the river. You know .. in two months, it's reasonable to expect to know whether this was accidental or another murder. * Oh...and when's the Natatorium gonna be fixed? Double Churches pool is still open because the local swim teams cannot use the AquaCenter..but what would have happened if we were having typical OCTOBER (did you feel the emphasis I said about it being in October) instead 90+ degrees?

From the "another rush to judgment" department - M/C L-E headline/story: "St. Francis doctor surprised by number of cancer cases * Dr. John Cutrone relocated to Columbus from the West Coast this year to become the medical director for the Center for Breast Health at St. Francis Hospital. * In his nine months on the job, Cutrone has been struck by something he did not expect to find. * “What I will tell you is I have practiced the past 20 years in Southern California at very busy breast centers in Los Angeles and the Palm Springs area,” Cutrone said during an interview last week. “I can tell you for the same number of examinations that we did, we see much more breast cancer here compared to there.” * Cutrone said he does not know how to explain the larger numbers of the disease here, nor does he have exact numbers. * “I don’t know, honestly,” he said. “There must be some environmental factor or some other dietary factor that would cause that,” he said. “Just in general, I just see there is more of an instance of it here, but I don’t know the exact cause." -- Good grief.. Dragnet Detective Joe Friday would be going nuts! How about "the facts, just the facts.. This assessment is no more corroborated that Dr Ford's charges against Kavanaugh. Hasn't MSM-13 learned ANYTHING?

---
From the "incomplete headline" department - M/C L-E guest commentary headline: " My commitment to Fort Valley State University hasn’t changed * BY SANFORD BISHOP Special to the Ledger-Enquirer" -- Hmm.. and neither has his commitment to mediocrity and poverty in GA Congressional District 2. He's been doing the same things for 26 years, and wants voters to send him back.. pitiful.

---
You know, the assault on Judge Brett Kavanaugh has had an unplanned effect that the Despicorats did not see coming.. Republicans refinding their backbones.

---
You know, I'm not against early release programs in our court systems, but we need control factors..like if a criminal "plea bargains" to a lesser charge than the real crime committed, then he/she should not be eligible for early release or even a range of years. There should be a fixed sentence. Secondly, if a person is convicted through a jury trial and sentenced to a jail term, and then 'earns' an early release via the parole system, and then commits another crime during the probation period, said convict should never be eligible for a minimum sentence nor early release via parole. America needs consistency.. and a deterrence to recidivism.

---
from the "Hyper-hypocrisy" department - How can the Senate allow Bob Menendez to even enter the Senate Chamber....much less cast a vote... when his ethics and character are so flawed and his proceedings are still lingering?

---
Other than financial chaos and ruin in GA, what is Despicorat Stacey Abrams "FOR"?

---
Soapbox Moment: Online headline: "Liberal groups won't support Democrats backing Kavanaugh" -- You know, this "group" coalition .. even "single social issue organizations" political "support" system has taken it's toll on America... particularly over the past 45 years or so...It's never been as apparent as what we've seen during the Kavanaugh assault.. MSM-13 has discovered it's main flaw..it's coverage has exposed this evil to more patriotic Americans than any other one issue, and America is seeing through this shadow Socialist plot to take over the America our forefathers passed on to us. The solution... politicians deciding to represent the people of their districts and states instead of a party agenda. A good first step would be campaign donation reform...no candidate should be able to receive funds from people who cannot vote for him/her, nor from any group.. including party affiliation... unless 50+ percent of a group IS eligible to vote in the candidate's race. Others would be no acceptance of funds except during the physical year of an election, and if the candidate is "unopposed", all donations be turned over to the level of government the representative is elected, and when a politician retires, or gets beat, any funds left in the "campaign chest" also be returned to the government level the candidate had.. or sought..

M/C L-E headline/story: "Jury reaches verdict on Columbus teen, codefendant tried in former classmate’s death * After about an hour and 15 minutes’ deliberation Friday, a Floyd County, Ga., jury found two teenagers not guilty of all charges in the homicide of a former high school classmate from Columbus." -- There are still answers to be discovered... one is why an Assistant DA was trying this murder case, but another is "Why wasn't a representative of the M/C L-E AT THE TRIAL to report back daily.? There was evidence presented not included in this pitifully short and inadequate summary.

---
M/C L-E "headlie": "lack rural voters could be key to Georgia Democrats * BY ERRIN HAINES WHACK * Associated Press" -- Hmmm obviously, the "journalist" didn't do any research.. All she had to do was analyze GA House District 2. Sanford Bishop has been serving nearly 26 years.. 16 of those under Clinton and Obama, and District 2 has withered more each year.. In addition, GA had Democrat Governors from 1872 until 2003 and after 131 straight YEARS of Democrat "leadership", two Republican Governors in a row have had nothing but "resistance" from the Democrat hierarchy entrenched in District 2.. In fact, the Democrat "House whip" is the wife of Columbus' City Manager. No, the answer ISN'T more Democrats.. it's separation from them that will make a difference.

Saturday morning was a special day for me.. I took my brother with me up too Godwin Creek Golf Course where we support "Fore Kids Columbus", a golf program to promote life values among our youth. This was our monthly golf tournament. This Saturday was also one demonstrating the involvement throughout our community.. The Southeastern Amateur Invitational Golf Tournament and AFLAC were making its annual (and sizable ) donation to our program. It was also a time for a history lesson. I got to introduce my "little brother" to a new generation. My brother Elliott is a two-time champion of the Southeastern Amateur (1981 and 1987)... and that our dad ALSO was a two-time Southeastern Amateur Champion (1933 and 1935), and that they are the only father-son champions in its nearly 100 year history.

---
From the "bias? what bias?" department - Online headline: "Minnesota TV reporter fired for wearing Trump hat at rally" -- This same reporter could have reported Dr, Ford's allegations as "facts" and been rewarded.. What a sad state MSM-13 has become...

---
Georgia is the 21st ranked state for violent crimes.. GA's has 398 per 100,000 people. Then we parse it a bit, and find that Columbus has 634 violent crimes per 100,000 people... that's 59% MORE than the average of Georgia. Albany is even worse.. with 1,205 violent crimes per 100,000 people... Macon, GA is better (whoever thought we would find this out) with "only" 512 violent crimes per 100,000 people. And what do Columbus, Albany, and Macon have in common.. off the top of my head, Democrat mayors, and.. drum roll please Representative Sanford Bishop.. and it's nothing he inherited.. Bishop has been the GA-D2 representative for 26.. yes, 26 straight years. Please, District 2 voters, make the change! Vote for West in the November election!

Further note: Columbus has a higher violent crime rate than 47 of the 50 states.. Only Nevada, New Mexico, and Alaska are higher. SMH....

21. Georgia
> Violent crimes per 100,000: 398
> Total 2016 murders: 681 (5th most)
> Imprisonment rate: 666 adults per 100,000 (9th highest)
> Poverty rate: 16.0% (10th highest)
> Most dangerous metro area: Albany

Columbus, Albany, and Macon figures can be verified at https://www.neighborhoodscout.com

From the "We do AMAZING" department - M/C L-E story: "The RiverWalk was busy Saturday with walkers and the Tuskegee-Morehouse Classic Parade on Broadway attracted big crowds downtown but the $244,000 restrooms under the Frank K. Martin Pedestrian Bridge were closed." -- You know.. Columbus patrons work hard to bring friends and family to enjoy an annual event in Columbus, and the most unforgettable memory many will take back with them is seeing the Queen TT Lounge locked when they needed it most.

---
M/C L-E headline: "Columbus man who shot pregnant girlfriend point-blank wants new trial
" -- Hmm.. so what! I'd like to see his sentence revisited and have the death sentence replace it..
