No wonder highway projects don't get done on time...I guess the River Road Roundabout folks who didn't show up for work early this morning were on coffee break, and had such a good time they decided to make it a lunch break as well. After a week of broadcasting via the 'silent policemen' on the side of the road all week telling us work would begin on Monday, powers that be decided it was too intimidating to actually start working...after all, it's been 6 years since this was initiated so what's another year or two.

He said he didn't like paying more than his neighbors.. Did a little checking in the Muscogee County Tax Database, and found out this complainer actually has a "HD - 100% Vet 65" homestead exemption, and actually pays ZERO in property taxes! (Parcel ID 092 023 005) I wonder how much LESS his neighbors pay?
