High school students no longer take a graduation test, grade level no reading standard is required, and some systems (I recall Dougherty County specifically) literally GIVE every student a "B" GPA average so they qualify for the :Hope Scholarships", there are already too many "college students" required to take remedial core classes as it is.. Can I get a refund on the tuition I paid CSU for my daughters tuition since, obviously, the value of a CSU diploma is doomed to take a "hit".

Now this is a real abuse of campaign funding.. it's one thing to allow a person to fund their own campaigns with their own money, but he should not be able to redistribute those funds which won't count against the restrictions of him giving it in his own name.
