Whatta difference an upcoming election makes.. In 2015, Bleep Veep Biden "held a gun" to Ukraine's President Poroshenko's head for a Billion dollar loan guarantee.. now, with Biden and his "WH handlers" facing the most embarrassing mid-term election probabilities ever conceived of, JoKKKe Biden and his "handlers" want to throw $33 BILLION into the Ukraine's defense against Putin to get some voters back in the game.

---
Hmmm, Resident Biden feels that the 1.4% drop in the 1st Quarter Economic Report is not a problem... well, maybe not to him and the Socialist-Democrat Party agenda, but it is if you love America, and want the best for your children and grandchildren, it's definitely a problem...

---
As if the Southern Border, inflation, supplies, oil, Putin, Iran, China, Hunter, Democrat Congressional primaries and the mid-term elections weren't already overwhelming Resident Biden and his "handlers", now we learn our economy SHRUNK by 1.4% in the 1st Quarter of 2022 when an increase was expected. Can't wait to hear Psaki try to convince us how great things are.

---
Our current mayor here in Columbus, GA is campaigning on a theme of "we have more work to do"...hmmm.. well, why didn't he start doing something about crime 3 years ago? Or when he was a Councilor for umpteen years?

---
Can you believe DHS Secretary Mayorkas has created a "Disinformation Governance Board"? This the same guy that insists the Southern Border chaos is under control of the Administration, and he wants to control other people's observations, the facts, and dissemination of such information. Mayorkas must go!

---
You know, Mayorkas' "Disinformation Governance Board" sounds like it's gonna be modeled after "Twitter" before Elon Musk bought it.. Hey Mayorkas... guess you can just hire Twitter's ex-board members-to-be!

---
It's comical... actually treasonous..... that Democrat Representative Eric Smalwell of california, wants to "impeach" Justice Thomas. Smalwell is the one Congress should be investigating for his cavorting and with a Chinese spy.

---
I heard Governor Kemp announce the location of another new business to GA to be located near Perry, GA that's bringing in 800 jobs.. You know, what I haven't heard is Governor Kemp ever announcing a new business coming to Columbus, GA.... Of course, since the Democrat's Minority Whip in the GA House is the wife of Columbus' City Manager, and 60% of the vote in political races goes to Democrats, why would Kemp seriously consider Columbus?

---
Even though I do not get to vote in the GA House District 140 race here in Columbus, I'm going to encourage District 140 voters to elect Teddy Reese to replace legendary Calvin Smyre... the alternative is Zeph Baker.. and that would be horrible! He's the least transparent politician I've ever run across.. even supported in elections in the past until I got to know him better. I'm not even sure he's a primary resident of Columbus.. When he ran for Mayor in 2018, he listed a local address, yet he and his wife owned a home in Newnan, GA which claimed a Homestead Exemption.. (which is only for a person's PRIMARY RESIDENCE) ... he claimed to have reestablished his residency here in Columbus at that time, but in 2020, he and his wife sold that Newnan home together, and IT STILL HAD the Homestead Exemption status...plus he's never turned in his REQUIRED Financial Disclosure documents from that election period..

From the "and Hunter should look at the log in his OWN EYES!" department = Online headline: "Hunter Biden ripped Bill Clinton as ‘a--hole’ who ‘looks like s---,' said Clinton aides are 'greedy' * 'Petty, Greedy, Venal, Low Rent bulls--t is what it is,' Hunter Biden said about Clinton aides double dipping on salaries" -- Good grief, Hunter Biden is a double-dipper... maybe even a triple-dipper himself! In fact, Hunter Biden could be described correctly as a certified DIP****.

---
Online headline: "Russian rockets hit Kyiv as U.N. chief visits, but besieged Mariupol main target" -- Good grief! this should be the impetus for the UN to kick Russia out of the UN, and come to Ukraine's assistance!

---
Online headline: "A year after disappearing, federal informant in Trump probe found dead at L.A. high school" -- Hmmm.. my instincts would lead me to investigate where the Clintons and their known associates were over the weekend...it sounds so much like their MO.

---
Online headline: "A retired federal judge appointed by former President George H.W. Bush warned in an opinion piece published by CNN on Wednesday that Republicans are “already a long way toward recapturing the White House in 2024, whether Trump or another Republican candidate wins the election or not.”" -- Hmmm... Hey, Mayorkas.. this should be on the top of your Disinformation Governance Board's investigation list... no, not Trump.. but the retired Federal judge and CNN...

---
Online story: "Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun told investors Wednesday that the company probably shouldn't have agreed to a fixed-price contract with former president — and "Art of the Deal" author — Donald Trump to develop a new Air Force One fleet. * The company has already lost $660 million developing the two 747 jets for the fleet following a 2018 deal Trump made with the company that makes Boeing foot the bill for all cost changes in the development process. The new fleet was originally supposed to make its entrance in 2024, but as CBS News has reported, Boeing has projected the planes could be 17 months behind schedule. The deal was made under a different CEO — Calhoun took the helm at Boeing in January 2020, but he was on the board when the deal was made." -- Good grief! President Trump took care of America, and Boeing's Calhoun has screwed up the development and delivery of the new Air Force One's... and in typical liberal "style (vs substance)", Calhoun points the finger of blame at Trump...Hey, Calhoun.. that's not gonna work this time.. Hey, Boeing.. when are you going to replace Calhoun so my investment will improve?

---
Over 4 years ago, Nikolas Cruz, now 23, murdered 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 14, 2018. His trial is now coming to light.. and it's expected to run from June through September. Good grief! Speculation is that "mental disorders" of Cruz have a bearing... but the way I see it, the mental disorder belongs to the liberals who've orchestrated a "caught-in-the-act killer" becoming the center of a circus! As I Prosecutor, I'd just show videos of Cruz killing people and being arrested, and rest my case.. That should take 30 minutes or so at best.. then do nothing with any "experts the defense presents other than discredit their testimony.. Why should a judge feel.. plan... on a 4 month trial after over 4 years of dawdling?

---
Resident Biden should not have the authority to invalidate valid contracts for student loans"... in fact, he really doesn't.. To do so is really a tax on all other Americans, and only the House can originate new tax laws. Oh, and when you think about this, any invalidation .. including the ones already canceled, should stop the federal government from ever being involved in individual "loans" of any kind...

It was a glorious day when it was announced that a new VA Clinic would be built here in Columbus, GA, home of Ft. Benning (for now), to serve the many retired veterans that loved the area and chose to retire here and in nearby communities. It was another glorious day when a decision was made to name the new clinic after a retired Colonel, Bob Poydasheff, who also became a mayor of our City when he left the service...We watched it being built, and were excited when it appeared to be finished 3 or so months ahead of it's February target for opening...We anxiously awaited it's ceremonial opening... but February passed.. hen March passed.. and now April is at it's end... and no word of "why" has been made... Recently we heard the Biden/White House Handlers' Administration was planning to send VA doctors to our Southern Border to serve illegal aliens before they were dispersed across our nation.. this may or may not happen, but regardless.. our veterans are being .. at best... DISSED.... and feeling the pain of not being taken care of by the Democratic Party Congress.... Remember this when we vote next month.. and next November.

---
Speaking of elections.. We have a 435 voting Representatives in the US... We have 330,000,000 people which means there's one Representative for an average of 758,621 people in America.. Now, using he "accepted number" (which is probably WAY LOW), there are 11,000,000 illegal aliens that are counted in the 330,000,000 number counted in our last Census.. and because he question about whether anybody counted in the Census was/wasn't a US citizen, it means that there are enough illegal aliens in America that helped determine the assignment of 14-plus (over 3%) US Representatives that decide how tax dollars are allocated and spent.. Just think about 14 less Representatives being Blue State Democrats today...

---
In the Senate, it's even more alarming.. with only 100 Senators, each one basically "speaks for 3,300,000 people... and just think about what it would mean.. today.. if 4 more Senators (4%) were more concerned about America's needs and future.

---
The Republicans need to back off from ranting about all of Biden's flaws, issues, and dementia problems! The "attacks/reminders" aren't important for the upcoming party primaries, so badgering him now will make Fall claims prior to the General Election to be "old news" and not so effective since Republicans are wearing out their voters tolerances.

---
After watching a few minutes of the Albright Memorial, I've about decided we'd be better off if the cameras were to focus on the Teleprompters so we could read it smoothly rather than have Resident Biden reading it awkwardly to us.

---
From the suspicions confirmed" department - Online story: "The U.S. and Russia have carried out a prisoner swap Wednesday, exchanging Trevor Reed -- a Marine veteran jailed in Moscow -- for a Russian drug trafficker who has been serving time in America, a senior U.S. official told the Associated Press." -- Hmmmm... following the pardon/commutation of 78 drug sentences in America ... we must assume that Resident Biden's "handlers" love to put drug dealers back out on the streets.. On the other hand.. it looks like the White House "handlers" don't share the urgency on getting Brittney Griner, a WNBA female, released from the Russians' Jail system after Russian officials said they found vape cartridges containing oil derived from cannabis in her luggage at an airport near Moscow..

---
Online headline: "MSNBC’s Joy Reid has lowest-rated month ever, sheds 51% of debut audience from 2020" -- Hmmm.. paraphrasing an old short story about Casey striking out, I guess we can say "There's less "mud" in "Joy-ville"...

---
Now that Elon Musk has all but acquired "Twitter" for 43 of his $250 Billion dollar accumulation, he should also consider buying enough Meta/Facebook shares to get a spot on Facebook's board...

---
Online headline: "Chicago Mayor Lightfoot's $12.5 million giveaway of gas cards with her name blasted as re-election 'gimmick'" -- You know.. there's some sorta abuse.. both of misuse of tax payers' money and election campaign laws.. Phenix City/Russell County. Alabama has an election abuse situation, to.. the Sheriff has his name plastered all over his and his deputies service cars..

---
Online headline: "Twitter employees still flooding Democrats with 99 percent of their donations for midterm elections" -- DOH! Supporting Democrats is the only way the LEFT can keep pressure to keep on neutering the 1st Amendment...

---
Online story: "Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified Wednesday that the Department of Homeland Security is creating a "Disinformation Governance Board" to combat misinformation ahead of the 2022 midterms." -- "is CREATING a "Disinformation Governance Board"? It's been a "disinformation CREATION house" since Resident Biden appointed him!

---
Online headline/story: 'California to raise its gas tax, already the highest in the nation * California's gas tax to rise to 53.6-cents per gallon on July 1 * The tax is used to fund roads and other infrastructure projects; the state's Legislative Analyst's Office projected the tax will generate about $8.8 billion in revenue during the 2021-22 fiscal year." -- "to fund roads"? With Newsom's history, any new roads will also be TOLL ROADS.... Looks... Sounds... like Newsom wants to make sure no more coastal californians can afford enough gas to be able to leave the state for tax relief...

---
From the "it must be a new Clinton definition" department - Online headline/story: "The Department of Education is under fire after a viral video showed a biology teacher claiming children should be taught that ovaries, as opposed to women, produce eggs in order to support transgender and non-binary students. * The popular Twitter account Libs of TikTok posted a video of what it said is a Department of Education a training session for teachers to learn how to be inclusive of transgender and non-binary K-12 students. * The person speaking on the video is identified as Sam Long and makes it clear he prefers he/him pronouns. " -- Excuse me.. Department of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona.. you, too, Sam Long... you're abusing children by teaching a LIE.. The truth.. the only truth... is that no biological males produce "egg", and both Cardona and Long need to be immediately separated from serving in the Education of our children/grandchildren.

---
Online headline: "Lily Peters killing: Judge sets $1M bond for 14-year-old suspect charged as adult in girl's shocking death" -- Good grief! How does the headline writer not state that Lily Peters, the girl this monster raped and killed, was 10 years old! How come the monster's name was not used! Anything short of an irrevocable death sentence will be an injustice! Oh.. and the monster's parents should have to.... heck, they should WANT to... push the button to initiate the death sequence!

---
Online headline: "Putin threatens 'lightning' fast strikes on any nation that 'interferes' with Russia's war in Ukraine" -- Hmmm... and NATO needs to be in a high state of standby readiness to fully assist any of it's members from the gitgo!

---
WTVM-TV9 headline/story: "Columbus High School ranks number two as best high school in Georgia * Nationally, Columbus High ranked 83rd with an overall score of 99.54 out of 100." -- While this is definitely a "plum" for our City and school system... what about the rest of the story? The story about the worst schools in our community.. you know. the ones where students are graduated.. or get an annual grade promotion.. without being able to read at a grade appropriate level to insure they can enter adulthood with life survival skills? Let's puff out our chests for Columbus High for a minute... then dig in our heels to raise up the rest of our schools ...

---
WTVM-TV9 headline/story: "Dark money group funnels $1.5M into Ala. Governor’s race * BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - Millions of dollars are flowing into the state ahead of the upcoming primary election. Some estimate the race to clinch the Republican nomination for governor could exceed state fundraising records. So far, the crowded field’s raised more than $20 million combined." -- "Millions of dollars are flowing into the state"? This is exactly what's wrong with our system... no one...and no organization that consists of ineligible to vote in a particular race... should be able to donate to candidates in other states/cities/districts they don't live in.. It's the most blatant form of election interference that exists yet it's been approved to do so in court.... so far......

---
Online headline/story: "Biden to tour weapons plant in Alabama visit * The president will travel to Alabama on Tuesday to visit the Lockheed Martin Facility in Troy where weapons systems, including the Javelin anti-tank missile, are made" -- Good grief! Why isn't he traveling to our Southern Border to see how Javelins can be used to stop the flow of illegal alien invaders so "the Wall" can be finished?

---
Meanwhile, "back at the City of Columbus where the bodies keep piling up! All of Columbus needs leadership!" department - WTVM-TV9 online headline/story: "Suspect arrested after shooting death on Olde Town Dr. in Columbus * Upon arrival, officers discovered a male suffering from gunshot wounds lying on the ground outside his vehicle. * EMS arrived after and transported the victim to Piedmont Midtown Hospital. Unfortunately, he later died from his injuries." Hey Columbus... you too Mayor/Council.. this ain't Cusseta Road or. for that matter, the Wilson Apartments' area...Now.. will some brave candidate running for re-election show us your desire to be transparent and tell us how many homicides this makes for 2022?

---
WTVM-TV9 headline/story: "Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce holds State of the City address * In Mayor Skip Henderson’s address, he spoke about what the city has done so far. * He said there’s the good and the bad, but the city is in good standing. He also spoke about where we would like the city to go. * “The one thing that I want people to leave here with is the state of the city here in Columbus, Ga. is very strong that doesn’t mean we don’t have problem,” said the mayor. *It’s less than a month before Election Day." -- Two things.. why was a taxpayer funded entity allowed to host a candidate for Mayor without inviting other mayoral candidates an opportunity to speak as well? Question 2, since it was brought out ahead of time, why wasn't the subject of the City's "Jail Audit" get aired to the public prior to the upcoming election?

---
After the god-awful runoff war between Republicans Kemp and Cagle in 2018 almost got Stacey Abrams elected in GA, you would think Gov Kemp would realize what a mudslinging campaign against any other Republican candidate could do in 2022. Why is he engaging in another one of these which could catapult Abrams into the GA Governor's office?

---
Received this e-mail yesterday: "President Trump’s MAJORITY is ON THE LINE, Hal. This is your final chance to take our critical poll. Thank you,
NRSC

P.S. If you don’t submit your response TODAY, we’ll assume you’ve turned your back on President Trump and your Party. -- Hmmm... Personally, I've maintained my support of President Trump and his policies ... but it's less than conservative Republican leaders like McConnell and McCarthy that have been wishy-washy.. Hmmm... maybe we need to scrutinize politicians who's names begin with McC as to real loyalty.

Online headline: "Boston police up patrols for notorious homeless open-air drug market after 5 stabbings in 3 days * Police say one man stabbed another for allegedly swiping ‘his gram,’ while another slashing happened ‘over $30’: -- Hmmm... yesterday, I stumbled across something about the Mayflower I do not ever recall being taught in school.. The Mayflower was actually trying to get to Jamestown in Virginia, but weather blew it so far offline, that ii landed in what now is the state of Massachusetts... now it makes sense of what we see about Massachusetts... here we are 400 years later, and it's still WAY OFF course from reality....

---
Online headline: "Arizona AG rips Biden's border 'failures,' demands accountability: 'American taxpayers first'" -- Hmmm... to bad that both Arizona Senators and the majority of Arizona Representatives are Democrats! Hopefully, Arizona AG Mark Brnovich will unseat Democrat Senator Mark Kelly in November...

---
Online headline: "San Francisco activist says, ‘we’re not going to move, we’re fighting,’ as drugs and crime consume Bay Area * Former Republican candidate for San Francisco mayor tours Tenderloin District with Fox News" -- Hmmm... and to show Richie Greenberg how fruitless Governor Newsom feels his argument will be, Newsom took steps to make sure Greenberg doesn't have enough gas to leave the area by raising the california gas tax in the middle of supply shortages and hyper-inflation...

---
Online headline: "House Dems to lead hearing on Supreme Court ethics, amid calls for Thomas to resign or be impeached" -- "House Dems?" How about House Dims! PeLOUSY will say.. do.. anything to divert public attention away from talking about the border, immigration, inflation, and crime!

---
Online headline: "Biden admin to comply with court order blocking removal of Title 42 border restrictions" -- Hmmm... sounds like the White House handlers have sent Messenger Boy Biden out for damage control prior to upcoming Democrat primaries...

Online headline: "Delta to begin paying flight attendants during boarding * Delta Air Lines, which is facing another attempt to unionize its flight attendants, will begin paying cabin crews during boarding, a first for a major U.S. airline. * Across the airline industry in the United States, hourly pay for flight attendants starts when all the passengers are seated and the plane’s doors close." -- Good grief! How did the airline industry get away with this until now! The Feds would have arrested my whole family if we had not paid our employees who were at work before we let customers come in!

WTVM-TV9 Online headline/story: "Mayoral candidate sues city of Columbus * Columbus Mayoral Candidate John Anker is suing the city of Columbus, saying he did not receive information formally requested about a recent jail audit. * The Columbus mayoral hopeful filed the lawsuit late Friday against the city of Columbus after he said the city refused to honor his more than six requests for information on the most recent jail audit. * Anker showed paperwork that indicated he requested the information on April 3 and still has not received it. * “It’s been 19 months. That’s the first thing. It’s making my hair stand on top of my head. Second thing an audit normally takes seven months to complete, it’s been 19 months. The third thing is they’ve never disclosed it,” explained Anker. * Anker said, “The citizens of Columbus deserve to know the truth.” * Mayor Skip Henderson says the lawsuit is baseless." -- "Mayor Skip Henderson says the lawsuit is baseless."? I agree with Anker on this, too.. 19 months seems a LONG time to conduct an audit on a vital department .. especially considering the soaring crime rates that have occurred under Henderson's term.. Oh... Mayor.. when were you planning to release it... May 25th... the day after the election?

I remember 1962 vividly... Russia exacerbated both the "cold war" and the possibility of a nuclear war.."spy pictures" taken from from "space" showing probable Russian nuclear missiles in Cuban ports. Fear of another nuclear war accelerated the memories caused by the two nuclear bombs we dropped on Japan that ended their aggression. Back yard bomb shelters became the focus of everyday conversations... the Civil Defense agency sprang back to life.. parking garages and business basements became public shelter sites in case of any nuclear bomb activity (my family's Downtown store basement area became designated as such)... Bomb shelter businesses sprung up... there was panic in the air.. slowly, Khrushchev and Kennedy realized that the further escalation of "insanity" would...could ..cause disaster for both countries... and every county in between.. then the atmosphere returned to sanity. Now, another nuclear situation is bubbling... and this time, more governments.. both democracies and Socialist/terrorist run governments have nuclear weapons... yet, so far, I haven't seen nor heard an ad for Backyard Bomb Shelters. I guess today's world recognizes the futility of such.

---
Liberals have a warped concept of "affordable housing"...America is currently under a shortage of available homes for sale, and the liberals' induced inflation rate is not only driving up prices of old homes and new construction, but the soaring rate is also driving up MORTGAGE RATES.. Not only do the homes sold and built become less affordable, the higher mortgage rates also drive up the payments...

Also remember how the Democrats' Dodd-Frank Act, which curtailed prudent mortgage loan verifications, drove up home prices through the roof, and when the the libs backed federal backed "mortgage investment packages" collapsed, the housing market TANKED. Now, what do you think will happen .. and I'm looking at current "affordable housing projects" here in Columbus, GA as well.. Those "$120K homes" are now looking at coming in at a minimum in the $155K-$160K range in an area of $75K-$90K housing so when the "new" "affordable Houses" re-hit the market, most owners will be "under water" on their "new affordable homes"...

C'mon, Fox News.. Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are not real news! Drop the coverage.. give CNN & MSNBC a bone to chew on!

Disney just took it on the chin from Florida! If Disney just stayed in it's family oriented world, nothing would be changing, but when Disney decided to join the extreme left on gender issues, Disney basically estranged itself from it's business model of Family Friendly. .. and Florida WOKE UP. Disney is being stripped of it's self governance, and now will have to comply with state and local government regulations, laws, ... and pay property taxes! Hope the shareholders have a recall election for officers and board members.

Columbus Council District 9 At-Large has one candidate that works for a Hawaii addressed company, .. has a Campaign Committee Chairperson who lives in Phenix City, and two different Columbus rental residential addresses on separate disclosure documents, and another District 9 candidate lists property owned in Phenix City, AL; works in Phenix City, AL, and uses a Columbus P.O. Box plus an apartment as her qualifying address on separate documents.. another D9 candidate .. the incumbent at that claims to be responsive and transparent wrote me nearly 2 years ago saying "Please remove my name and address from this mass mailing. I no longer wish to receive this type communication from you." .. Of course, I reminded her that since she was an elected official and I am a tax paying citizen of Columbus I would do no such thing.. if she didn't want to read them, that was her choice, but as a registered voter, I would continue to send my e-mails to her.. Haven't heard from her since.. In fact.. my wife and one of my daughters just got her "voter for me" flyer at our home address... but I didn't.. Fortunately.. we have a businessman with public and private experience wanting to help Columbus who's running... Doug Redmond!

Online headline: "LA homeless director resigns over pay dispute as tens of thousands on streets: 'We have designed the crisis' * Los Angeles homeless services director says 'homelessness is a crisis we made'" -- Hmmm.... "a crisis we made"? Crises are the liberals' campaign agenda/plan! Rahm Emanuel was so prophetic when he was quoted saying, "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste," he said. Why? Because "it's an opportunity to do things you could not do before." Look at the crises the Democrats are stirring up now.. our border, drug deaths, homelessness, education curriculum, joblessness, pandemic viruses, transgender sports crossovers, gas shortages... The only difference now than then is that the American voter is going to "pin that tail" on Democrat Jackasses!

Ron DeSantis signed an anti-critical race theory bill "is tantamount to child abuse." Brewer explained the boys in the photo are students of his education and mentorship programs and were well aware of why they were attending the event. " -- You know.. when the "pendulum" swings, it takes a long time for it to stop at the middle point of it's cycle.. looks like the liberals' pendulum is correcting itself to regain sanity!

Resident Biden just commuted 75 sentences for "non-violent drug crimes" (that's an oxymoron in itself) because today's sentences for the same crimes are much lighter.. That's just back-Jackass-wards! What JoKKKe Biden should be doing is overriding the consequentless sentences given today with increasing today's sentences to equal sentences of the past... that's what helped keep CRIME and RECIDIVISM in check!

Bezos and Musk have been taking shots at one another for years * "Interesting question. Did the Chinese government just gain a bit of leverage of the town square?" Was just reading a story about a severe water shortage in LA County, california.. I said it affects 19 Million people... about 40% of california's population. That peaked my interest because the 2020 Census number for california was 39 Million, and now it's claiming to have 47.5 Million or so.. in fact.. I found 3 different numbers for LA County as well.. 10 Million... 12 Million.. and now 19 Million.. I can only imagine that the increases have occurred because of the Biden Border policy!

Online headline/story: "$3 billion back in the pockets of American consumers' *
The Biden administration is raising energy efficiency standards for lightbulbs, a move it says will lower consumers’ electricity bills. * Phasing out inefficient bulbs touted by Trump * The Department of Energy instituted two new rules Monday that will require manufacturers to sell only energy-efficient lightbulbs, such as compact fluorescent and LED bulbs. * The DOE said the move will save consumers money on their electricity bills, and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions from power plants that contribute to climate change. It will also spell the end for incandescent bulbs, which were championed by former President Donald Trump." -- Good grief.. The LED I understand, but the fluorescent bulbs "flicker" and are proven distractions for brain activities.. especially in school aged children.. Now.. How "great" is saving "$3 Billion" when consumers have to spend more than that on the new LED bulbs in order to get those "savings"?

Hmmm.... Question: Why doesn't Mexico build a wall... or at least a retaining fence... on it's side so it's police can stop illegal aliens from getting into the Rio Grande?

---
The body of Texas National Guard member Bishop Evans has been recovered down river from where he drowned trying to help 2 struggling illegal aliens get across the Rio Grande.. and his blood is directly on Resident Biden's hands... As it turns out, the 2 illegal aliens survived and made it across to the US, and were discovered to be drug carriers! Damn you JoKKKe Biden!

---
There are polls out showing JoKKKe Biden is now the most unpopular president in the modern era... Sorry.. the pollsters are wrong.. JoKKKe Biden is not the most unpopular... he's the most DISAPPOINTING president ever! To get the numbers he's getting, even the most ardent... the most ignorant.... Democrat voters and/or officials have turned on him... and for one of the first times in their lives... they are right. Resident Biden... Messenger Boy Biden... JoKKKe Biden ...has failed to successfully carry out the message... the agenda... of the Democratic Party and White House handlers..

We have to change our prayers to God asking Him to stop the political wrongs going on locally, State/Nationally, and worldwide. God helps those who ask for help and listen... We have to pray for God to show us how to help all of us. He's spoken to me... We need to better assess who we cast our votes for.. In a nutshell, if a politician promises anything that may be of financial benefit to you personally versus benefiting our City/State or nation as well...then that politician is trying to buy your vote rather than unite all of us towards a better America..

From the "talk about being hung out to dry" department - Online story: "General Motors will reportedly no longer provide battery replacements for the all-electric version of the Chevy Spark, according to a report from EV-Resource (via InsideEVs). The Chevy Spark electric vehicle (EV) was first released in 2013, and GM continued to make new models until 2016. * GM’s inventory of Spark EV battery packs has reportedly run out as well, and the company doesn’t plan on making any more * With the oldest model of the Spark EV reaching almost 10 years old, vehicle owners may find themselves without a working car if their battery pack fails" -- Hmmm... Don't you know that those Extended Warranty companies that have customers with Chevy Spark EVs are scrambling today to find a way out of the contracts!

She nailed the issues... and nowhere is more true than in Columbus,. GA... Our MCSD system even eliminated the "Graduation Test" so it could raise the percent of students getting diplomas in an attempt to make the Administration look better..

I don't know why the emphasis on this young lady's accomplishment emphasized her ethnicity.. Her personal accomplishment speaks for itself...

WRBL-TV3 headline/story: "Columbus Mayor talks crime prevention, infrastructure, and community outreach at weekend Meet & Greet * Mayor Henderson says two of the main challenges the city is experiencing right now is a nationwide labor shortage and an uptick in violent crime. * “We’ve been talking to a lot of people, and a lot of folks are still concerned about crime. And of course, we’ve been putting together some actionable, strategic plans that we’ve got in place and it’s starting to make a difference." -- "starting to make a difference"? Hmmm.. Though actual homicides are down compared to last years RECORD, it's hard to believe that the number of shooting incidences is any lower.. but then again.. lack of transparency in posting such figures still plagues Columbus' citizens need to know...but the issue is why does it take a challenged re-election to get things "started"?

Another "dead horse" issue is the "affordable housing" project off Victory Drive... The "promise" of building a 55+ community of small houses for $120,000.00 a unit have disappeared.. New construction with lesser quality materials has escalated to $200.00 (and more) per square foot making a small home of 1,000 square feet to come in at $200,000.000 a unit.. hardly "affordable" for a first time older buyer who will also have maintenance/taxes/insurance/upkeep costs in addition...

Henderson also said, "“Last year we had a 50% increase in murder. We had we had 70 homicides,” Mayor Henderson says. “That includes accidental deaths and includes, you know, suicides." -- WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! Columbus experienced 71 homicides that did NOT include suicides nor vehicular homicides!

You and I cannot deduct donations we make directly to politicians, so why can people get deductions for "gifts" to non-profits who in turn (after taking a nice cut for their own salaries/expenses) donate to politicians?

One of my fellow BCers noted this from the April 12th CCG TV Columbus Council meeting: Director D. Short gives a slide presentation. Director D. Short said, one state/city charge 93.00 a month for trash up. She said, I wish I could get ....that... You know.. to be an incorporated "city" on Georgia, the :city" must provide police and fire protection and garbage service.. All three of these categories should be totally include in our property taxes.. but are not.. Councils have added fees, and pushed LOSTs and SPLOSTs, and now have added T.A.D.s as a way to pass on additional "non tax deductible" expenses onto the backs of Columbus citizens.. Hey, Columbus.. it's time we elected officials who try to make things better for Columbus...again...

Haven't seen this on local network TV... as yet.. but yesterday, while watching a streaming NBC owned channel, I saw an ad for Stacey Abrams where young men talk about how "No/low bail" works for "our people". Hey, Columbus, GA Council..Remember how I mentioned a cost estimate for a new basic 1,650 sq ft building on a City owned property at being  between $320K to $360K?  Well, now, as long as Council is looking into certain aspects of the off Victory Drive affordable homes project, and since cost-per-foot pricing has INFLATED to the $200.00 (and higher) cost per square foot for construction, perhaps NeighborWorks CEO Cathy Williams can... will... reinforce the housing ranges she's promoted at $120,000.00... I would think it would be hard to build a home for less than 800 to 1,000 square feet, and at current rates, that would make homes begin at between $160K-$200K in an area dominated by homes $90K and below.

It was basically an empty "threat" Resident Biden threw at Putin.... Resident Biden's "photo op" statement to ban Russian boats from landing at American ports... It's empty because Biden made this threat AFTER China and Russia reached an agreement for China to buy Russian fossil fuels that have finally been blocked by European countries... Think about it...Now, Russia sells to China, and China ships it to America... Biden did not ban Chinese ships from landing at our ports.

Think about it... With America's love affair with car racing, do liberals really feel that car racing fans will embrace the Democrats desire to eliminate the gas engines power vehicles? Columbus L-E headline/story: "‘We’ve got to change our direction.’ John Anker aims to become Columbus’ next mayor * Frustrations with incumbent Skip Henderson and other city leaders led Anker to this point. He alleges they have not been transparent, accountable or good stewards of the taxpayers’ money. Anker told the Ledger-Enquirer that his approach will help make the city safer. * His business weathered the COVID-19 pandemic as well as it could, even shifting production toward items like face shields and COVID testing swabs. * Crime and public safety are important, but Anker told the Ledger-Enquirer that transparency and accountability are this election’s biggest issues. * “It relates to everything,” he said. “It’s one of the reasons I’m running because I’m the only person who’s calling out and asking the questions." -- Anker gets it! And Anker is getting my vote, too. I voted for Skip in 2018, but Anker is my choice in 2022. After as many years as Henderson has served as a Councilor and Mayor, he should be running on his accomplishments, not on what he now feels needs to be done.

May 24th TSPLOST vote is that if it's "renewed", there will be another $303,000,000 in arbitrarily needed projects added on to our backs via the extension of the additional 1% TSPLOST tax, but, to get that $303,000,000 dollars in tax revenue, Columbus has to raise $nearly $357,000,000 in sales tax revenues.. Columbus only get 85-cents back for projects for every $1.00 we pay in the tax... To boot, we KNOW that $357,000,000.00 will be taken out of our local economy, but what we don't know is how many of the 16,000 jobs the Chamber insinuates will be for Columbus families.. most of these "projects" will involve GA DOT teams.

I don't know what has happened, but the current and ongoing TSPLOST project list that's "ending" as the NEW TSPLOST is being voted on has a big discrepancy on the Columbus Consolidated Government page:

and the DOT.GA.GOV site:

The CCG site says we have about $102 Million in Columbus projects with about $36 Million not completed while the DOT.GA.GOV site says: Columbus/Muscogee County had $218 Million in projects and $115 Million not completed.

Anker's right! There IS NO TRANSPARENCY coming out of Henderson's office!

But the website changed last year so that voters had to click “Yes” or “No” when asked if they wanted to register." -- Good grief! 7,000,000 mail-in ballot requests were sent out to all registered Georgians (wrongly, I should add) prior to the 2020 GA elections, and 5,000,000 ballots were cast for President. Mind you, in 2020, GA had 9.7 Million citizens This shows that over 70% of Georgians were registered and the 30% would include ineligible by age or lack of US citizenship people, so having a drop off in registrations IS NATURAL!

Online headline: "Opponents blast Rivian electric car plant at Georgia meeting" -- hey, Rivian... come on over to Columbus! Hey, Columbus Chamber of Commerce... get busy doing something GOOD for Columbus' future!

Limited voters have given the Mayor/City Manager their $400,000,000.00 SPLOST, but now a Columbus-only-taxpayer-funded-entity, the Chamber of Commerce, is actively campaigning to renew the 10 year T-SPLOST in the May election. First, why is the Chamber of Commerce allowed to campaign on a tax issue... especially one that only brings in 85 cents for every 1 dollar Columbus taxpayers pay in to it. Equally insulting is that when the SPLOST was discussed prior to the special election, one of the talking points from the City officials was that the new tax would be a wash if we voted against the T-SPLOST in May. Now, for all intents and purposes, the City is behind a taxpayer funded entity sending out select info in favor of the T-SPLOST.. We're already experiencing the 12.5% INFLATIONARY sales tax increase, but voting down the T-SPLOST issue will bring it back down.. If you have a candidate for a Council or Mayoral race who's against it, vote for that candidate. One other issue to really consider is that the 15-cents on the dollar Columbus taxpayers do not get goes to making surrounding counties more attractive to draw Columbusites out to live in these neighboring counties...

---
Online headline: "Congressman Sanford Bishop drops off generous check to Columbus’ Urban League* -- You know, when ever Bishop shows up with a taxpayer funded check, he acts like he's personally paid it out of his own pocket.... and it's usually during campaign season.

---
WTVM-TV9 headline: "Columbus Mayor Skip Henderson to host meet and greet Saturday" --
hmmm.... when did WTVM start giving free political ads for upcoming events? It's one thing to report on an event that's already happened... that's news.. but to spread the word on an upcoming event is an "ad".

---
From the "what happened to the "Do Not Feed The Bears" policy: Online headline: "Austin City Council postpones vote on $1.18M guaranteed income plan after council members raise questions * The plan would give $1,000 a month of taxpayer funds to 85 Austin households for one year" * If approved, Austin would partner with the non-profit UpTogether to dole out $1.18 million in taxpayer funds to 85 Austin households in $1,000 monthly increments with no strings attached. * The Austin City Council decided to postpone a vote on a $1.18 million guaranteed income plan after several members raised questions about the program and requested the delay." -- Good grief! And at the end of 12 months, the 85 "households" are shut off, and hungry again.. watch out for hungry bears that expect someone to feed them.

Have you ever wondered how liberals can so easily flip=flop on issues without skipping a beat.. All doing the Covid-19 pandemic, liberals have said over and over, "follow the science".. yet I can't remember one liberal ever saying "follow the science" in determining when a fetus becomes a living person and should be protected by man's and God's laws...

---
You know... when Democrats hand out "issue" signs to people, it conveys a message that may not be exactly what the Democrats meant to say:

-----------------------------
Online headline of the day: "CNN+ streaming service to shut down after just one month * Parent company Warner Bros Discovery pulls plug on CNN's much-hyped new venture" -- Guess AT&T does want each division to be profitable.. and expecting people to voluntarily PAY for something that the "numbers" already show that CNN cannot pull an audience even giving away it's service was a joke.. CNN already gets more ad revenue from companies just "covering their bases" to appear concerned to avid, running amok, issue oriented factions...

---
Online headline: "Elon Musk confirmed on Thursday that the first thing he is going to do after winning the bid is eliminating the spam bots from Twitter." -- Hmm.. eliminating the "spam bots" will definitely make using Twitter a better option for real people to use the service.

---
Hey, Columbus, GA Council, Mayor.. City Manager... a few of other questions concerning the "new" waste cans: What happens when someone moves or just sells their home... Do the cans stay or move with them.. I know I would not want to have to use someone else's old trash cans if I buy someone else's house... And what's the replacement plan to keep cans up to community (HOA) standards. I know our HOA has such policy, and if a homeowner is responsible for replacing them, how will the cans be tagged with the proper GPS marker?
Y'all may as well be upfront with all the details

Looks like $1 Billion dollars is a magic number for Resident Biden... When he was VP, Biden held a $1 Billion dollar loan guarantee over Ukraine's head unless they fired the Prosecutor who was investigating his son Hunter, and now he's boasting about approaching giving Ukraine $1 Billion dollars in military aid to "fire" at Putin.

---
From the "picture being worth a million words" department:

--------------------
Hey, after you read this, will some one send this URL to "PolitiFact"... pronto!" department - Online headline: "PolitiFact runs cover for Biden, declares viral clip of him 'shaking hands' with air is 'false' * The liberal 'fact-checker' was roasted by critics on social media" -- Wait for the Greensboro, NC segment at the end of the video...https://www.foxnews.com/media/politifact-biden-viral-clip-shaking-hands-with-air

---
From the "Hey America.. grab your ankles and wait for the paddle" department - Online headline/story: "U.S. Supreme Court declines to extend federal benefits to Puerto Rico * Congress can prevent people in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico from participating in a federal program that provides benefits to low-income elderly, blind and disabled people, the Supreme Court ruled on Thursday. * The justices ruled 8-1 in favor of President Joe Biden's administration, saying that the decision by Congress decades ago to exclude Puerto Rico from the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program did not violate a U.S. Constitution mandate that laws apply equally to everyone. * The decision means that an estimated 300,000 people on the Caribbean island cannot receive the benefit. The federal government said an expansion to Puerto Rico would have cost $2 billion a year." --Do not be misled .. this is part of the Democratic Party agenda to get Puerto Rico to vote for statehood which will give the Democrats another eternal Representative and 2 Senators! In the past, Puerto Rico has defeated such referendums. Now, tell me why did the liberals on the US Supreme Court vote WITH the Conservatives to shut down "free money" to Puerto Rico?

---
Online headline: "Sanders' team says he has 'not ruled out' a 2024 bid if Biden doesn't run" -- "Sander's team"? Good grief.. Vermont has a population of only 622,882.. which is not even enough to fully qualify to have a Representative in the House.. yet it gets one because it's a state...Vermont also gets 2 Senator seats as well... and Bernie isn't even a DEMOCRAT!

---
From the "even more blood on Resident Biden's hands" department - Online story: 'A new analysis from the Kaiser Family Foundation has found that nearly a quarter-million COVID-19 deaths in the United States could have been prevented through vaccination. * “We find that approximately 234,000 deaths since June 2021 could have been prevented with primary series vaccination,” reads the report, published Thursday." -- 234,000 preventable deaths just since June of 2021? Wow..but remember, it was JoKKKe Biden who promised it was him that had the Covid-19 solution plan!

---
Hmmm.. Resident Biden just issued a ban of any Russian boats from docking at US ports... hmmm... yet he can't stop Russian invaders from crossing our Southern Border on foot..

---
Once again, Resident Biden's student loan cancellation policy means the federal government should not be able to be involved in future student loans... at all.. The very nature of any loan dictates it's a redirection of one person's money for the benefit of another person who is required to pay the lender/guarantor back...

---
Online headline: "Alec Baldwin claims ‘Rust’ investigation ‘exonerates’ him" -- Good grief! Nothing exonerates a person who fires even a "blank loaded" pistol at another person fro 2-feet or less.. and no person is exonerated who forgoes the practice of checking personally to see if a gun is loaded when they pick it up or is handed to them.. @lec B2ldwin is just trying to rewrite his own script!

From the "The Sky is Falling! The Sky is Falling" department - Online story: "The U.S. Capitol was briefly evacuated Wednesday evening after police identified an aircraft that they said posed "a probable threat” " -- A member of the US Army Golden Knights parachute unit (and support vehicle) involved in a National's baseball game promotion sent Democrats scurrying last evening... and NATO countries' and Zelenskyy's hearts skipped a few beats! Obviously, the Biden-PeLOUSY run Capitol security could not control "air space" in America from a fly over! Betcha Putin and Xi Jinping took a close look at this!

---
Hmmm... wait a minute... maybe PeLOUSY and the White House "handlers" thought that this was just a drop off of illegal aliens Governor Abbott was sending to Washington!

---
Online headline: "'Thoroughly disgusted' viewers, judge Ken Jeong protest Rudy Giuliani's controversial 'Masked Singer' appearance: 'He should be in prison'" -- Hmmm... Giuliani should be in prison? I do not recall Ken Jeong walking out of a voting precinct when he saw Hellary's name on a ballot, or calling for James Comey to be barred from teaching an ETHICS class at a law school, or for Hunter Biden being allowed to enter the White House... I'll even bet Ken Jeong didn't remove Alec Baldwin's name from his Christmas Card list...in fact, Ken Jeong may deserve to be in prison more than the above.... for impersonating a comedian...

---
Online headline: "New Mexico fines 'Rust' for willful gun safety failures" -- Hmmm.. seems New Mexico didn't check its "aim" before firing... either...the fines should have been at the people who didn't bother to assure the gun was loaded or unloaded as soon as they picked it up...

---
Hmmm ..another JoKKKe Biden promise.. now he's promising to do what he can do to bring down oil/gas prices... Hmmm, no wonder the Easter Bunny whisked Jim away from the reporters... the White House "handlers" were afraid someone might ask him to name something he's promised to help Americans with inflation issues...

---
From the "what were they thinking!" department - Online AJC story: "A public defender representing six former educators convicted in the Atlanta Public Schools test-cheating scandal argued Tuesday he should not be required to represent all six clients in their appeals because to do so would raise conflicts of interest." -- Good grief! The only things that "unify" these 6 defendants is that all 6 were convicted, and now are individually trying to shift he blame onto other in the group! How could a judge assign one lawyer.. a taxpayer funded one at that!... to represent them as a group? Oh! speaking of school test cheating scandals.. what ever happened to the MCSD Rigdon Road School principal that suddenly moved to the Macon School System shortly before all the standard test cheating at Rigdon Road became exposed?

---
Hey, FOX News.... the Depp-Heard court room spat is (Drum roll, please)... NOT NEWS!

---
Online headline: "Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk criticized the “woke mind virus” making Netflix “unwatchable” as shares took a nosedive before market open Wednesday after the streaming service disclosed Tuesday afternoon that it lost subscribers in the first quarter for the first time in more than a decade." -- I'm thinking about eliminating Netflix myself... other than when my grandchildren are here, we rarely find anything my bride and me desire to watch... The "original" offerings are usually are too graphic in gore or "skin" or slanted subject matter that we won't watch them. Hmmm... with any luck, maybe Google's Mark 6uckerberg diversified his Google Billions into Netflix stock...

---
Hey, Columbus, GA Mayor and City Manager...Guess this Columbusite is ready for Old Can Pickup Day scheduled for this Saturday... Wait a minute,,, aren't those the NEW CANS? How come this house has two already, and no one in my neighborhood has receive any! Now.. who is going to pay for the replacement! Surely taxpayers shouldn't be responsible for individual abuses! Hmmm... bet this aspect was never entered into the algorithm to figure out short and long term expenses! BTW... these two are on the same street as the single can shot I posted earlier.. Oh! Can those automated garbage pickup trucks be adjusted to pickup plastic bags?

Wednesday, April 20, 2022

After a record number of homicides in 2021 (71 plus at least 4 vehicular homicides that don't get includes), Columbus, GA got off to a much slower rate (thank God!) in January, but it seems like 2022 homicides and shootings are soaring again..Maybe the voters can initiate some change at the top in leadership next month.

---
Online headline: "Jerry West demands apology, retraction over his portrayal in HBO's Lakers TV show" -- Just hearing Kareem Abdul Jabbar (I grew up knowing him as Lew Alcindor) defend Jerry West, and condemn West's portrayal by HBO is enough for me to know that the "hit piece" on West's character is part of an open effort to remove him as the NBA's logo icon... West had a career PPG of over 27, but if the 3-point line had existed then, his PPG could have easily been 35.. maybe even closer to 40.

---
Online headline/story: "Biden administration to erase student debt of more than 40,000 borrowers * Student loans were never meant to be a life sentence, but it’s certainly felt that way for borrowers locked out of debt relief they’re eligible for,” said U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona said in a press release." -- "never meant to be a life sentence"? Good grief... liberals "ballyhooed" the creation of student loans because it assure keeping college level teaching positions at higher levels at higher salaries! Maybe charging the creators and supporters of such legislation with financial fraud crimes and LIFE SENTENCES would be a better solution!

---
Online headline/story: "Migrant crossings spike as U.S. plans to lift curb on asylum
Immigration authorities stopped migrants 221,303 times along the Southwest border in March, a 33% increase from a month earlier, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data released Monday." -- Good grief! First.. these are not MIGRANTS! Immigration refers only to those abiding by our immigration policies and format, and these "stopped" persons are just the ones that the CBP knows of.. no telling how many others slipped in without notice.. FINISH the WALL!

---
WTVM-TV9 Columbus, GA Online headline: "Details: Kadie the Cow moving to Uptown logistics & funding" -- While it is nice to see that "they" have finally decided there will be logistic issues moving a 20' tall "cow" on a 5' off the ground flat bed trailer (about 25' altogether) down a route where utility and traffic lines are designed to allow 16' semis to negotiate the street, and, hmmmm .."they" still looking for the calf? Hmmm... wonder if "they" are still looking for Boris the Stegosaurus and the cast iron Heritage Park fountain?

---
Online "headLIE": "New developments reported in criminal probe of Donald Trump in Georgia; subpoenas planned " -- Hmmm...The video of the Fulton County ballot counting that began right after all the Republican watchers were escorted out for the night should have been ample reason to prosecute the Fulton County Elections officials, and void Fulton County votes.

---
WTVM-TV9 headline/story: "Congressman Sanford Bishop makes campaign stop in the Fountain City * Bishop said he’s running for voting rights, civil rights, and for men and women of all races and creeds to pursue the American dream." -- Bishop has been there for 30 years, and all he can say is he's fighting for civil and voting rights? Where's he been and what's he done for those 30 years? ... Oh! It wasn't reported, but did Bishop address WHY the new VA Clinic is 2 months late in opening? I hope so since he had an audience of veterans.

---
WTVM-TV9 Columbus, GA headline/story: "City of Columbus unveils improvements to Emergency Management Agency * After $200,000, the city has now improved its Emergency Operations Center. The unveiling was held this afternoon. * This $200,000 facelift was provided by the city along with grant money" -- let's not be fooled when politicians tell us they paid for it with local and grant money... it all is all tax dollars and taken out of our pocket! Oh... one other thing... WRBL-TV3 reported this as costing $180,000.00... why the difference?

---
WTVM-TV9 headline: "City of Columbus to pick up unwanted trash cans Saturday" -- Wait a minute! My neighborhood is being DISCRIMINATED against! We haven't received our "new" cans yet.. and we've been told it will now be the first week of June before we do.. Hey, Council.. what about us... on the other hand.. y'all could send out a road resurfacing team on Saturday and get our streets improved since there'll be no trash cans put out to be picked up...

---
Online headline: "Columbus mayor gives update on city’s public pools" -- Hmmm... NOW he looks into it.. must be an election coming soon...

---
I've seen real estate market surveys for the Victory Drive (and South Columbus) housing market, and it looks like the range is between $30K-to-$90K...the homes proposed in the NeighborWorks project were initially figured at $120K to-$165K... but that was figured before the soaring building materials and labor became affected by rampant inflation... A real example is for a 1,650 sq ft building for a North Columbus city-owned golfing facility.. It's a basic shell with two bathrooms, a "lesson/office room", and an open area for a transaction counter, some sales merchandise, and a vending/snack area.. no kitchen.. recent bids to build in came in at $320K-t0-$360K... that's between $193.00-to-$218.00 a square ft... Nice houses with property in my neighborhood are not valued anywhere close to $193.00 (or higher) a square foot! There's no way this "affordable housing project" can come in at the $120K-$165K range projected...

---
Online headline: "Clyburn Inc.: South Carolina Dem showers family members with over $200K from campaign funds" -- Hmmmm... Looks like the Democrats are even having to buy their family members' votes.

---
Online headline: "'Easter Bunny' whisks Biden away as he starts discussing Afghanistan" --Wow! Here's the "link" to see it for yourself:

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/easter-bunny-whisks-biden-away-as-he-starts-discussing-afghanistan

Now... who was wearing that bunny suit? I'm betting it was either Psaki, Obama. or Susan Rice...

---
Online headline: 'Massive increase in Black Americans murdered was result of defund police movement: experts" -- Why would anyone find this information shocking? It's been "triggered" by Democrats in their "Defund... AND... Persecute/Prosecute the Police" and "no cash bail" movement.

From the "only in the mind of liberal minutia" department - Online AP story: "A decision by a federal judge in Florida to throw out a national mask mandate for public transportation across the U.S. created a confusing patchwork of rules for passengers as they navigate airports and transit systems. * * A decision by a federal judge in Florida to throw out a national mask mandate for public transportation across the U.S. created a confusing patchwork of rules for passengers as they navigate airports and transit systems." -- "Confusing"? Doesn't appear the major airlines were confused AT ALL! Of course to liberals.. it may seem confusing as they are generally confused when it comes to facts and truths...

---
Did you hear/see Psaki curse.. derogatorily slur... Peter Doucy's mom on TV.. even if you can forgive and forget Psaki said her son was "stupid", Psaki called her a "bitch" (spelling it out as Psaki felt at ease blurting it out and no one on NBC/MSNBC or CNN seen=med to be offended). This just shows you how liberals really feel about women...

---
Hmmm... Looks like a "fuzzy" situation about a local housing project off Victory Drive is getting looked at again by Columbus Council and its responsibility to make sure T.A.D. tax distributions are above board. We need to support the four Councilors who spoke up last week ..Huff, Crabb, Tucker and Davis.. for their concern that a good project is above board in its financial and management situation. All 4 are concerned about the shadowy presentation to the Assistant State Attorney General concerning the involvement of an elected official who directly affects the level of property taxes that effect us all. Council should NOT push forward with approval as long as there is concern for repercussions from a future court decision. It sounds like Council has been getting a "bum's rush" to act before all the facts have been discerned properly...

---
WTVM-TV9 story: "The Greater Columbus Georgia Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2022 State of the City next week. * On April 27, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., the Columbus Chamber of Commerce will hold the State of the City with remarks from Columbus Mayor Skip Henderson. * Tickets for this luncheon event are $45 for Columbus Chamber members and $60 for nonmembers." -- Wait a minute.... since tons of Columbus taxpayers' dollars are funneled into the Chamber, shouldn't legitimate Mayoral challenger candidates be invited ..allowed .. to speak and comment.. on the State of Columbus as well! Too boot.. having the incumbent Mayor giving a speech at a business rally less than a month before an election is not a "State of the City" speech.. it's a CAMPAIGN SPEECH or ONE SIDED DEBATE summation speech.

You know.. a "State of the City" speech should be about how the City did during the past year, and what does Mayor Henderson have to brag about? Certainly not crime, homicides, drugs, street conditions, or garbage and debris pick ups.

---
Online headline: "Charles Payne rips claim student loan debt cancellation is 'racial justice': 'The whole thing is a sham' * Progressives push the Biden administration to cancel student loan debt ahead of 2022 elections" -- Wait for it... BLM echoing JoKKKe Biden's sentiment Charles Payne "ain't Black enough".. while the truth is that Resident Biden "ain't smart enough" to carry Charles Payne's financial degrees...

---
I=Online headline: "Student-athletes were given the chance to profit off their names, images and likenesses last summer after the NCAA approved a new policy allowing them to earn money from endorsements, sponsorships, social media and more. But, according to one Florida attorney, this new opportunity comes with many unforeseen hurdles." -- Hmmm..Another shortcoming of a public high school curriculum... basic Math shortcoming.

From the "Well, Boston, welcome to the real world you've been so hard at work to create" department -- Online headline: "Boston Marathon survivors reflect, share outrage over convicted bomber collecting COVID-19 funds" -- Hey Boston voters.. you wanted Socialism, and this is exactly what socialism is.. EVERYONE shares equally...well, except for the few that are "more equal".

WaPo editorial headline: "Washington Post editorial board hopes Elon Musk 'doesn't win' Twitter bid: 'Billionaire bluster' -- Wow! A US newspaper so committed to eliminating the one Amendment that protects itself from government suppression that it defends eliminating individual rights to the same protection.. Hey, WaPo.... you're next on the Socialist-Democrat list when they get more control!

---
Online headline/story: "Malcolm Nance leaves MSNBC to join foreign legion fighting in Ukraine: ‘I’m done talking’ * * Former MSNBC analyst and U.S. Navy veteran Malcom Nance appeared on The ReidOut Monday from Ukraine, where he joined the International Legion of Territorial Defense to fight Russia’s continued invasion. * Nance is no longer employed by MSNBC" -- Hmmm... "I'm done talking"? Perhaps he'd get even more respect if he had left MSNBC saying, "I'm done lying"...

---
Online headline:"Hmmm... "I'm done talking"? Perhaps he'd get even more respect if he had left MSNBC saying, "I'm done lying".." -- Well... once again... The "White House"... not Resident Biden, speaks for America... so.... who, actually, is "the White House" decision maker?

---
Online headline/story: "The Louisiana candidate making headlines for viral ads smoking a blunt, burning Confederate flag * 'I don't seek to be controversial'" -- Hmmm... "doesn't seek to be controversial"? Hmmm yet he;s not only that, he's a hypocrite as well! Doesn't he remember that it was Democrats who were the KKK...
