Earlier this year, Columbus GA Council announced that while all our trash .. in or out of the provided trash cans, would be picked up for the rest of 2023, but… BUT beginning in January, ONLY trash in the taxpayer provided cans would be picked up… Well this picture is pretty much what we have every post-Christmas Day pick-up.. I offered him to take the PR job and expenses for free next year until 100,000 paid attendees were recorded, but then I wanted $1.00 per head for each of them as well as the overage. He thought about it about two seconds and said, ‘No.. you’d make too much money!” I looked at him and said,, you ought to be thinking about “HOW MUCH MORE MONEY Y’ALL WOULD BE MAKING.” He didn’t respond…

Much to my chagrin, my girls like Starbucks cold coffee. For Christmas morning family breakfast, I bought two bottles of it... The good news is I found them at "2 for $10.00" (regular price $6.19). What’s going on at River Road north of Bradley Park? It "looks like" GA Power Company is taking down the older wood poles and moving their electric lines to the concrete ones further off the road.. it "looks like" that section between Bradley ParK Drive and Mobley Road may be widened.. Wait a minute! That the same section GA Power Company SWORE it was NOT GOING TO WIDEN, and the only way to alleviate the traffic issue at Bradley Park was to build a ROUND-A-BOUT that ended up costing Columbus taxpayers nearly $4.8 MILLION. Anybody know what went on... or who got paid off!
