Speaking of elections.. The Board of Elections in Columbus, GA have more info than before.. interestingly, with mail-ins, 3 weeks of "early" voting, and election Day itself. less than half pf out registered voters actually voted.. Also. only a third of the votes were cast on Election Day.. Maybe it's time cut back on the expenses, and reduce or eliminate the "Early Voting" .. I'd think a "two-day" , say Monday/Tuesday, General Election would be sufficient for all non-mail voters to vote.. and it would eliminate "voter's regret" from early voters finding out something new just prior to Election Day and not being able to change their vote..
