Online headline: "CNN’s Jim Sciutto blasted for February Chinese spy balloon tweet that ‘aged like cheese' * Sciutto reported in February the Biden administration had blocked balloon from 'gathering intel'" -- One BIG question... why doesn't CNN "fact check" EVERYTHING it hears from Resident Biden, the "White House handlers, or Karine Jean-Pierre?

Online headline/story: "Arkansas cops rule suicide in death of Clinton aide linked to Jeffrey Epstein - who was found shot and tied to a tree with an electrical cord around his neck - despite no sign of weapon * Middleton signed Epstein in and out of the White House 17 times. The judge eventually ruled that details could be released but photographs could not." -- Hmmm... How did... HOW COULD.. "they" hide this.. just found this though it was available about 6 weeks ago in February. Clinton aide Mark Middleton was found hung and shot in Arkansas last May, and even though the gun wasn't found, it's been ruled a suicide. Wonder if the same guy made the ruling on Epstein's cell death?

Online story: "Missouri State Rep. Justin Hicks, a Black Missouri Republican received applause on the State House floor during a heated debate on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives when said he identifies as "an American" after being questioned by a Black Democrat on his ethnicity. * "I think the left is kind of just lost, lost face of reality on what's going on. We've moved beyond the issues of race here in America. This is not an issue of race anymore. And I think they look for words to divide us instead of unite us." -- "This is not an issue of race anymore. And I think they look for words to divide us instead of unite us."? DOH! I think... KNEW.. this is the Democrat agenda when Jo-KKK-e Biden addressed a group of Blacks and said, :if you don't vote Democrat, you ain't BLACK ENOUGH!"

George Soros "can" deny he sources NYC D.A. Alvin Bragg, and there is a half-truth in there.. Soros doesn't send checks directly to Bragg, but he sends BIOG checks to PACs and activist groups that DO support Bragg.

Online headline/story: "Sen. John Fetterman talks mental health post-hospitalization: 'Message right now isn’t political" * John Fetterman says he's 'making up for lost time' after 6-week hospitalization at Walter Reed to address his mental health * "I will be going home. [It will] be the first time ever to be in remission with my depression," Fetterman recently told CBS News' "Sunday Morning" anchor Jane Pauley on camera. "And I can't wait to [see] what it really feels like, to take it all in, and to start making up any lost time." -- "Isn't political"? ... "I can't wait to [see] what it really feels like, to take it all in, and to start making up any lost time"? First.. it's ALL political! Secondly, the only way to "make up for lost time" would be to change parties...but he'd lose in the next Republican Primary.

From the "this is no accident" department - Online headline/story: "Our military is in a dangerous decline and this is the reason why * The numbers in this new report on our military are jarring * according to a bracing new report, our warriors’ ability to do their job is being undermined by civilian leaders more interested in woke indoctrination and partisan politics than warfighting readiness. * Last year, the Army missed its recruiting goal by 25 percent. * They expect this year to be even worse. The Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps began the new fiscal year in October 50 percent below their normal recruiting numbers. * Military readiness does not just win wars – it deters them. With war raging across the Atlantic and a Cold War heating up across the Pacific, now is not the time to forget that, least of all because of juvenile political distractions." -- And this is not including the shortages we face now in our Strategic Oil Reserve (and dependence on imports) nor the depletion of military weapons being sen to Ukraine.. So.. during the "transfer of administrative power" in Jan of 2025, China can take over Taiwan with little more than a whimper from the outgoing Biden administration...

Online headline: "It could soon be a felony for county officials to accept outside money to run local elections" -- One question: Why was it ever "allowed"?

---
Online headline: "Threatening discrimination lawsuit, Columbus police chief counters severance package" -- I don't see this as a racial issue... there has been a way too long a track record of lack of financial support of Mayor (Public Safety Chief), City Manager, and Council in letting the Police personnel achieve the 2008 PSLOST goal of 488 officers (current number is about 297 (+/- a dozen or so), and using the non-spent salaries to boost the size of the 60 days of the operations reserve account. It's sorta like baseball team owners replacing the manager when the team falters because it's easier ... quicker... to replace 1 person than all the players.

Online headline: " Atlanta Ice Cream Shop Charges Customers for 'Employee Health Insurance and Sick Leave,' Shows Charge on Each Receipt" -- The sales tax should only be calculated on the mdse sold... obviously, the tax on this bill includes taxing the "health fee" any the "tip" amount. The owner should be arrested for overcharging sales tax, and failure to remit it to the state.

I think I know why so many jobs are unfilled.. There seems to be a complete lack of motivation in the food service industry front line. We took my son-in-law and grandson to lunch Sunday after church at an UpTown Columbus, GA restaurant across from the Post Office. We walked in and straight back to the ordering station, placed our orders, and the order taker asked for my name, saying it would be called when I could walk back to the station and pick it up. Then I tapped my debit card and the amount showed up on a screen and "suggested tip amounts" of 25%, 20%, and 18%. This floored me that the restaurant, which expects me to walk to an order taker, required us to find and fix our drinks and tableware, come back to pick up our food, then later clear our own table had the audacity to "suggest a tip amount"! Good grief! Other than cook our high cost lunch items, they provided ZERO SERVICE and wanted us to feel obligated to TIP twice... or more times...the add on 9% sales taxes? Even worse is the "suggested tip percents" were based on the total amount of the food costs PLUS the sales taxes!!

Online headline/story: "Fore please! Gary Player now making a fool of himself * "I helped make this tournament what it is", said Gary Player". -- Good grief! Not only was the Masters ALREADY established BEFORE Player was born, it's been the Masters that has made Player ALL THAT HE IS!!!

---
Online headline: "Local attorney pleads not guilty to felony charges in Columbus Municipal Court: -- Hmmmm...Pled "not guilty" 10 times... hmmm... and when convicted, 10 additional charges of "Lying in a court room under oath by an officer of the court" can be charged.

---
Online headline: "Vice President Kamala Harris to visit Georgia Thursday" -- Hmm.. Talk about not knowing what's important, Chuckles Harris will be the ONLY politician to visit Georgia this weekend for something other than The Masters.

---
Online headline: "‘A rich golf history.’ Three Columbus residents will play in this year’s Masters" -- Wow! The Country Club of Columbus, GA has 3 members teeing off in Augusta this week ...Larry Mize, Masters winner in 1987, Russell Henley, UGA golfer, and 2010 winner of the Fred Haskins Award, and young Ben Carr, 2-time Southeastern Amateur winner, and runner-up in the USGA National Amateur. The CCC also is the golf club of Fred Haskins whom the College Golfer of the Year honors. If Ben Carr has a good tournament, it will give him high exposure for the 2023 Haskins Award .... Wouldn't it be extra special to have a Haskins Award winner who plays at the same course Fred Haskins was the professional?

---
Online headline: "Georgia Power says new nuclear reactor at Plant Vogtle is now online" -- Good grief! We've been charged plus fees in advance to pay for the construction costs for 10 years, and now it's finally putting out energy that will cost us more money every time the PSC let's GAPowCo raise its rates to pay for wooing the PSC members.

---
Online headlie: "Florida NAACP urges Black people not to visit its state" -- Good grief! Talk about a racist agenda... the FL NAACP doesn't recognize diversity or that White is a color, too.
