It's interesting ...in a way... that all the squawking about "reparations" is focused on the US government as a whole, but the real guilty profiteers were primarily from Rhode Island, NY, and Massachusetts. Those were the biggest slave trader port states. They brought the African-Americans in , then sold them to Southern farmers.... then later on, the Northern slave trading states freed the slaves without any "reparations" to Southern farmers. When you think about so many super wealthy Northern families, they built their fortunes with the slave trade, and the ancestors of the traders still enjoy that wealth today.

Hmmmm.... these students would be better off learning about how the lower level "legal system" is NOT WORKING so efforts can be directed to fix it.
