Twenty two years ago today, even Democrats were united with Republicans in indignation and patriotism! Of course, after 30 days, Democrats were back being Democrats and claiming that Republicans who held the “Islamic Terror Attack” to be an act of war were phobic and racist, and 8 years later had sent new President Barack Obama to the Mid-East on his “Apology Tour”. Now the Obama-Biden dream of a nuclear armed terrorist nation will soon come true. Vote Republican!

Columbus L-E headline: “New garbage trucks & ‘automated’ trash pick ups are live in Columbus. What to expect” -- Hmmm.. I thought this was supposed to have happened LAST WEEK.. wha' happened? Now, let's parse the "half-truths" as presented... first.. the $23,000,000.00 for trucks and special garbage cans was paid by taxpayers ..not the "Democrats’ American Recovery Plan".. The "givermint" has no money except what it takes from people's pockets...or maliciously prints quantities that devalue our wallets and savings accounts. Secondly, if there won't be any personnel layoffs (unnecessary personnel will be transferred to other departments) , how will any real savings be realized? And, thirdly, the promise of picking up overflow garbage through December is in hopes that garbage issues won't be on voters’ minds the first week of March when over half of our Councilors and School Board members (the "taxers") will be up for re-election.

Let's parse Resident Biden's "reasoning" that the UAW should support his re-election.. say EV cars do replace fossil fuel cars.... manufacturers making electric vehicles and the battery packs realize the colder climates of the US are not good for vehicle batteries. It's already evident that most new companies that make new EV brands and battery packs are seeking out Southern States to build new facilities.. and as existing American fossil fuel car makers convert to EV production, they, too, will seek new facilities in the South to escape the issue of extreme cold weather..now..UAW.. do you think these new facility workers will invite you in to take a big bite out of their new higher paychecks?

 

A million workers currently make.. basically ...fossil fuel cars... replacing fossil fuel cars with electric vehicles will cut the number of car making workers by 500,000 workers... Hey, UAW.. have you figured out that voting Democrat is signing your death warrant?

Disney’s just desperately greedy... Disney is holding up Spectrum which has, according to my info, made a huge offer to carry a number of Disney owned stations that we don't watch anyway, but now Disney is coming after their streaming accounts we have. I've been "notified" (i.e., coerced) of serious rate increases. On top of that, one...HULU... has already taken away viewing options of shows that were available to us last year unless we signed up for its "live TV" option even though the appeal to us was watching certain shows in a delayed basis at our convenience. America misses Walt Disney more than ever...he was about "family"... not just mo' money!
