Listening to opening statements of the House Judiciary Committee investigation of AG Merrick Garland revealed on thing for sure... Representative Jerry “No Neck” Waddler... uh... Nadler, D-NY, position on the Committee is listed wrong... the TV label called him "Ranking Member"... though that was "close", Nadler would be better described as the committees "RANK member".

AG Garland appointed David Weiss "Special Counsel" because "Weiss ASKED to get that appointment". This sounds like the situation back in the 90s when President Clinton reappointed Janet Reno as his AG even after numerous policy faux pas including the disastrous Branch Davidian debacle in Waco, Texas.. I wondered then what Reno "had on Clinton, and Garland makes me wonder what Weis... and probably Obama…. "have on him". I'm going to add that America is lucky Garland never made it to the Senate for confirmation as Obama's Supreme Court appointee!

I thought Congressman Nadler was the "RANK" member of the House Judiciary Committee, but after the 1st "break", Congressman Hank Johnson, D-GA4, asked his dumb hypothetical, irrelevant questions that even Garland refused to waste time answering. Y'all remember Hank "wouldn't Guam tip over" Johnson?

Oh!... One thing not mentioned at all in the opening session of the House Judiciary session is that the House Committee really wanted to bring David Weiss into the room to answer questions about his first aborted Hunter Biden investigation and plea bargain deal he made Hunter Biden.... but... he became unavailable for examination when AG Garland reappointed him "Special Counsel" in phase 2 of the Hunter Biden investigation.

Does anyone else think it's "strange" that Resident Biden houses his son Hunter, carries Hunter along with him on Air Force 1 flights, and invites Hunter to State Dinners while Hunter is under an ongoing DOJ investigation? How about wondering why Resident Biden has not been called as a witness to what he's seen and heard from his son Hunter... they aren't married so there's not a "husband-wife" protection law prohibiting it.
