Looks like the US Supreme Court has finally acted in the "courtly manner" it was created for... It UNANIMOUSLY (9-0)  rebuked  Colorado's attempt to undermine federal elections by overruling Colorado's anarchist exclusion of an American citizen from a ballot.

Online headline: “ Charles Barkley Says He Will 'Punch' Any Black Person He Sees Wearing Donald Trump's Mugshot” --  Good grief! For a Black outspoken celebrity to threaten other Blacks for speaking out for themselves  makes Barkley sound Bidenishly RACIST! Imagine Charles Barkley telling other Blacks they are BLACK ENOUGH FOR HIM!

Online story: “A Killer Whale in South Africa Eats This Surprising Creature for Lunch In "Unprecedented" Attack  on a Great White Shark” --  Amazing! Have you noticed that when liberals can't explain "nature", they just throw out a "Climate Change Card"...

Online story: “James Biden, 74, told House investigators on Feb. 21 that businessman Michael Lewitt, whose fund provided money to financially distressed rural hospital provider Americore — which James was representing — loaned him $225,000 in 2019 and that the amount was later “forgiven by Michael Lewitt.” * But Lewitt, who was charged with stealing from his investors by the Securities and Exchange Commission in September, told Politico Friday: “I can confirm my fund made those loans, but they were not forgiven, they were assumed by a third party and will be repaid to my fund.” -- Among other things, this sounds like an IRS dodge for paying gift taxes or failure to disclose/report income.

Online “headLIE”/story: “Mayorkas admits Biden policy is to let Laken Riley suspected killer go free * Mayorkas makes it sound like if only New York City and Athens had alerted Immigration and Customs Enforcement about the suspect’s previous arrests, then ICE would have acted. * But that is not true. Under a Mayorkas memo issued on Sept. 30, 2021, ICE never would have wasted the effort to deport the suspect. * “A noncitizen who poses a current threat to public safety, typically because of serious criminal conduct, is a priority for apprehension and removal,” the Mayorkas memo reads. “Whether a noncitizen poses a current threat to public safety is not to be determined according to bright lines or categories. It instead requires an assessment of the individual and the totality of the facts and circumstances.” * The “aggravating factors” that make an alien a “threat to public safety” include the gravity of the offense and the sentence imposed, the nature and degree of harm, the sophistication of the crime, the use or threatened use of a firearm, or a serious prior criminal record.” – Sounds to me like “Sanctuary Cities/States” should be reprimanded by the US Supreme Court like it did to Texas for adopting it’s own set of Immigration Laws…but, aside from that, I also hink that any.. whether legal or illegal non-citizen in our country here by application for asylum, should be deported for committing any crime…

Online headline: “Israel opts out of cease-fire talks with Hamas as US pushes for a deal “ – And rightfully so… until HamASS releases all the hostages taken during their October 7th war raid into Israel..  I’d even demand that the HamASS “soldiers” who committed these atrocities also be handed over (with evidence/documentation) and America should fully support/aid Israel by not even acknowledging Palestine’s requests until all aspects have been met.

Media has screwed it's own credibility! NCAA, too! Neither has a right to even imply that Caitlin Clark, as incredible as her college career has been, should be credited with a better scoring record than Pete Maravich. Maravich was not able to play varsity ball as a freshman, but he still played games against men of college quality on other Freshman  teams, and scored 741 points in 18 games (41.17 PPG). Add these to his 3 varsity seasons, and Caitlin Clark comes nowhere close to Pistol Pete... and who knows how many more points he would have if the 3-point line was in existence then. I know the NCAA will lignore the discrepancies in comparing the two stellar players, but  the NCAA  better add an asterisk.. maybe even 2 of them (**) if the NCAA insists that Clark has the all-time record for the most points scored. What's gonna be even more interesting is when some high school superstar male declares himself to be female and beats Clark's numbers.

It really gets to me that MSM has used a 9-0 US Supreme Court ruling against individual states having authority to remove an American citizen who qualifies as a candidate in a federal election from said state’s ballot to wrongly bring up the decision this Court made concerning the 1973 Roe v. Wade case. MSM wrongly states that this Court “reversed the landmark Roe v. Wade decision”. WRONG! This Court OVERTURN an improper decision made by the 1973 Court because it was an individual states’ rights case….. and it has become so again…

Personally, I don’t think this should even be in our legal system… it’s about a relationship with God that a woman (or couple) has…. and God should have the final.. and only decision on the matter in the future…Our God is merciful and forgiving and ever-loving, and His mercy is the end-all in the matter. Praise God! Hey, Congress.. keep YOUR concern to making sure good hospital care is legal..and available to those making such decisions..

Online story: “Barring a significant upset, Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff and Republican Steve Garvey, a former Major League Baseball star, are set to emerge from California’s top two “jungle” primaries on Tuesday as the finalists for the open U.S. Senate seat previously held by the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein.” --  Well, let's pray... pray for Steve Garvey hitting a bodacious HOME RUN, and A Dam Schi** hitting the road to RUN HOME .

Online story: “Mexico City is home to nearly 22 million people. But for months, the sprawling city has been suffering from diminishing water supplies — and now, one of the world's most populated cities is on the verge of a "day zero" where it will no longer have enough water to provide residents. * the Cutzamala System will no longer have enough water for residents — could come on June 26 and last until September. Locals are already struggling to have enough water, with many going "days, if not weeks, without running water in their houses," -- Hmmmm….Poor "border management".. poor "water management" -- Poor management ... period!

4,000 or more prisoners were broken out of Haitian jails by gangs over the weekend.. Americans there were encouraged to leave, and Americans planning to go there were encouraged not to do so.. Now, why hasn’t Resident Biden immediately issued a “STOP ORDER” for all Haitians… for that matter,  any illegal Caribbean alien,  from crossing into our country… especially at the Southern Border for at least the next few months!

I got a report from our Columbus, GA Police Department that “shows” 33 murders for 2023.. I also have a Columbus Ledger-Enquirer story that lists bu name and date well over 50 murders in Columbus, GA on 2023… Columbus GA Council must be using the CPD number as they don’t seen too concerned at the second worse number of murders in Columbus’ recent history.. 2021 leads with over 70 murders..
