After listening to Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen trying to cover how bad inflation (Consumer Price Index .. I'm looking at a mailed advertisement, addressed to me, concerning buying an extended warranty for my brides car. True, I wrote the check for the car in 2016, but from Day 1, the title has always been in her name... So, I asked myself, how did this 3rd Party business get my name to try and sell me a car warranty on a car that's never been owned by me? There's only one way... the dealer had to SELL my name and information to the 3rd Party company. Hmm.. I thought... since college .. and even some high school. students are given "Name, Image, Likeness" rights which entitles them to be compensated when someone wants to benefit from using it, then shouldn't I have the same rights on a business using/selling MY NAME (or Image or Likeness) to make money for themselves! Wow, do I see a great lawsuit ... A CLASS-ACTION one, too! You lawyers.. make written applications to sign up to represent me… heh heh heh.
