I think Justice Jackson needs to recuse herself from this case! Our Constitution was written to protect the rights of the people, not empower our government to persecute us!

Hmmm… maybe the Constitution should be rewritten to include an option for “the people” to recall Supreme Court Justices who try to change our Constitution to fit their liberal concepts!

Again “the citizens of America need to be able to recall appointed federal judges who are anti-US Constitution!

Our Constitution’s 8th Amendment: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” --
When you realize the unusually excessive ..actually cruel... fines a judge has assessed on an American citizen who has not been found guilty of causing a bank any losses, then you have wonder WHY the US Supreme Court has not used the 8th Constitutional Amendment to literally STEP IN and shut down the NY Court ordered fines.

You know, when you think about it, what Judge ImaMoron has ordered Trump to pay is probably MORE than the GDP of our newly founded country!

I wonder if NY Attorney General Letitia James and Judge ImaMoron have considered how many New York citizens will be knocked out of their jobs in NY if Trump properties are confiscated and his business licenses revoked?
